TUI BLUE Palm Garden

We visited Palm Gardens back in October last year. To be honest, we read how great the reviews were beforehand, so were worried they would have set our expectations too high, however this was not the case. Our expectations were exceeded by the amazing hotel, great facilities, AMAZING food and lovely staff. The experience was so great that we have booked again for this October. I would usually not book the same hotel (and i have never done that before) but due to just how much of a great experience we had, we could not turn the opportunity down. I would highly recommend booking this as a destination if you haven’t already. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Went as a large family group of nine of us, and all of us had an amazing holiday. The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food is good, although I am fussy and could have done with some more simple pasta dishes for example. The BBQ by the beach was a very enjoyable meal. There is a low level area for children in the restaurant and they had a good choice of foods, as well as some colouring sheets to keep them busy. Our rooms were all very nice with plenty of storage and good showers. The hotel grounds are well looked after, and we even got to see the tortoise and hedgehogs. There were plenty of activities on offer, our favourite was the bungee fitness, it was great fun and led by a great instructor. We also enjoyed playing tennis, table tennis, and mini golf. The swimming pool was cold but we still enjoyed a swim. The baby pool was warm on some days but no so much on other days. Lifeguards were very observant which was good. Lovely room for parents and baby to play in, our little one was only a year old and enjoyed crawling around and playing with the available toys. Nice park in the sand with swings and plenty of buckets and spades for little ones to use. Beach is quite stoney, but lots of bean bags and hammocks available and a nice little pier to walk along. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, and no need for early morning rush as nothing got going until nearly ten o clock. A lovely holiday and would happily return. Although the journey to and from the airport was about one hour twenty minutes and this was a private transfer as they had said through tui it would have been over two hours.

Our stay at TUI Blue Palm Garden was genuinely one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had, and we’ve visited Turkey multiple times — this one truly stood out. The biggest highlight has to be the staff. Every single member of the team was amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always going above and beyond. You can clearly see how hard they work to keep everything running smoothly, and they do it all with a smile. It made such a difference to the overall atmosphere. The hotel is incredibly family-orientated, which created a really warm and relaxed environment. There were plenty of activities available throughout the day for both adults and children, so there was never a dull moment unless you wanted there to be. The food deserves a special mention — easily the best I’ve had in my five trips to Turkey. The variety and quality were exceptional, with something for everyone at every meal. It’s clear a lot of effort goes into the dining experience. Cleanliness across the entire hotel and its facilities was also outstanding. Everything was consistently well-maintained, from the rooms to the communal areas, which really added to the comfort of the stay. As for improvements, these are only small pointers and did not impact our stay in the slightest, but could make an already great hotel even better. The all-inclusive drink selection felt a bit limited compared to other resorts we’ve visited in Turkey. There was also no all-inclusive minibar in the room, which is something we’ve come to expect elsewhere. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from a more traditional sports bar setup, and it doesn’t have a pier bar, which is a feature we’ve enjoyed at other resorts. Finally, during the non-summer months, if there happens to be a bad weather day, there isn’t much available in terms of indoor activities.

Just got back from a wonderful 2 week stay. Everything was great. Room well equipped, cleaned every day. Food was fantastic particularly the beach barbecue But what made it special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Particularly mention must go to Blue Guides Kubra and Dephne, restaurant waitress Bahar, bar staff Gulhan, Mine and Hazal. Even the lovely friendly girl on security. Can thoroughly recommend the hotel

Another fabulous trip to the Palm Garden. Our third time there and great to see the same high standard set by Mehmet being maintained by Ozan and his fantastic staff. From reception, housekeeping, poolside, bar and restaurant, the same care and attention is given by all staff. Huge thanks to the amazing Kids Club staff including Sevgi, Arda, Aigul and Camilla. Our daughter always gets a fabulous welcome back and absolutely loves her time there. Also fantastic to see Hussain back delivering excellent fitness classes! We will be back ❤️
