TUI BLUE Palm Garden

What can I say about this fantastic hotel but perfection. From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome from the staff. The food is out standing on every sitting. The pool and the private beach complete the whole experience. Finally the kids club. My daughter loved her time in there. She doesn’t tend to take to anything like that when on holiday but this time she loved it. I have to give a special thank you to Maisie who without her encouragement and kindness my daughter would not have come on leaps and bounds like she has and a big shout out to all the kids club staff who were all excellent.

It was another wonderful vacation, as always. This hotel is the best in every way—the food, the activities, the location, the natural surroundings, the amenities… Thank you to everyone who made it possible. I am grateful to everyone—especially Mrs. Özden—who was there for us whenever we needed anything and made our vacation so special. The Tui Blue Palm Garden family truly makes you feel right at home. Just returned from this hotel and was very impressed first time at a TUI blue they seamed to have thought of everything to the smallest detail Food was excellent Rooms very modern in excellent condition Cleanliness spotless Staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble Staff at the Alacarte restaurant were very attentive with excellent food Ayla reception manager was Exceptionally helpful and a real credit to the hotel Food The manager is always walking around at all times of the day chatting to guests Didn’t go to the entertainment but sounded Restaurant as a really nice outdoor terrace and inside very modern with lots of food options All teas coffees and drinks brought to the table which save the the queues at the tea machines which is nice The 24 hour cafe is a real bonus especially after a tiring journey You need beach shoes for the sea as lots of stones Gardens are beautiful If you are looking at this hotel do not hesitate just book it you will not be disappointed

Great Hotel and Staff Our 2nd visit to this hotel and felt it was even better than last time. The staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them from the Manager down to the gardeners, cleaners etc. The grounds are beautiful and kept neat and tidy by and army of gardeners The activities were well organised and the Kids Club was also very good. The pool area was kept clean and tidy and the lifeguards were in attendance. Also the beach area was kept clean with lifeguards in attendance. Our grandchildren (9 and 13) enjoyed Kids and Teens Club. Restaurant was good. A small area is now allocated to adults only. Food was very good and catered for all dietary requirements. Levante Restuarant was also very good as were the staff. Purple Turtle snack bar offered good selection of foods. The BBQ was really good, plenty of choice. We had a larger room which was kept clean by our housekeeper. Reception/Bar area was kept to a very high standard and the staff were very attentive. The Bar, where you can get cocktails was well staffed and service was very good. We have not mentioned any names of staff who were very good as we would have to mention everyone's name. Well done everyone and thank you for a lovely holiday. P. S. We took a private transfer to and from the Antalya airport as the hotel is a long way from the airport. We used Antriva Vip Transfers and their service was very good.

Came to the palm gardens after the Castival shut down expectedly ( in other review) and this hotel is absolutely amazing ! I am a wheelchair user and stayed in room 1309. The room was so clean, with fresh decor and a massive balcony, as well as being fully equipped for me to use. All of palm gardens is fully accessible including the beach which was nice. Food was great with plenty of choice, and most importantly always tasted great ! There is also the beach snack bar to eat at during the day which is equally as great. We didn’t use the Al carte restaurant but heard from other guests that this was also lovely. Pool area, beach and grounds are spotlessly clean and it was nice that waiters/ waitresses came to pool to offer drinks throughout the day! If you are animal lover like myself there is cats, kittens, some hedgehogs and a tortoise that live in the hotel, all which a very well looked after by staff which was lovely to see ! Staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and go out their way to make sure your stay is great. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and friendly. I would like to mention TUI blue manager Boğac, TUI blue members Kubra & Aysa as they continuously ensured we were comfortable and accommodated for during our stay, I felt they went above and beyond to do this. It definitely heightened the comfort I felt after the anxiety I faced at the previous hotel! Locally there is a big shopping mall and lots of shops selling bags, clothes etc a few minutes from hotel. Can honestly say this has been my favourite hotel to stay at and we are coming back in October, which we are really looking forward too 🤩
