I stayed at Trendy Lara for 7 nights and unfortunately the experience was far below the expectations of a 5-star resort. Although the hotel appeared largely empty, we were assigned a family room in the third building next to an active construction area. Every morning we woke up to the noise of construction workers and machinery. Several parts of the hotel were closed during our stay. Because of this, reaching the main restaurant from our building required taking one elevator to the lobby and then another elevator in a different section, which was inconvenient and poorly managed. The food quality was one of the biggest disappointments. The menu had very little variety and most options were repetitive. A large portion of the buffet consisted of small amounts of cold salads and starters, while many hot dishes were overly salty and low quality. Desserts were also disappointing — the baklava often tasted stale and there was almost no variety during our entire stay. Service was also below standard. Staff in the main restaurant were not welcoming and service was minimal. When dining outdoors there was no drink service at all and guests had to bring their own drinks. Many facilities advertised by the hotel were not operating, including the snack bar, waffle bar and pool bar. Essentially only the main restaurant and a café were open with limited options. Before travelling I contacted the hotel and was told that the indoor pool and one outdoor pool would be heated, but in reality the water temperature was too cold to comfortably use. The hotel also informed us there would be a Valentine’s Day program, but there was no event or special arrangement during that evening. Overall, the hotel felt partially closed and poorly managed during our stay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Can't fault this holiday or hotel chic and comfortable interiors and beautiful rooms make for complete rest and relaxation and every area is clean and hygienic. Buffet and bars leave you wanting for nothing. Bit what really makes this hotel is the staff they are 💯 percent amazing everyone you meet smiles and says hello. I need to mention Tuğba she absolutely made my holiday love aqua fit and she was there everyday even when it was just me. Thank you, thank you , thank you 😊 5* Would I come back of course no doubt about that.

If anyone has any food allergies, especially peanut I would respectfully suggest you avoid TUI holidays altogether.
