The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel - Theme Park Free Access

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday in Turkey, staying at the Kingdom Hotel at Land of Legends, and once again, we have had a wonderful experience. The hotel, facilities, food and overall atmosphere were fantastic, but what truly made our holiday special was the outstanding staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. A special mention and heartfelt thank you to Mustafa, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, and Halil from Guest Relations. Both deserve recognition for their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Having staff who genuinely care about their guests makes such a difference and reflects extremely well on the hotel. Mahmut, the restaurant manager, also deserves a special mention for the excellent dining experience provided throughout our stay. The variety of food, quality, presentation and cleanliness were all impressive, and the hard work involved in maintaining such high standards should not go unnoticed. And finally, a particularly special thank you to Charmaine, our waitress, who absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond for us. She pulled out all the stops to assist us, and her kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made such a difference to our holiday. Her efforts were genuinely appreciated, and we cannot thank her enough for the care and attention she showed. The Kingdom Hotel itself is fantastic, with its unique theme, attention to detail and wonderful atmosphere. The water park and attractions at Land of Legends provided so much fun, making it an ideal destination for a family holiday with something for everyone to enjoy. Our visits to Rixos Premium Belek were another highlight. They offered a wonderful opportunity to relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and take advantage of the many amenities and facilities available. The combination of the excitement at Land of Legends with the relaxing atmosphere and facilities at Rixos Premium made our holiday even more special. Overall, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the fantastic food and presentation to the cleanliness, theme, water park and outstanding facilities, there was so much to appreciate. However, it is the people who really make the difference, and the staff we encountered deserve enormous credit for the experience they helped create. Thank you once again to Mustafa, Halil, Mahmut and Charmaine, along with all the other members of the team who work so hard behind the scenes. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we hope this recognition reaches the management team because you genuinely deserve it. We have made some wonderful memories and would happily recommend the Kingdom Hotel and the Land of Legends experience to families looking for an unforgettable holiday. We visited with our family, and from the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. There is so much to enjoy for both adults and children, making it the perfect destination for a family holiday. The entertainment, facilities, food, and overall experience were incredible. First of all, a big thank you to Travelmate Agency from Kosovo for organizing our trip so professionally and making everything smooth and stress-free from the very beginning. Our stay at The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel in Belek, Türkiye, was absolutely amazing! A special thank you to Betül, our personal assistant, who was incredible at her job and took such wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Her dedication, kindness, and attention to every detail helped make our vacation truly perfect. Our kids had the time of their lives! From the incredible theme park rides and attractions to the spectacular shows, evening entertainment, water activities, shopping avenue, and the magical atmosphere throughout the entire Land of Legends complex, there was always something exciting to do for the whole family. The hotel, service, entertainment, and family-friendly facilities exceeded our expectations. This was honestly one of the best vacations we have ever had with our children, and we were so satisfied with the entire experience that we are already planning to come back! We highly recommend The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel to every family looking for an unforgettable holiday filled with fun, comfort, and magical memories. We stayed at The Kingdom Hotel and had a good holiday overall, but a number of issues meant it didn't live up to the expectations set by the advertising. The airport transfer on arrival was easy once we found the correct bus. It took around 40 minutes and the minibus had USB charging ports in the seat backs and good air conditioning, although surprisingly there were no seatbelts. The return transfer was more frustrating. The holiday information advertised the airport transfer as around 30 minutes, but we were collected much earlier than necessary and arrived at the airport well before check-in opened. We needed our boarding passes printed, which could only be done at the airline desk, and the desk didn't open for around an hour after we arrived. It made for a long and unnecessary wait at the airport. Antalya Airport itself had plenty of toilets with no queues, but we couldn't find any water refill stations. There is also an additional security check at the gate, including bag checks, electronics screening and a same-gender pat-down. The room was large with a balcony, daily-refilled minibar and plenty of extras including slippers, dressing gowns, toothbrushes, a nail file, cotton buds and a bath sponge. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were all provided and there were plenty of towels. The room air conditioning was excellent and seemed cooler than the temperature displayed. The bed was two small doubles pushed together rather than a large bed. The only real negative was the décor, which felt a little creepy at times with large character eyes everywhere. The lobby had lots of seating areas, a pick-and-mix station and resident cats wandering around. Service throughout the hotel was excellent and probably the biggest positive of the whole stay. Waiters were constantly offering drinks wherever you were sitting, whether in the lobby, restaurants or outside. The main restaurant got very busy at peak times, but staff still managed to keep drinks service moving efficiently. My husband has milk and egg allergies and was given an allergy card at check-in with his allergies written in both English and Turkish, which was helpful. Most food had allergen labels, although not everything was labelled. Our first night was frustrating as we arrived close to the 9pm restaurant closing time and only had around 10 minutes to eat before being directed to check in. We later found out hot food could still be provided for late arrivals, but nobody told us this at the time. Drinks were good, with branded options including Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite and Fanta. Cocktails were freshly made rather than from machines, although some were definitely better than others. The free arcade was a nice extra, but several machines had controllers that didn't work properly or were badly calibrated. Everything also turns off shortly before midnight. The biggest disappointment was the number of ride closures. Several rides were closed in both the theme park and water park during our stay. The theme park itself was also smaller than expected. The included snacks, drinks and ice creams throughout the park were a great benefit though and reduced the need to return to the hotel during the day. The water park also suffered from ride closures. The towels were included for hotel guests. The rides we did go on were good fun, but the water temperature was around 21°C and felt very cold, even on days when the air temperature was 24-27°C. The only area that felt comfortable was Tropical Lagoon, where the water was heated to around 26°C. We were able to go on all of the double-ring rides together despite being around 160kg combined. Some rides felt surprisingly rough, with us sliding very high up the sides, and we saw a few lighter children get stuck on parts of rides and require assistance from lifeguards. The evening shows were enjoyable and easy to find through the Land of Legends app. The theatre productions were good quality, although seating was limited and some views were obstructed. The fountain and waterfall shows run throughout the day, not just in the evening. The spa facilities were excellent and included a heated pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and gym. Access to the Rixos sister hotel was one of the highlights of the holiday. The heated pool, private beach, separate pool food area, QR-code drinks service to your sun lounger and even waiters on roller skates made it feel much more premium. The sea was also surprisingly warm for October. And lunch/towels provided. Same all inclusive perks here as well. Overall, the staff worked incredibly hard and the room was comfortable, but the combination of ride closures, cold water in much of the water park, busy restaurant periods, poor communication on arrival and the unnecessarily early return airport transfer meant the holiday didn't fully justify the cost. We enjoyed our stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
