The location is great, the transfer from Antalya was quick. The atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxing and the swimming pools are great. There is plenty of food and drinks available The rooms have plenty of space and air com in a nice relief. Very good value and would recommend a stay

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at Tui Blue Belek. We upgraded to one of the pool rooms, this was fabulous to relax and dip straight into the pool in the beautiful sunshine. The entertainment staff were fun and engaging, always had a smile and wanted everyone to have an enjoyable stay. Food was great, and plenty of choice, a special mention for Hatice who was our server at breakfast and lunch, she was so kind and attentive, always had our drinks ready and did our coffee’s perfect! 💕 The spa was amazing! I highly recommend the duo of Turkish massage and lymph drainage, it’s the best combo I’ve ever had and I felt amazing after! My husband went into the hair studio for a Turkish shave, he enjoyed it immensely and would highly recommend it, very friendly couple who manage this. The shops in the hotel sell good quality look alike products and they’re worth checking out. This hotel offers a very relaxing atmosphere with a huge pool, nice beach but take proper sea pumps as there’s a lot of gravel and stones, this is easily negotiated with the correct footwear so take note! The grounds workers work very hard at keeping the hotel nice and clean, as do the staff doing room cleans. All round fab place and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed in this hotel for two weeks in August, in a room with frontal sea view. The only good thing was the pool area, which is large and offers plenty on sunbeds. On all other fronts, the hotel is terrible. It resembles a holiday camp without any comfort. They don't switch on the air conditioning (see picture), so all indoor areas are extremely warm. Eating at the restaurant is a horrible experience, you literally melt. My mother felt sick twice. I told the staff but they didn't care. The tables always lacked cutlery, napkins or both. Food is terrible and the ingredients are as cheap as possible, you easily notice, and they reuse food for several meals. Almost all dishes are cooked with bell peppers. The choice is limited at dinner and almost none at lunchtime. On Sundays they pretend to offer brunch, but actually they just keep the leftovers from breakfast on display. Cats roam around the food area freely and sometimes jump on the wine bottles. At the à la carte restaurant, the food is even worse. Service is a disaster, the waiter removed my salad when I was eating it. The room was poorly lit and poorly cleaned. The beds not well made and the hygiene products are bad quality. They didn't clean the room several times (see picture) until we asked. The room itself was spacious and so was the balcony. The all inclusive concept includes very little. The gym closes at 18h30, making it impossible to use it at the end of the day. Same for the spa. The pool restaurant closes at 16h and no options are available if you want a snack from that time onwards. The buffet restaurant closes at 21h. The beach has tons of pebbles so we had to buy special shoes. Cats pee and do other stuff under the sun loungers. There are enough sun loungers. Staff are unefficient and most of them do not speak English. On our last day we asked for a breakfast box because we left very early in the morning, but they refused to provide one.
