TUI BLUE Palm Garden

TUI Blue Palm Garden is quite simple and amazing hotel. From the moment you arrive you are personally greeted by the reception team, made to feel welcome & check in was a breeze. The rooms are beautifully appointed. They are super clean, modern & comfortable. We asked for quiet rooms next to each other & got just that. No noise in the evenings & slept very well on comfortable bed The food at this hotel is exceptional. We are lucky to have travelled to many countries as a family & stayed at some great all inclusive hotels. This has to be one of the best. The head chef is amazing. You will see him every morning & evening walking around the food stations inspecting & checking everything is just so. I cannot fault the food at all. If you stay here please visit the 'chefs plate' in the evening where you will have prepared a superb top restaurant quality dish of the day & honestly these were amazing. I'd pay good money in an expensive restaurant for the dishes they offer here. The 'chef's table' chefs önder & Saliha prepare every plate with exceptional care & attention to detail. (some photos included below). They really are superb & deserve a special mention. Every other chef at other food stations are happy & welcoming. They always say hello & have a big smile ready for you, even when working hard. The head chef should be very proud of his whole team. Also, the restaurant staff here are amazing. They cannot do enough for you. They will bring your drinks promptly, clear your plates quickly & will constantly check to see if you need anything. Every single service, breakfast, lunch or evening meal, the waiters & waitresses are just superb. Special thanks to the evening meal waitress Büsra who was so incredibly helpful & after only a few days, she knew what we liked to drink & had it ready for us almost as soon as we sat down each meal! There is not a single waiter or waitress that does not work hard or go out of their way for guests here they are all fabulous. Management should be proud of them all. The daily activity staff again have to have a special mention. Kamil & Kadir in particular are just brilliant. They bring energy & fun to everything they do & we've had so much fun joining in activities they provide every day & often in the evenings too with huge smiles on their faces & enthusiasm in bucket loads. They are a credit to the activity team. I should also mention the sports activity lady with the red/pink dye in her hair (I forget her name) she never stops smiling whatever she is doing & has so much energy she makes you tired just watching her!!! She clearly knows her fitness & brings the fun every day..I should also mention the man (again name forgotten) who does the archery sessions several times a day. A very polite & helpful man who clearly knows his stuff & welcomes you with a smile whenever & wherever you see him around the resort. The ONLY thing I can think of to improve this hotel is a more extensive cocktail menu included in the all inclusive package. It is a reduced menu in the all inclusive with other cocktails offered at extra cost which I've never seen before in other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at. Other than that, this place is superb, every single member of staff are helpful, friendly & hard working from the reception & admin staff to the cleaning staff, pool towel staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, snack bar staff, activity & sports staff, all are exceptional. I thank management for running a truly amazing resort.

This is our 3rd time visiting the Palm Garden and has been our best yet. I would never normally keep returning to a hotel but there is something really special about it here and I'm already thinking about rebooking for next year. The food and drinks are lovely and the grounds are spotless. I think one of the main things about the hotel are the staff every single member of the team can't be helpful enough and really are a credit. I recognize a lot of the staff from the last 3 years which I think also speaks volumes. An extra shout out goes to Omer who takes archery lessons, he is super. I cannot recommend this hotel enough .

We had a wonderful stay at TUI BLUE Palm Garden from 23 June to 28 June, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone who made our holiday so special. First of all, a very special thank you to Feride, the TUI Holiday Representative. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her support, guidance, and genuine care made our holiday stress-free and even more enjoyable. She is truly an outstanding ambassador for TUI, and I sincerely hope her excellent work is recognized. I would also like to thank the entire hotel team. Every member of staff was friendly, hardworking, and attentive. The service was excellent, the rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the beautiful gardens, pools, and facilities were all maintained to a very high standard. Everything was organized perfectly, creating a relaxing and memorable holiday. Thank you to everyone at TUI BLUE Palm Garden for your hospitality and dedication. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Staf. Food. Cleanliness all amazing. 1 hour from airport. This is my 1st time in turkey. Went with my daughter have to say absolutely loved the 10 night holiday.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Mega friendly and helpful staff. They are always there for you and the service is really nice. We have been to resorts many times and were not used to such good service. Super! The variety in the program of this hotel was nice. Always something new to experience, everything can be found in the tui blui app. Everything in the app works well and is functional. Food and dining is very nice. Good variety and tasteful food. The room was always cool, the air conditioning was always on. So you always came back to a fresh room. Everything was also very clean and spots on the wall or minor damage were hardly visible. So really well maintained. Very much enjoyed the animation activities. Boccia, cornhole toss and darts. Kadir is a hilarious guy and very good at German, Dutch and English. Made every activity a fun time. Thank you Kadir!! Also the evening program is very nice. Much shows and live music. I have little else to say, we really enjoyed this hotel. Thank you for everything.
