TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Sorgun

This is an outstanding resort that exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The main restaurant offers an exceptional variety of nutritious and delicious food, with something to suit every taste. Drinks and tasty snacks are available throughout the day, making the all-inclusive experience feel generous and of a very high standard. The rooms are large, spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with high-end furnishings, intuitive room controls, and luxurious bathrooms that make for a truly comfortable stay. The swimming pools were wonderfully warm thanks to the ambient temperature and were kept impeccably clean by the hardworking staff. The beach is pristine and less than a minute's walk away, making it effortless to enjoy both the sea and the pools. There is an endless choice of activities throughout the day, including golf, football, yoga, fitness sessions, functional training, water polo, and much more. If relaxation is more your style, you can simply unwind by the pool while attentive staff bring your food and drinks directly to your sunbed. The entertainment team deserves enormous praise for their energy and enthusiasm, catering brilliantly for both adults and children. A particularly special mention goes to the children's team, who clearly invest so much love, care, and dedication into making every child's holiday unforgettable. The true jewel in the crown, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was attentive, caring, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. Their warmth and kindness were the highlight of my holiday. My stay had a rocky start as I became unwell shortly after arriving, but I always felt safe, cared for, and looked after with genuine compassion. That level of hospitality is something I will always remember. In my opinion, this makes or breaks the holiday and I feel the pride, gentle enthusiasm and care from the staff is authentic and what makes this resort sparkle amongst other fine contenders on this coast. If I had one small area for improvement, it would be that some aspects of the evening entertainment could be a little more lively, although Live Victoria and many of the other performers were excellent. You can hear some of the evening entertainment from the rooms if you choose to retire early, but I didn't find it disruptive. Families with young children should have no difficulty if they request a quieter room location. The resort's app is an excellent idea and offers great convenience, although it can occasionally be a little glitchy. However, the staff are always more than happy to assist, so it never became more than a minor inconvenience. I don't usually choose all-inclusive holidays, but this resort has genuinely changed my perspective. I wouldn't hesitate to return and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional facilities, fantastic food, endless activities, and, above all, outstanding hospitality.

Just arrived back from 2wks at this beautiful hotel and thought I would leave an honest review. For some clarity we stayed at the Akra Kemer a couple of years ago and couldn't fault the hotel, every aspect was amazing, hence why we choose the Akra Sorgun after looking at the reviews etc we definitely were excited for this holiday. Upon arrival the hotel is stunning and staff very welcoming, stayed in a family room, spacious, clean with loads of small wee touches such as bath robes, slippers, coffee machine, mini-bar and lovely smelling toiletries. Room is spotlessly clean and the maids do an outstanding job maintaining those standards. Swimming pools are lovely and you never struggle to find a sunbed regardless of the time of day which was refreshing, pool areas again spotless - however the pools are far too warm, it's like stepping into a luke warm bath, personally I think more atmosphere with music etc around the pool would be beneficial and add to the holiday vibe. Entertainment presence could be better, apart from 30mins here and their you didn't really see any of the entertainment team, booking activities on the app was a hit or miss and on the second week we couldn't get our kids booked into any activities which was frustrating. I didnt like the fact their was an adults only area that kids obviously don't have access too (which was fine) - but they also restricted children being involved in certain sports etc in the family section which made no sense to me. My son was refused 3 times to play waterpolo cause he wasn't 16, but it was OK for 16/17yr old to play during the children's football sessions advertised for 7 to 12yr olds. Hotel is beautifully maintained and the staff should be praised and commended for their high standards - hotel is quiet and the atmosphere in the piano bar at night was peaceful. Food was good and varied - Ocean and Olive restaurants were amazing and highly recommend. BBQ night defo worth a visit, lovely atmosphere. We were slightly disappointed that we couldn't get booked into a couple of the La a Carte restaurant but that can't be helped. Location is good, taxi journey into Side town which is a beautiful, quaint place and defo worth a visit. We did some lovely excursions, we visited the Green Canyon and thoroughly enjoyed white water rafting. Personally for us the entertainment could be better and the team could have a better presence during the day and at night. It's hard not too compare the Akra Kemer with the Akra Sorgun, both hotels are stunning and I would highly recommend them both - however personally for us the Akra Kemer delivers more in all areas. Overall we had a wonderful holiday - defo gutted to be home.

