Just returned from another wonderful visit to this beautiful hotel. Once again it did not disappoint, it just seems to get better with every visit. It was so good to see many members of staff from previous visits, they remembered us and made us feel so welcome. The staff work so hard to make sure you’re having a great holiday. Special mentions to some including newly promoted Metin, always great fun and welcoming. Gabriel at adult pool, Sadrettin on beach, Faruk in main restaurant, Eren looking after us in cabana and Penar in Club House. We did miss Ramazan in lobby bar and hope he returns next year. Entertainment was varied and we enjoyed many of the shows but would have liked to see bands like the Drifters on Boardwalk stage rather than main stage, they work so well in that area. Victor and Adu were such a miss and hope they return next year. Hotel manager Ergin was always present around the hotel and so friendly and approachable. All in all, a fabulous holiday, thank you. Already looking forward to returning next year!

Another amazing holiday at Akra Sorgun. Each year we return it feels like returning to see friends, everyone has such warmth and friendliness. We arrived of the coach to be welcomed by our friend Metin, he quickly brought us a cocktail as we checked in which was much needed after a long journey. We only had a week this time so most days were spent on the lovely sandy beach with Omar always making sure we had a good spot. There is a calmness to the hotel, even when the hotel is full it never feels busy or chaotic because it is spread out with so many different areas. The food is amazing with so much choice in the main restuarant, the chefs are top class. We had one night dining in the Turkish restaurant which was so so good, thankyou Harun. The evening entertainment was really good, live music every night, great atmosphere but equally if you wanted a quieter night there is low key music in the main bar area. Our cleaner Fatima is a lovely happy lady who always made our room up lovely so thankyou for your hard work. There is a consistency here of genuine care and love for guests, from the cleaners, the bar staff, the chefs, the waiters, thankyou all for your hard work and kindness. We have made another year of lovely memories. Can't wait to see you all next year 🥰❤️❤️ Laura and Gary xx

This was our 4th visit and we are already booked for later in the year and will certainly return next May This really is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff and lovely food Of the evening entertainment, we would have preferred less dance acts. Our favourite was The Drifters Reborn even though they didn’t sing a single Drifters song!!

Just returned today from a lovely 10 day break at this hotel! A few minor things (to be fussy) that we didn’t like but all in all this hotel is immaculately kept, from room cleaning, pool areas, bars, the walk ways, toilets and gardens! We go to a lot of amazing hotels and this must be one of the most attended to overall! The staff are incredibly friendly, everyday they go out of their way to accommodate everyone! Shout out to the Jasmine adult pool bar staff and the main bar inside, lovely lovely people! Restaurants - Ocean and Olive, absolutely lovely food for both lunch and dinner Saffron - the Turkish cuisine is outstanding! Loved it I was disappointed that Targin was no longer there as I love Asian food and we both agreed that sadly the Prime Restaurant which is a steak house was definitely not up to our standards, and especially for an additional €50 each it’s just no good, steak is thin and fatty I thought it was a Turkish cooking style however we went out to a steak restaurant in the old town and although very pricey the steak was correctly cooked and beautiful

My wife and I have just returned from our seventh, 14 night holiday, at this hotel. Everyone and everything is amazing. All staff are polite and welcoming going out of their way to help guests. The TUI rep is also very helpful and helpful. Nobody is ‘pushy’ over anything. It’s a relaxing holiday. The food is of good quality and variety over all of the onsite restaurants. Rooms are also clean and good size serviced daily. All department managers are very approachable. Ergin, general manager, is especially approachable. Seen daily walking around hotel and talking with guests. Always open to suggestions. Nice to see a manager who is not locked in an office somewhere. We have booked again for next year. Can’t wait
