Akra Sorgun Tui Blue Sensatori has to be my favorite holiday hotel of all time. I’ve travelled to Jamaica, Dominican, Mexico and many other European destinations, but I just feel drawn to this amazing hotel over and over again. I’m now on my 10th visit and I cannot fault this hotel. The staff are all absolutely amazing and the hospitality you cannot fault, they are all absolutely amazing. Food, drinks, and cleanliness is absolutely outstanding in all areas. Spa - I’ve had the best experience for relaxation and deep tissue massages on all of my trips. This really is a massive thank you from me to all the staff at the hotel who make my every staff a cruelly memorable and fantastic experience. From Ben in room 3002

Me and my daughter have just returned after a 9 night stay, we have been coming to the resort since my daughter was 2 and she is now 19, this was our 20th visit to the hotel. We love the hotel, it never disappoints and the staff are all amazing, some have become friends. I want to give a special shout out to the following people, Cavo (bar), Mahir (bar), Hakan (bar), Dogan (bar), Metin (bar), Harun (Saffron), Serdar (Saffron), Omar (beach), Mehmet (olive), the lady who works in the beach bar, she is a pocket full of sunshine and also the beach waiter. However all of the staff are fantastic. This year I feel the food was better, it has always been good but I felt it had improved, the gala night which is on a Friday was exceptional. A huge thank you to all of the kitchen staff and the F&B manager. There is one negative this year for me and that was the entertainment, the hotel have changed it this year and there is no longer a resident TUI show cast team. The lobby bar entertainment was very low key and had no atmosphere, the singer who I think is called Dan was the only decent one, in previous years the guests would be up dancing and having a good time, this was lacking, the guitarist almost sent me to sleep! The entertainment at the club house was better than the lobby bar but again I felt it was not as good as previous years, I know the hotel is trying to make the entertainment appealing to all guests but it didn’t do it for me. We will be back as it’s like a second home, but please do something with the entertainment.

We fly back on May 16th for our fourth stay in just two years, and at this point, Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori feels more like a second home than a hotel. While we used to be the type of travelers who never visited the same place twice, this resort has completely broken that rule. The most special thing for us is that the hotel has been the backdrop to our daughter’s entire life. We first visited when my wife was 6 months pregnant; we then returned when she was 3 months old, again at 18 months, and now she is nearly 2.5 years old and ready to run around with the TUI Bots. Watching her grow from a "bump" to a toddler here is a memory we will cherish forever. The Ultimate Recommendation: The best compliment I can give a hotel is to trust it with my friends' holiday memories. After hearing us rave about this place for two years, our friends are finally joining us midway through this 11-night stay with their two children. We have total confidence that the team will deliver the same 5-star experience that keeps us coming back. Why the standards never slip: It is the people who make this place a cut above the rest. From the warm welcome of the Guest Experience team to the incredible service in the restaurants and bars, the consistency is staggering. The Food: As a vegetarian, my wife is always incredibly well-catered for. We especially love the daytime menus at Olive and Ocean. The Staff: Huge credit to Mehmet at Olive and Cihat at Ocean, who are absolute gentlemen. A special mention to Ayşe, whose kindness and attention to detail represent the very best of Turkish hospitality. The Main Bar: A massive shoutout to Ibrahim, Elgin, and the rest of the main bar team—their speed, friendliness, and the way they remember your favourite drink is world-class. The Vibe: Suat is a complete legend and the ultimate professional. He has this incredible ability to make every guest feel like the most important person there, leading the entertainment with genuine warmth and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. We’ve had the pleasure of staying in the Junior Suites on previous visits and they are truly outstanding, but regardless of the room, it’s the "Akra feeling" that brings us back. In a world where people usually only review the negatives, I want everyone to know that this hotel is the benchmark for excellence in Türkiye. Counting down the days. See you soon! — The Shaws

Fantastic hotel this was only 3rd year and food, drinks are quality drinks nothing is to much hassle to staff they certainly know what customer service is excellent! Metin at the bar made us very welcome and hugged us remembered us both from last year, such a lovely guy. Mamet in Olive what a service polite, welcoming, very attentive and always ready to help.Love the pizza🍕 so tasty! Chiat Ocean again service is 2nd to none extremely professional and always ready to help! Su cooking/ language that was really enjoyable to try the language difficult but what a lovely way to speak to staff our cleaners (Jeanette and the other lady)they loved it and were laughing and helping us with other words! Lovely ladies always smiling again so helpful and nothing to much trouble!! Zada hope u have ur name correct sorry if not! He can to our room daily water beer wine extra.Then he would pop back with ice bucket so professional and extremely pleasant!! All the staff didn't remember everyone's names ( are very professional, and work extremely well together and a credit to the hotel!! All rooms have Ocean views clean, spacious, room cleaned daily, towels changed daily to! Just amazing service we have been to many hotels but this one stands out by far, really stunning hotel, gym its all excellent! We stayed in the penthouse suite again what a room with beautiful balcony and tub just perfect! The only thing which was different from last year is they don't replenish malibu, we normally sit on balcony have a drink not in bars as the room is wonderful. But it didn't spoil it. Stunning location peaceful and very tranquil love the hotel and staff well done all of you.
