TUI BLUE Palm Garden

We had such a lovely stay at TUI Blue Palm Gardens I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is fantastic, spotlessly clean everywhere, and the grounds and gardens are absolutely amazing so beautifully kept and peaceful. The food was exceptional so much choice and everything tasted delicious! Even though I eat meat, I was really impressed with the vegetarian options too plenty of variety and really tasty meals. The hotel staff were all excellent professional, friendly and great at what they do. A special mention goes to the TUI Blue Guides they were fantastic! Kübra in particular went above and beyond for us. She’s an absolute credit to the team such a fantastic guide and made our holiday even more special. We’d definitely love to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What has happened? we came 3 years ago and it was really relaxing. The hotel itself is still lovely- but there are more screaming toddlers and crying babies than adults. It’s so noisy all the time… and has become 99% German . Love all the group exercise classes.

Our 4th time here and definitely our favourite place to visit, it never disappoints. We love the atmosphere and the vibe and the staff are so friendly. The Beach party and the live bands were all very good. The food is lovely, we enjoyed the Chef’s Plate on a few occasions, and the al a carte restaurants are worth a visit. The hotel is so clean and the staff work incredibly hard but always with a smile on their faces. The service is amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our room was cleaned immaculately by Fatma K, so she deserves a special mention! Some of the staff recognised us from previous visits which was lovely. Bahar in the restaurant was always friendly and smiling, we met her last year and she was so happy to see us again. The reception team….Dila and Eda are amazing. Again, they remembered us from last year and both are extremely helpful and friendly 🫶🏼. We are already looking forward to our 5th visit.

Two weeks of food, sunshine and no sunbed wars! In short, we had a great two weeks. We arrived late in the evening and, after checking in, were taken to the restaurant for drinks and a three-course meal. Totally unexpected, but what a great way to start the holiday! Afterwards, we discovered the Grab & Go and, even better, the 24-hour bar. We hadn't seen this mentioned, so finding it was another pleasant surprise. Always good to know where the important facilities are! Special mention to Yilmas & Bedirhan who made sure our glasses were never empty The reception area was lovely, clean and welcoming, and that cleanliness continued throughout the resort. Our accommodation was set amongst tranquil gardens with pleasant views of the surrounding area, making it a really nice place to relax. The beach and pool areas had plenty of sunbeds, and we never had a problem finding one, regardless of what time we went down. So thankfully, there was no need to get up at the crack of dawn and participate in the traditional holiday sunbed Olympics! Breakfast quickly became part of my daily routine — straight to the show cooking for my fresh omelette. Most days it was made by a lovely lady called Golsum. Thank you, Golsum, for keeping me well fed! Lunch was mainly at the beach bar, which had a good selection of hot food. My wife particularly enjoyed the jacket potatoes, while I usually went for pizza or chicken and chips — although not always at the same time, I hasten to add! There was a great choice at dinner, including the show cooking and chefs' specials, which we enjoyed several times. With so much choice available, you certainly wouldn't go hungry here. In fact, you'd probably need considerably longer than two weeks to try everything! The bars were table service, which was a nice touch, and you certainly wouldn't go thirsty. A big thank you to all the staff, who were constantly busy serving guests while also keeping the areas clean and tidy. They worked incredibly hard and were always pleasant and helpful. There were also some lovely little touches, including the pool and beach service, which was very welcome when you were nicely settled and didn't really fancy moving! We also tried the à la carte restaurants, which were very nice and offered another good choice of food. A nice alternative to the main restaurant and well worth trying. For those who like a bit of shopping, there were plenty of local “outlet” places, including one virtually on the doorstep of the complex. Prices were reasonable and, importantly, there was none of the usual hassle of people trying to drag you into their shops. You could actually browse in peace! Overall, a really enjoyable two weeks. The resort was clean, the choice of food was excellent, the staff worked incredibly hard, and there were plenty of those little touches that made the holiday that bit more enjoyable. We certainly came home well fed, well watered and rested — which, as far as we're concerned, is exactly what a holiday should be! Would we return? I wouldn't rule it out!

Great hotel with fantastic blue guides. Special Zeynap and Feride are very friendly. We have been here now for the third time and it was again very very good. Nice food and drinks.
