TUI BLUE Palm Garden

Never been to Turkey before, so didn’t know what to expect. Our friends recommended the Tui Blue Palm Garden hotel and complex, they stayed there last year. We went to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary, taking our three children and our grandchildren, 13 of us in total. Listed as a 5 star and for us definitely a 5 star plus. I would be here all day if I began to mention anything and everything about our stay, it was absolutely amazing, better than any other foreign holiday I have ever had. You may read these next two points as negatives, the coach transfer is a little too long, but well worth the journey, also the temperature was extremely hot, mid to late thirties every day. Finally, the staff in every department exceeded our expectations. We were approached by senior managers on numerous occasions, constantly checking that our holiday was what we had expected. One young member of the management team, a beautiful lady called Kubra, invited me and my nine year old grandson into her office, she was so kind and generous, offering sweets and a good luck charm as little gifts. One day hopefully Kubra will climb the management ladder, she deserves a higher position in your team. To get a holiday with these standards in Spain or other popular destinations in Europe, will cost you a lot more of your hard earned money, so if it’s a family holiday of a lifetime you’re after, look no further than the Tui Blue Palm garden hotel. We had a wonderful time at this hotel. Plenty of sun loungers. Extremely attentive staff. Pleasant entertainment. The rooms were spacious and clean, we were even offered bumpers for the bed to keep the kids safe and a stool for the bathroom so they could reach the sink. I would highly recommend if you are fitness orientated as there are lots of classes. A really special mention to the kids club, all the staff were amazing but especially Maisie. I never thought my kids would go but Maisie welcomed them at the evening entertainment and they were keen to go the next day. This gave me and my partner 3 hours every afternoon to actually enjoy a rest! My kids went on dinosaur hunts, played on the soft play and had all sorts of fun. They even had an activity afternoon where the adults joined in. Bahar in the restaurant was an amazing waitress and Gilsum makes the best omelettes ever!! I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We did get a private transfer to speed up the process which helped. Overall an amazing hotel with extremely attentive staff.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I came with family and it was brilliant start to finish. The service is amazing and the people are equally as good.

Been there 3 times because it guarantees a very pleasant stay. The food is exceptional, and so is the quality of the drinks. Entertainment is very classy. Plenty of activities during the day - yoga, exercise, beach events, etc. Aquaexercise is very popular. The sea from the small pier and the pool both provide lots of fun. A la carte options very worthwhile to try. Good-natured, humorous staff make it a relaxing stay.

This was our first stay at this hotel, and we hadn't originally planned to stay here because I had already booked another hotel. However, due to flight cancellations, I had to travel earlier than planned and needed accommodation from Sunday to Wednesday. That's why I chose this TUI hotel. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel is. We will definitely be coming back next year—and not just for a few days, but for a full week. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide outstanding service. The housekeeping is excellent, and the food is fantastic. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
