Titanic Deluxe Lara

Family of four (two young children - 3 & 1) left disappointed after a stay that fell short of 5★ expectations. The first issue was the lack of effective air conditioning. Rooms were uncomfortably hot (26°C), making sleep impossible and the hotel’s response felt impersonal. A room change helped only slightly. Pool facilities were also a letdown: while some were initially heated, this was switched off mid-stay, leaving water too cold to enjoy. Further highlighted by the fact no one was using them. Food quality didn’t meet expectations either, with repetitive buffet options and poor-quality meat (and I won’t even start on the jacket potatoes), though the beachside snack restaurants, especially the Italian were a highlight. Drinks selection was decent, but cocktail quality and service were poor with staff often distracted and rushing. The standout positive was the excellent kids club, with engaging staff and great activities with a particular shoutout to the lady who ran the kids disco most nights. Overall, the hotel did not deliver the comfort or quality expected of a 5★ stay, and we wouldn’t return.

Second day at the hotel and the staff are exceptional. There is nothing too hard for them. I would highly reccomend this place.

Very good entertainment, fun games and the good and rooms were excellent. I throughly enjoyed my time here and the black party was very good

Guillaume was very nice entertainer with his activities especially volleyball, football and the night black concept party was awesome. I highly recommend.
