TUI BLUE Palm Garden

This is our third year in a row that we have been here and we have booked again for next year. I was a little disappointed that Mehmet had moved on but he deserves his promotion. I have to say that ozan is an excellent replacement and it was a pleasure to meet him. As usual I can only say good things about palm garden. The kids club deserve a special mention for the way they look after the kids. They are absolutely amazing and one of the reasons we keep coming back as our granddaughter worships them. Everything from arrival to departure is perfect and I can't think of anything negative to say about the wonderful choices of food and the can do attitude of all the staff. It's really nice when you arrive year after year and so many of the staff recognise us. That is the reason we appreciate the staff as our friends and family. We love and appreciate everyone of and we can't wait until may 2027 for another wonderful experience. Thank you all so much our family.

From the moment I arrived at TUI BLUE, one person stood out as truly exceptional, a shining example of what genuine hospitality should look like. Feride is, without a doubt, the heart and soul of the guest experience and deserves to be the face of the hotel. She is always present, yet never intrusive, consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly authentic. What sets her apart is the sincerity of her care, it never feels like a job to her, but a genuine passion for making sure I am happy, comfortable, and truly feel special. She goes above and beyond in ways that simply can’t be taught, it comes naturally to her. Since first meeting her last November, it has been amazing to see how much she has grown and blossomed in her role. Her dedication is clear not only in her daily interactions but also in the personal effort she has invested behind the scenes. Taking private lessons to expand her knowledge and learning English so quickly shows a level of commitment that is truly admirable. She is incredibly personable, she remembers my name, always greets me with a genuine smile, and takes the time to create a meaningful connection. It’s the thoughtful touches that make all the difference, from friendly conversations to arranging special surprises that make my stay unforgettable. She has a rare ability to make me feel like a priority guest at all times. Her energy, positivity, and dedication go far beyond her job description. She is a diamond, a true gem, and this place simply wouldn’t be the same without her. In fact, if she ever changed jobs, I would gladly follow and visit whichever hotel she moved to, knowing I would be in the very best hands. She deserves not only an award, but also real public recognition and a promotion, something that reflects the hard work, passion, and personal effort she brings every single day. This is our third stay here, we visited last in 2022. We fancied a cheeky week away in the sun and this hotel came up. As we had already been here before and enjoyed our stay, we decided to stay again. We arrived late but check in was quick and the restaurant had food waiting for us, very much appreciated after a day of travelling. We don’t remember that from previous stays as only the grab and go station used to be open for late arrivals. This is a nice surprise and very welcoming and we hope this continues. Our room was lovely, overlooking the gardens, and very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job during our stay, the room was always immaculate. The food has improved since our last stay. It was always very good but this time, it was amazing. We even personally thanked the head chef. The choices of meat and variation for a buffet was great, the best we have had for a long time! Mehmet, the manager, is awesome and such a credit to this hotel. He really does care about his guests and is always available for a chat, we even stopped a few times to let him know how happy we was! The ladies on the evening reception desk are so lovely and always happy to chat with us and help us. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is a little far out but we love it here and it’s worth it. All of the staff here are wonderful and really do make your stay a happy one. We even recognised some staff from our previous stays, they are all very courteous and attentive. We can’t wait to return for our 4th visit in 2026!

Where to start!! This hotel was amazing from start to finish We Travelled with our family(kids 8&13) with my sister and her family and our mum and dad We stayed in two bedroom apartment rooms. So much space, immaculate, cleaned daily. Fab rooms Twin bedroom with door so kids were separate while we had acces out of room or onto balcony without waking them. Food was the best all inclusive we have had!! My daughter has a dairy intolerance and everythin is labelled so clearly!! Food was sooo good, chefs were all lovely, talented and so friendly. So much choice but also so much attention to detail. Not just a buffet where you manage to find something to eat… amazing food cooked to perfection. Wee station at night with a different chefs specialty each night, like a Michelin star restaurant! My daughter also has choice of 3 different sorbets too! Along with loads of flavours of ice cream for my son too. Jist brilliant. Breakfast has omlettes, made fresh, poached eggs, overnight oats gluten and dairy free huge selection, fresh smoothies and freshly squeezed orange juice. and all us all breakfast suspects, they even made my daughter pancakes with soya milk! Nothing was a hassle. Inside at lunch was fab choice, but outside amazing choice for a beach/pool bar. Lovely baked tattie station along with most of the selections that was offered inside too! Evening was never too busy and staff always attentive. But people need to remember, treat people nice and they will treat you nice, some people are horrid!!! Being kind goes a long way!! Kids smoothie/mocktail/icecream station too at kids pool. Rooftop terrace was Beautiful to watch the sunset , even if chilly, as went on October, blankets were provided if asked for. 24hr bar, with soft, hot and alcoholic drinks. Sandwiches, fruit, protein snacks, etc, great for late check or early check outs. lovely staff and atmosphere. On our walk to room during day we saw the odd cat, who never bothered u, the odd peacock too and at night saw a hedge hog a few times One night there was a beach party, our kids loved the dj and mocktails, we enjoyed cocktails and a dance too! Great shopping centre outside and also in the hotel amazing quality and value clothing etc. we took case home full of stuff for the kids!!! BBQ restaurant at hotel was lovely. Really nice. I hate cats, and waiter made sure the one cat goin around came nowhere near our table, steaks were cooked to perfection and desserts to die for!! Bar staff and restaurant staff all lovely. Especially gulhan and the lad we had (I’ve forgotten his name, so sorry, you will know who you are if you read this “juney with the red wine” haha Always smiling and loved a wee chat when at bar etc. a small tip helped at bar. Staff always enthusiastic too. Plenty sunbeds and never crammed in, beach also amazing and loads of beds and bean bags! Total wipeout type inflatable in the sea was soooo much fun for kids and adults My only two flaws for this hotel would have to be not enough slides for the kids, mine were 13&8, had cousins same age with them so was fine but if we had been ourselves they would have been looking for more to do! And the Tui blue app was a pain, never managed to book into anythin!! Always fully booked. Would have love the kitchen tour!! Booked land of legends and used excursion side and were amazing. Private transfer was worth every penny! The day at land of legends was expensive to get there but worth it as kids had the best day, as did the adults . Food and drink wasn’t bad priced, food better priced than drink but that didn’t After, was a really good day!! Would defo return to this hotel as a couple but for the kids, they need a bit more!! But we cannot stress how amazing the food and rooms and location were! I’m a rose wine drinker and it was Awful, as was the white, couldt drink it at all!! Did purchase a lovely Sauv one night tho!! but I drank red and a gin or vodka, cocktails so nice too. Oh to add. Staff at entertainment area were amazing too. Billie is a credit to the team!! Such a lovely girl!! One night after our water park day, kids were tired and there was a movie night, staff provided Doritos and blankets for the kids , they watched lion king mufasa movie as the adults unwound with the kids in sight with a lovely daiquiri !! One of the best holidays we have had in years!! Book it, some hotels we have been, there are so many hidden extras. Here, it’s truly all inclusive! Everything included and all with a friendly smile!! Amazing place

What a buffer... a bit distant location but other than that it's really hard to find anything negative about this hotel.
