We have just returned from this fantastic hotel having spent 11 nights there over the Easter period. We traveled as a group of four friends who met at a local hotel, the Barut Andiz. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was that the General Manager, Ergin, had previously run the Barut Andiz and done a superb job before being promoted and had now completed a full season in the Akra Sorgun so we thought we would give it a go. The hotel is set in beautiful, expasive grounds that are stunning with Adult only and family areas. Our rooms were in the Adult Only block overlooking the. Adult only pool and the beach and sea beyond that. The room was spacious and kept immaculately clean by Emine throughout our stay. The food in the main buffet restaurant was the best I have had at any hotel. The range of options were vast every time we ate in there, both at lunchtime and in the evening. There are theme nights in the evening most nights, but without doubt, the Gala Night was the highlight with many à la carte quality meals prepared ready in the “Showcase area” and the quality was superb. In addition to the buffet restaurant, at the time of our stay, there were four à la carte restaurants available for evening meals and two for lunch. Again, the options available and the quality of the food was first class only to be backed up with excellent service from every member of the team that we came to contact with in all of these restaurant’s. All the staff did a great job in the restaurants, but I would like to highlight Dorgul who looked after us in the Adult section, Atilla, who was great wen we ate in the family area and at the Ocean and also Oguz who was fantastic in both at the Ocean at lunchtime and the Prime à la carte. Overall, the food could not be faulted so it’s 10 out of 10 from me! The range of drinks available is enormous. There is absolutely something for everyone. The service we received in the Lobby bar from Bilal, Hasan and Muslim (amongst others) was fabulous and rarely were our glasses empty. The same can be said about the guys at the Adult pool bar, great service and always a smile on their faces. Again, another 10 out of 10 for drinks. We spent one day on the beach in Cabana and can highly recommend it to anyone who is coming to the hotel. Even looked after our every need throughout the day and never let us run out of drinks or food at any point, despite our best efforts! It was lovely to catch up with some old faces while we were there, Dan and Sid who we had previously me at the Andiz and of course Ergin who is doing a fantastic job putting his own stamp on the hotel which is clearly evident from he quality of the food right across the hotel. Having stayed in the hotel back in 2018 the change in the level of service we received from every member of the team and the improvement in the food and drink options are substantial. At the start of our holiday the weather was awful with heavy storms depositing sand everywhere and I would like to say a massive thank you to every member of staff that worked so hard to get the hotel back to its spotless standard extremely quickly to minimise the impact on every guest. Having been regular visitors to the Barut Andiz over the last 8 years, this now gives us a bit of a headache on which to choose, but it is safe to say, we will definity be back…
Always such an amazing time here was so glad to see baver again and glad he was still here such a great guy and goes above and beyond every single time seing him again literally made our holiday his a credit to you 💙 The bar staff in the lobby (hakhan ,bilal, mahir ,dogan honestly these guys run the show and make every night memorable they make the most amazing drinks are absolutely funny and will have you smiling till the moment you leave we're leaving this time like we gained family and for that reason we're be back soon The turkish a la cart is a must 👌 from the service to the food just amazing
Me and my family just had an amazing 10 nights at this extremely beautiful resort. Its our 2nd visit here and we love everything about it from the restaurants, pools, the beautiful grounds, bars, beach, tennis and crazy golf, football sessions which my boy loved, the cats, and we loved the swim up room! The food in the main buffet restaurant and all the Ala Carte restaraunts was oustanding - with our favourites being the Ocean Beach side and Olive ❤️ The amazing staff couldn't look after you any better, being kind attentive and friendly and were a really important part of our holiday - we didn't want to come home! My kids remembered a few of the lovely staff from our first visit in 2023, so a special shout out Emin, Mehmet and Ersan - thanks for your amazing kind hospitality! We hope to come back again in the future 😊 x

Just returned from an amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Although this was the first time we have stayed here, we know the General Manager Ergin from his previous role at Tui Blue Barut Andiz . The Hotel is beautifully appointed with stunning views out to sea and is surrounded by a forest. The grounds of the hotel are vast and immaculately kept with beautiful plants and flowers. The hotel itself itself is divided into family and adult only areas. We had a lovely room in the adult area, looking out to sea. Cleanliness in the hotel is second to none. With both public areas and guest rooms immaculate. Cleaning team to be congratulated. The Management team led by Ergin are always approachable and highly visible, ensuring everyone is happy. The food throughout the hotel is outstanding - a great variety, well cooked and beautifully presented. The speciality restaurants are all highly reccommended especially the "Prime". Also, we liked the "Olive" at lunchtime as a change from the Buffet restaurant. But wherever you choose to eat, you will not be disappointed. This is all to be expected, as Ergin is a great "foodie" It is his passion. Also worthy of mention is the excellent quality and choice of drinks in all of the hotel bars. Finally and importantly, the Staff. We did not encounter any staff member throughout the hotel who did not have a friendly smile on their face and a willingness to help. We will definitely be returning!
