Hotel not far from city center which is good for all your shopping requirements. Hotel has a good calm atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The room is satisfactory and comfortable with all the necessary requirements including all the toiletries you need. Definitely value for money. The housekeeping staff take pride in their roles in keeping the hotel spotless. Bar staff (especially in the lounge bar). The drink and food is plentiful and always available. I discovered pink gin for the first time!! I unfortunately had an issue with noisy neighbours which the hotel staff dealt with in a very professional manner. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and next year will probably be our 3rd.

Outstanding hotel! Facilities are great, food is very varied and themed which makes it very easy specially if you like to eat healthy or are on a diet. Spa facilities are free for guests. Best thing was the hotel staff, the person that was cleaning our room went to the extra mile and the entertainment host is absolutely brilliant! We will be coming back!
