I spent 3 days at The Norm Oriental and the hotel left a very pleasant impression. The territory is green, well-maintained, and cozy. I especially loved the new water park with comfortable shaded areas for both children and adults. The renovated main restaurant looks stylish and modern, and the food was diverse and very delicious. High-quality imported alcohol, great cocktails, and champagne available 24/7 are definitely a big plus. The rooms have been cosmetically renovated with new laminate flooring, very comfortable mattresses, and quality textiles. Everything was clean and well-kept. The staff was attentive and professional, and the service pleasantly surprised me. Special thanks to Marina from Kharkiv, the guest relations manager, who responded immediately to every question and request. I truly appreciate her care and professionalism. I also highly recommend the beach cabanas — excellent service and maximum comfort for a relaxing holiday. The hotel truly left me with warm emotions and a strong desire to come back again.

The Norm Oriental Kemer was a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience for our family. The general areas of the hotel were always clean and well organized, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The service team was attentive, friendly, and fast. Even during busy hours, the quality of the service remained at a high level, which was a really nice detail. The quality of the beverages served alongside the food was also noticeable. It is clear that the products used in both the restaurants and bars are carefully selected. As a family hotel, it has a peaceful and trustworthy environment. I think it is a well-organized and quality hotel where families with children can feel comfortable. I would also like to thank General Manager Ahmet Bey for his kindness, attention, and hospitality towards the guests.

First of all, it must be said that this is definitely not a five-star hotel, even by local standards. It is an older hotel, I estimate about 20 years old. It is maintained in some way, but for example, the doors, door frames, and bathroom were in pretty poor condition and definitely needed professional repair or renovation. The main restaurant is a weak point. The chairs are incredibly dirty, and cleanliness and tidiness are clearly not the most important things for the staff. Unless you arrive at the beginning of opening hours, it is difficult to find a clean table that is ready for use. It often happens that the tables are full of dirty dishes and the staff simply cannot keep up with clearing them away. The meals are repeated every day with minor changes, and it would be better to prepare two additional main courses than twenty different vegetable side dishes. The meals are also often lukewarm or almost cold. The vast majority of guests are from the Russian Federation. In some Turkish hotels, the staff tries to correct their behavior, but here even the basic dress code is not observed, and many guests go to the restaurant in beachwear or swimsuits, sometimes even in the evening. These guests also constantly take food from the restaurant to the entire hotel, which is usually prohibited everywhere. Here, the staff has completely given up on their work, and the hotel looks accordingly in public areas. The main restaurant is constantly quite noisy, which is exacerbated by the fact that the staff handle the dishes rather insensitively and transport them on squeaky trolleys. Forget about a quiet dinner here. Some of the staff also cannot manage even basic communication in English. Cats roam freely throughout the hotel grounds. This is quite nice, but the staff also lets them walk freely around the main restaurant, which is extremely unsanitary. I strongly doubt that they are all vaccinated. The hotel beach and pier are well maintained, and the sun loungers and parasols are new, so there is nothing to complain about here. To sum things up, this is a "Russian" hotel with Russian practices, hygiene, and standards. I rate the quality/price ratio as poor. The hotel management has somehow set certain standards in the hotel, but it should not then present it as a five-star hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to guests from Western and Central Europe.
