We are here as we speak and honestly can not fault the staff. Ignore some of the negative reviews others have recently. Plenty of entertainment for everyone day in day out. The range of food available is limitless. No panicking about getting sun loungers as they are all over and also staff remove towels if people have left them for more than 2 hours. The waterpark is fun for everyone

The hotel is amazing, highly recommended for families as the hotel has everything for everyone! The pool cabanas are Fantastic and worth their weight in gold, we spent most of the time here for the kids. The entertainment was second to none and the staff are ever so helpful. If your looking to book this hotel don't look further, amazing

location very good, and the hotel rooms very clean with sufficient space. fantastic outdoor areas with plenty of sun loungers and cabanas, numerous pools to choose from very child friendly ones and also quieter ones. very good evening entertainment with a variety of shows inside there was spa very nice though a little pricey hairdressers numerous shops delicious food and so much variety, to difficult to chose plenty of areas for sitting once you decide what your going to eat off this huge buffet. a few negatives are 1 no instructions for TV how to get the various channels and different channels in differing languages. poor choice of channels particularly English No Netflix. Reception/signal on tv not good at all 2 no info in the room re where abouts in hotel all the amenities/ facility's are located 3 photographers shop where you could buy photos which had been taken again rather pricey if I remember correctly it was either 15 or 20 Euros for 1 print 4 was charged 180 Euros for a cabana with a fridge and a waiter bringing what ever you asked for. 5 No clock in room 6 bathroom bin needs be ones with lids not open. 7 Fridge in room does not get cool never mind cold. 8 no iron in room and I was charged equivalent of £9 to have one dress ironed I personally would say this is just about a 4 star not 5 star hotel. for a 5 star hotel these all need addressing

An excellent week with the family. Fantastic staff, food facilities and shows. Beautiful hotel. We’ll be back soon.
