Perfect hotel i liked everything Thanks Yaren for the kindness

Service is very bad ,workers not active because they didn’t get good salary all speaking about boss and they working like more than 12 hours inn the days its very triple so they not friendly and active. They didn’t accept my guest in hotels and no body answer to me only i take one shot cocktail after they come asking from me money . Very bad organation in park side , no eating no nothing only need to pay every where or back to hotel 30 minust and eat again back to park. Here not ul hotel only inside of building ul . Outside of building all thing need buy …. I never back there again there only like kindergarten but also not very good for children’s only your kids can spend times there no more nothing for playing and teaching …

We actually went there thinking "what are we gonna do with the kids?", but honestly, I think we had way more fun than them, lol. Both the water park and the night light shows were absolutely mind-blowing. Especially that fairytale castle turns into a whole different world under the night lights. ​The place is spotless and the staff is super chill and helpful. Big shoutout to Alica GR for taking such good care of us—thanks a ton for your sweet energy and hard work!

It is amazing holiday, we will be back

I don't know what to say; words cannot express how happy I am with this vacation and the quality of service and attention from all the staff. Big thanks to Mr. Oguzhan Guver who was extremely helpful and tried in every way to make our stay at this hotel enjoyable and wonderful.
