TUI BLUE Palm Garden

As a family of 9 ( including 3 teenagers) we went to this hotel to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday. We had a fantastic time, the hotel is beautiful set in lovely gardens and everywhere is kept so clean. The food in all restaurants is superb and as for the staff they are all brilliant nothing is too much trouble for them. There are lots of activities throughout the days for all ages. A truly unforgettable stay 🤍 Our holiday at TUI BLUE Palm Garden was so much more than just beautiful beaches, warm sunshine and a wonderful hotel. It was about the people, the atmosphere and the emotions that we will take home with us. Everything here felt so warm, welcoming and genuine. From the very first days, we felt not like ordinary guests, but like part of a big, caring family. Every smile, every kind word and every little detail made this holiday truly special. And there is one person I especially want to thank — Feride, our Turkish teacher. ❤️ What began as Turkish lessons quickly became something much more meaningful. Feride became a close and dear friend, a person we felt connected to with all our hearts. Her warmth, kindness, wisdom and incredible personality touched us deeply. Through her, I discovered Turkey not only as a beautiful country, but also its people — their hospitality, kindness, sincerity and huge hearts. Feride made me fall even more in love with Turkish culture and the Turkish people. Some people come into our lives only for a short time, but somehow leave a very special place in our hearts. Feride is one of those people. ❤️ Thank you, TUI BLUE Palm Garden, for an unforgettable holiday — and thank you, Feride, for becoming a part of our memories and our hearts. Family, kids 8 & 11 I'll start with cons as there are not many. - This hotel is the flagship tui German hotel, so 90% of the guests are German, but the staff and entertainment is a mix of German/Turkish/English so not a problem. Just not many friends for English kids to make, but staff at kids club do good job including everyone and translate. - Included alcohol and cocktails are all very sweet, struggled to find good drinks included, and I tried them all. -Rep is just a salesman, did not exactly provide help if it's not getting him a sale on the excursions, and just keep telling us how good tui ones are. Now the pros. Pretty much everything else. The Staff all lovely, the rooms lovely. We had pool view room and could see the sea too which was nice and did not find e could hear entertainment even though we were very close once does shut and air con on.. Entertainment Most is really good, bit samey, lots of acrobatics and dancers They do a pool party 9:30pm one night and it's amazing. Get in the pool. It's soo much fun. Food Food is restaurant quality, as most reviews, sooo much choice for even fussy eaters, we did not think much of the al a carte restaurant, it was just same as main restaurant but limited options, especially around drinks and not busy. Bbq restaurant is amazing and beautiful eating on the beach. Pool Massive pool and amazing slides, slides look small but actually fast and fun. Never felt cramped in pool and you get a few adults swimming from 6am. Sunbeds People start getting sunbeds around 6:30, but I'm sitting here right now at 8am and still some available right on edge of pool and tons 2nd/3rd row under canopy . And all through the day can always get one somewhere near the pool, there are sooo many. Trips Pirate ship. Kids loved this one, the staff on the boat keep them entertained the whole time and it's soo much fun. Green canyon: the canyon it's self is out of this world, could have spent the whole day there. Unfortunately they take you to a "textile warehouse " first, which is basically a shop setting takes. But really low quality ones at much higher prices than all the ones everywhere else. Don't get scammed by thathat. Beach BRING WATER SHOES Stones on beach and water gets dead quick. After 2 or 3 meters and quite wavy so not good for young ones. A few inflatable in water which are fun. We have not used beach or sea much, maybe 30 mins whole time, but we love pool Overall wish we knew it would be 90% German guests, but did not change how amazing this holiday was.

We have had an amazing time at the hotel! The grounds are beautiful, everywhere is immaculately clean and the food is fantastic. We don’t often return to the same place as the world is so big, but I have a feeling we’ll be making an exception here! All of the staff are amazing and so friendly but for us the Kids Club were outstanding. We had a bad experience with Kids Club last year in a different country but this time our faith has been restored. We need to especially mention Maisie, who has gone above and beyond with our little boy, even coming to watch him go parasailing on her day off. Maisie is an absolute asset to the kids club and we miss her already!

Our second time at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, in fact it was even better! The hotel grounds are stunning and easy to navigate round. The hotel is very clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. We mostly come back for the food and once again were pleased with food choices, everything so tasty and lots of choice, was happy to eat in the buffet every night. Few extra tweaks this year which included being able to order drinks round the pool and the chefs table in the restaurant (maybe in previous years but I didn’t spot it) We will be back!
