We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed with fresh lemonade then taken to our room by golf buggy. It is a large resort but everything is close by. The room - as expected, clean. Good powerful shower. Quite a firm mattress and pillows. Duvet is small so if your partner is a duvet stealer I would suggest asking guest services for another. Small fridge. Kettle. Plenty of hangers. TV - suitable to take your firestick. Balcony/Terrace. Very small, just enough room for two seats and no more. I did notice all balconies are like this, which is a shame as an extra foot in width would have made a big difference. Pools, we opted to spend the majority of our time at adults only quite pool. As start of season pool was freezing but No issues getting a sunlounger but I would imagine as the season gets busier it could be an issue. Omar the bar man was fantastic, always making sure you were hydrated. The chilled caramel coffee is lovely. Omar is Very much a credit to the hotel. Main restaurant - good variety of foods for the evening and the best selection of deserts I have ever seen. Speciality nights such as seafood, with huge trays of crabs and languistines etc. Turkish night with all types of minced meats and kebab, A sushi night. All the food was lovely and hot. Breakfast was good but could be better with a larger selection of fresh fruit in the morning. Lunch - snack bars or main restaurant. Snack bars were nice but the same stuff all the time. Pizza, wraps and burgers etc. Coffee Shop - average coffee, very average sandwiches. Bars - ok to it is all inclusive, i can assure you, you cannot get "tiddly" here. The alcohol is definately watered down in my opinion. Nearly all cocktails had lemon and were overall poor. Wine was ok. Beer was ok, but again weak. We had deliberated buying a bottle at duty free... we suggest you do. We bought "premium cocktails" one night, they were nicer but defeats the purpose of being all inclusive. On a cold night the bar offered Salep (a hot sweet creamy drink) was delicious. Activities - you cant be bored here! From darts, archery, hoard of water activities. Great resort for kids. The beach is beautiful, but you will need swim shoes due to the stones. Spa - mmm ok so the massages by Dilek were great. Dilek is kind and very good at her job. But I did feel a bit pressurised into buying and regretted it later but didnt have the confidence to cancel one of the two massages i had scheduled the following day. They are very pricey so be aware when you go to be firm. Overall I would stay again despite the poor balconies, itd buy alcohol at duty free and avoid the spa.

What a great stay! We were staying Tui magic belek for two weeks. Not once did we get bored with entertainment or food. Wow food was amazing big thank you to cooking team and all chefs! Everything was delicious. Housekeeping did a great job at keeping our rooms clean. Nightly great bands and great disco with amazing DJ Omar. White nights were a blast so make sure to bring white outfit. Nadia and Tatiana were amazing at helping us navigate our stay. Big shout out to them and thank you for all the help. Also thank you to all amazing staff at magic bar!! Everyone at this resort was very friendly and just an amazing experience. Beautiful grounds very well taken care of. Great beach and pools. Highly recommend this resort!! The only negative experience we had was at the spa/massage people. It felt like they were trying to rip you off and just made me feel very uncomfortable. And don’t recommend getting manicure or pedicure. Over charges and doesn’t do a good job. Other wise everything was amazing. Thank you to all the stuff.

Beautiful hotel, no expense spared. You arrive to immaculately cared for garden with fragrant jasmine and calming water features. The reception is welcoming, the staff drive you to your room and ensure you're comfortable. We travelled without kids and found a haven in the relax pool. Omar took exceptional care of us. He is an absolute star and a credit to the hotel. The staff over all are fantastic, super friendly and attentive. Massive praise to Kiwi, Oscar, Mazlum for outstanding service. Amazing energy! We will return. We throughly enjoyed our time here. From what we observed the family experience is also top notch.

Excellent experience ! The resort is like a piece of paradise ....I was on a business trip however you can see the activities offered to children.It is a perfect gateway for families with young children.The service is excellent .Kaan and Emine at the reception were very helpful and very friendly. Their restaurant offers a large selection of food.The desert selection is amazing so is their Kebab thry grill in live station.The service is excellent though it is a buffet waiters always check if you need anything. Defenitly to recommend !
