We have just returned from a week break as an extended family over the Easter holidays. All I want to say is don’t let the ‘moaners’ on here put you off. The staff are friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for you. Hotel itself including toilets and bedrooms are spotlessly clean. Yes food in the buffet restaurant can get repetitive but the à la carte lunches at the Turkish & Italian snack bar more than make up for this. The omlette station at breakfast is also worth the short wait! We crossed over into the week the ‘summer’ entertainment was ramping up but even the winter entertainment at the bowling bar was great! During the trip it was my birthday for which we received wine, a fruit platter & cheesecake in our room & the bedroom decorated with fresh flowers, it was also our wedding anniversary during the trip for which we booked a beach front cabana, this was also decorated with heart shaped balloons, the price seems a little excessive given it’s already all inclusive but I think it was absolutely worth it for the service in the cabana that day! We absolutely loved dining at the beach front and having a dip in the sea which was pleasant once you were in! Yes the main pools are cold but it doesn’t bother the kids and the children’s pirate pool is a lovely temperature. We had a fantastic holiday! The cats don’t bother you, Humor the hairdresser he’s pleasant but you don’t have to have anything done! Rude people are a minority and it’s easy enough to ignore them! I imagine when the hotel is at full capacity in peak summer season it may feel a little more cramped and a bit more of a rush for sunbeds but we had no issues at all! All in all I would definitely recommend!

This is a lovely family hotel, but not luxury. We stayed as three adults for one week with an understanding that the hotel wasn’t fully open, but the restaurants/snack bars/beverage bars didn’t disappoint. The main restaurant served quality food and a good selection for all. The Italian snack bar was made to order and the pizzas were always delicious. The only limitations are the opening times and the entertainment: The poolside and beachside bars closed while people were still enjoying the sunshine at 6pm. There was a DJ set between 4pm-6pm which again cut off while people were still filling the tables. The evening entertainment throughout the week was quite limited in variation: three karaoke, two bingo and the same performers multiple times per week with the same sets. All evening entertainment was hosted in the Disco Bar which got incredibly busy with not enough spaces for all guests to sit/stand and enjoy. Throughout our stay we were also approached by two ladies from the animations team requesting specific feedback on trip advisor. This includes asking us to scan a QR code and then touching guests phones to select 5 stars and then taking a picture as evidence once it had been uploaded. One of these ladies also walked around with a vape and phone in her hand - very unprofessional. The poolside servers, however, were excellent. They were very personable and friendly. They were only serving for the back end of our stay when the hotel fully opened, but really made the difference. The room temperature is much to be desired at this time of year, however, as the air conditioning was not turned on. Our room sat at 24.5° throughout the night and required opening the balcony door for us to feel comfortable sleeping. We also looked to book the Nori Japanese al-a-carte for one night of our stay (as an add on to the included al-a-carte). We were told that it was fully booked but we would be able to dine if there was a cancellation. On the day, we were informed that they could not open the restaurant due to a lack of reservations. On the whole, a lot of miscommunications between teams as there needed to be a lot of back and forth to gather understanding. The Italian al-a-carte, however, was lovely.

This hotel is easily the best hotel I’ve ever been to, my in-laws come here every year and it hasn’t disappointed, so happy with everything, the rooms, the staff, the food.. everything. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Stayed for 8 nights, from 12th April. Room with side sea view, very clean and plenty hanging space for clothes for 3. Safe in wardrobe for valuables. Mini fridge stocked every day with juice and beer. Beds not massively comfy but sheets/towels changed daily. Buffet was very good, with plenty of choice. I can only assume the people complaining about no choice, don’t like to try new foods. You could have a different meal every night for a week, easily. At busy times it was hard to get a drink, so a few extra staff or drinks station would help. Kouadio that ran the football and sports was great. Always enthusiastic and great fun. Only let down was the evening entertainment. I know it wasn’t the summer season but in 8 days, there was bingo twice and karaoke 3 times. If you want a fun family holiday, I would recommend

Brilliant holiday, lots to do with the family and particularly enjoyed the football organised by Kouakou. He was very enthusiastic and made it enjoyable for all.
