Amazing hotel with fabulous entertainment. Baris was a wonderful help and went above and beyond in making sure we have everything we needed. The food was lovely. Dogan was a brilliant entertainer in the evenings and we didn’t stray from the resort once as we had everything we needed. Would recommend

Staff were very helpful- Boris in guest relations made an extra effort to make sure we had a great stay! Dogan in the entertainment team is amazing and always got everyone involved. Cocktails were great as well with staff able to make classics as well as speciality cocktails. À la carte restaurant includes a lovely 5 course meal which we greatly enjoyed Pool and general area is quiet and relaxed!

Lovely stay at TUI BLUE Belek. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great pool areas, with plenty of sunbeds. Dogan was great at running the entertainment. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Positives: First impression is that of a great position on the beach with glorious views of the ocean. The food and drinks are excellent something for everyone. Some staff members were lovely especially staff in the spa and the snack bar. Negatives:The hotel needs updating it’s extremely tired looking, the pool was filthy plus only one heated pool therefore, unable to use most of the area’s poolside. Cats; the hotel has many cats which are very friendly but some needed veterinary attention plus were covered in fleas, we witnessed cats spray on furniture in the main restaurant and the snack bar while we were eating. Some seating areas you could smell cat urine so not great. Staff; majority of staff were friendly and accommodating however one particular female staff member behaved inappropriately towards my husband, plus she took an instant dislike to me and would ask my husband and the couple we were holidaying with if they would like a drink? but completely blanked me, this happened all the time we were there with this staff member. This made me feel uncomfortable, we chose the hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary so the behaviour of one staff member put a dampener on our experience. All frustrating and completely unnecessary. Would we return? No this has been by far the worst holiday we have had so will not be going back, not a five star by any standards, I have passed my experience onto the travel agent.

Good location, small hotel lovely feel. Very nice room, great shower and well needed for good stay. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Very quiet, suits us, respectful guests. Very clean, well finished. Very good food, choice and presentation. Gym, hamam and pools all clean and good to use. Gokce guest relations was excellent, friendly professional, considerate and efficient. Definitely the best staff member in all ways