Arrived 27th June for our second stay here after an amazing time last year. Stayed in the adult section, rooms are beautiful and modern, and the view was stunning. Cleaned daily to a high standard by Muradiye (thank you) and mini bar topped up daily too. The first week there was a lot of reserving of sunbeds round the adult pool which was frustrating as you go on holiday to relax, not to stress about getting a sunbed. However the staff did deal with this and it did seem rectified by the second week. The staff at the adult pool work so hard, the bar staff and the excellent waiters coming round serving drinks at the sunbeds. Thank you so much, we appreciate it and truly wanted for nothing. Same for the beach, the service there was brilliant and we enjoyed a few days chilling there. I’m sorry not to have the names of the staff, but the bar staff and the beach waiter (who never stops!) were so professional and so friendly, a credit to the hotel. The hotel grounds are immaculate. Such a beautiful setting. The gardeners do an amazing job. We ate in all the restaurants and each one was fantastic. Service and food were great. We found the selection and choice in the main restaurant to be great, unsure how anyone could think otherwise, there was a variety of choices and various theme nights. Again, all the staff were amazing, thank you. The evenings were cooler than when we stayed last year, so we were able to enjoy the entertainment. We thought it was great, something for everyone. We also loved the live bands in the Club House Lounge Bar, had everyone up dancing. The staff in the lounge bar were excellent, Bahar the waitress was so lovely and friendly, and kept the drinks coming. Thank you. We will definitely return and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you so much to all the staff, they work so hard and always have a smile on their face. The staff, and the service they provide, really do make this place.

This is a fantastic hotel and I couldn’t give it anything less than 5 stars. It is a very clean, family friendly resort. Many people we met there were on their second or third visit. The food is absolutely delicious. Buffet, and then the à la cartes take it to another level. We also loved the Gala evening at the buffet too. I had read some people struggled to make an à la carte booking. We did not and were a party of 7 with an infant. Waiting staff were excellent and very kind with my niece. We enjoyed the evening lobby bar (air conditioned!) and wanted to mention Bahar, our waitress as she was fantastic. There a brilliant range of branded alcohol on offer. The children’s entertainment was down in the amphitheatre, outside so bring your fans for that. Pools are fantastic. Lots of sunbeds so no need to rush down. Also lots of shade which was really important to us; we’d never seen so many parasols so we’re very pleased. The adults pool is chilled and relaxed and the children’s pool is shaded with small slides which is fantastic for the little ones. Also there seems to be lots of activities for middle aged children too e.g. musical statues on paddle boards in the pool. The bars at the pool open at 10am but they can down with an iced coffee and water cart beforehand which was a nice touch. The staff were brilliant, you couldn’t fault them. Some waiter service too. Fantastic activities in the park and a brilliant air conditioned crèche! My niece is 2 and loved all the activities they had. My family enjoyed tennis and padel although they had to pay for the latter which was only €7 per person but as keen players is worth noting as it added up. Great gym with lots of machines, although just as a note the air condition wasn’t working in one studio so most people were in the main gym area. The rooms were newly renovated and you couldn’t tell - coffee machine and touch pads for lights were impressive. Minibar topped up daily with water, soft drinks and beer. Lovely for a pre dinner drink whilst getting ready. All in all a brilliant holiday and would highly recommend this hotel - I’m not sure who is giving this four stars or less but I’d like to know where they’re holidaying as we’ve done plenty of all inclusives and this has been the best.

Great hotel. First time at this hotel having stayed at the Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori Akra previously. From being met from the transfer with a glads if fizz to being handed our pack lunch for the journey home and everything in between this hotel did everything so well. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at, rooms immaculate and made up daily. Plenty of sunbeds despite some guests still laying out towels prior to 7am,wasted effort as there's always beds and extras stored that staff will bring out if needed. Food was fantastic, lots of choice and variations throughout our stay. Beds super comfy and if the pillows arent what you like there is a pillow menu to swap to! Gym is good enough, have been to hotels with lot worse and was never too busy, opens at 7am but if like me you wale a bit earlier there is an outdoor calisthenics rig to get on anytime which was great. The hotel staff were A* for service, drinks refilled and always friendly. My only gripe, the Tui entertainment team were a bit lack luster, and this is in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at, lacked energy at things like the water aerobics, classes and water polo, other hotels they encourage participation beforehand and a group of them come out for the water aerobics and get the energy up, this year they didnt have that going on. Its a shame as this was the only negative for us. We got the bus to town, directly outside the hotel, every 15 minutes for 195lira for 3 people (5 euros for the 3peope). 10 min bus ride. If you are wondering about this versus Fethiye Sensatori Akra, we discussed this a fair bit ourselves but would pick Fethiye over here, better location, nicer hotel lay out, better rep vibe (noting this is seasonally different). Great hotel. Couple of tips - remember insect repellent if going to shows outside in the evening. Ask reception the day before you leave for a pack up for your journey home.
