Our stay at The Norm Oriental was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully designed, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere relaxing and the food absolutely delicious. A huge thank you to Marina from guest relations, who was always kind, helpful and caring 🥰 We are especially grateful for her help with a sick cat and for organizing the delivery of an important medicine that my friend accidentally left at the hotel. She made sure it reached the airport, which meant so much to us. Special thanks also to Mehmet Aslan for helping deliver the medicine and for his kindness. I also want to mention Ali, the animator, who brought so much positive energy and made our stay even more fun and memorable😁 Everything- the hotel, the food, and especially the people- was amazing. I truly recommend The Norm Oriental and would love to come back again❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety every day. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the beach was lovely – perfect for relaxing. What made our stay especially memorable was the incredible hotel team. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Marina for her kindness and outstanding help with a sick kitten, for organizing everything, and also for helping me with medicine I had forgotten and making sure it was brought to the airport. This meant so much to me. I would also like to sincerely thank one of the security guards Mehmet Aslan for helping with bringing it to the airport as well! A special thank you also goes to the animator Ali for the great activities and wonderful energy that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel. We would be happy to come back again!
