I had a wonderful stay and was very happy with everything. The hotel is in a beautiful location, very clean and well maintained, and offers a great variety of activities and events. The beach is clean and beautiful, and the evening shows were always entertaining and a great way to end the day. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the restaurants were always clean and welcoming. My room was comfortable, tidy and well maintained. All of the staff members were friendly, helpful and professional, which created a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire hotel. A very special mention goes to Melek at the main bar. She made my stay even more enjoyable with her exceptional service, kindness and genuine warmth. She always welcomed me with a friendly smile, took the time for nice conversations and made me feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude, attentiveness and heartfelt hospitality really stood out. Thank you, Melek, for the wonderful service, the lovely conversations and especially for always greeting me with your warm and friendly smile. You are definitely someone I will remember from my stay!

This was our third trip to Tui Magic Life Belek and it is truly an outstanding hotel and the best holiday we (family of 4 with children aged 18 and 16) have ever had. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with large, well fitted rooms and beautiful gardens. There is no large accommodation block, instead the rooms are arranged in lovely villas (2 or 3 storeys high) which are surrounded by beautiful gardens. The activity opportunities are endless, and are all included in the price of your holiday (except some private lessons e.g. tennis or windsurfing). We loved beach tennis with Kiwi, yoga with Victoria, pilates, water polo, archery, volleyball, mountain bike rides, aqua fitness, pickleball, Kubb, aqua power rhythm, banana boat rides and many more. The pool games are the absolute highlight of our days. We tried inflatable obstacle courses, skipping on a surfboard, playing tennis on a surfboard and other wacky games. But equally, if you just want to relax by the pool, or on the beach you can do that too in beautiful surroundings with no pressure to join in. All the pools, and the beach are surrounded by awnings which mean that you can be in the shade without moving your beds around constantly. The staff are what make this hotel stand out. All the staff are amazing and go the extra mile to keep the hotel clean, the gardens looking fabulous or the entertainment exceptional. Ali (the Magic Angel) remembers your name and is able to speak and joke in English, Turkish and German. We arrived on the Friday and he spotted us on Saturday morning, remembered us from the previous year and said, "Welcome home." We loved the Magico restaurant, and there are so many themed meals that you don't feel like you're eating in the same restaurant every night. The sushi was exceptional, the freshly grilled fish, lamb chops and steak were delicious. We tried the Levante restaurant too, and the service was exceptional and the food delicious. The coffee house offered a delicious selection of cakes and desserts every day - and the variety was great. The evening entertainment was impressive too. The dance team, led by Jason, are highly professional, and the external acts were amazing too. The beach party - with foam that ended up higher than my 5'10'' son - and the StarNight in White party were great fun, with a live band, and the silent disco with Oscar's German songs is always a hit (even though none of us speak any German). Moonlight sports were also great fun. Despite the variety of evening entertainment, once you head to your room - no matter what time of night - you can't hear anything from the rooms. We didn't go on any of the Tui trips, but did go on the bus to the local market in Kadriye. The bus costs 1.5 euros each (each way) and leaves from right outside the hotel every 20 minutes. We've been here 3 years running now, and every year there's something new or improved. This year the pickleball court was a great addition, and the exotic fruit platters at the pool party, slushies at the beach party (with alcohol added for adults if you wanted it) and the cooling towels and ice creams handed out at the StarNight in White were all very welcome. The foam hand weights for the aqua fitness also added a new challenge. Talking to other guests, we discovered that most people have been coming to this hotel for years. You can't get a better recommendation than that. We are already looking forward to next year, to coming 'home' again.

We have now visited for the second time because our first stay was such a fantastic experience, truly a 10 out of 10! Once again, everything was perfectly organized. What an outstanding and highly professional kitchen team. Special compliments to Mr. Erdal, the Food Manager. We would also like to sincerely thank the rest of the team, especially Mr. Ali Osman, who gave us a great deal of attention, and Ms. Nurcihan, who is incredibly kind and even recognized us from our previous visit. They made our holiday experience truly unforgettable. Even the chefs, such as Mr. Haluker, were exceptionally friendly. Whatever you ask for, they are happy to help without the slightest hesitation. The Turkish hospitality here is simply outstanding. The housekeeping is also absolutely exceptional, especially the restrooms in the main restaurant. There is always someone present keeping everything spotless, almost as if they live there! :-) The hygiene standards are outstanding. The food is truly one of the main reasons we keep coming back. There is an incredible variety of dishes, with something different every day. Everything is replenished quickly, and if something happens to be unavailable, all you need to do is mention it and they arrange it immediately. Don't hesitate to book this fantastic hotel! The property is beautiful, with abundant greenery and even an indoor oasis. Special compliments also to the gardening and maintenance team, who work incredibly hard throughout the day to keep everything immaculate and well maintained. Their dedication really shows and contributes greatly to the overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again. Five star!

Although this was our first time visiting Tui Magic Life Belek as a family of 3 with a 12 year old, this was not our first time to Belek. We have also stayed at Xanadu and Gloria Golf. I have to say this was the best experience so far. We loved Xanadu and Gloria Golf has a bit more luxury but this place has the best mix of everything. The big difference here was the cost and the value of money it provides. Check-in was quick and easy, and although we arrived late we could get some nice sandwiches from the coffee house and a drink from Wunderbar, both of which I think stay open 24 hrs. We didn't opt for the extra charge for room selection before arriving by my requests had been noted and we were put in Villa 18 by the tennis courts. We were fearing the worst after some reviews of the rooms and what we had experienced in the family rooms at Gloria Golf but the the two bedroom family room was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, relatively modern and perfectly functional with two balconies. Perfect as a base for getting ready to go out for the day, change for the evening and to sleep in. Noise from the tennis courts wasn't noticeable and we were away from the noise of the main area. Although a few minutes walk to the beach area and main pool area, that was all fine. The relax pool was just around the corner. We didn't go because of our 12 year old but it did look nice and very chilled. The facilities and what was on offer were excellent. Big main pool and the Oasis bar pool by the beach were really nice. Although there are plenty of sun beds throughout the resort and at the beach unfortunately there is the age old claiming prime spots early in the morning going on. and it is a case of, if you can't beat them, join them. We didn't experience this at the other two resorts we stayed at. Plenty of beds available at the beach though, so not a case of not being able to get a bed. Water park is ok and fun enough, particularly for the younger kids. Cleanliness is excellent everywhere we found, and the grounds are lovely and green to walk through. The staff work really hard to keep on top of this it looks like and we found everyone to be friendly, particularly the room cleaners and the lady at the towel station. Sorry, we are terrible at remembering names! The activities really make this place stand out. The activity staff are excellent and friendly. The sheer variety that is on offer for kids, adults and families together is brilliant. They are fun, engaging, well organised and safe. We went on a Nielson holiday last year and are hard pushed to see any difference with what is on offer, quality of pitches and equipment on offer, between the two. Where we feel this edges it are the sheer scale and the fact it is a big AI resort on top, and all the little luxuries that brings. Big shout out to the watersports team as they were very helpful and patient with my son trying out wakeboarding. Family banana boats were good fun. The fact you can just go and get a windsurf (with licence) and kayak was fantastic. Never had to wait long for anything really, and this was in high season. Also big shout out to Julia who ran Family Boccia. Something we hadn't tried before but she welcomed us in and we had great fun with group, which became a morning ritual and fun way to start the day. The food was of good quality and we tried the 3 a la cartes that were on offer. Green Curry was nice enough, Levante (Turkish) was the best. The Flavour was a bit disappointing to be honest. The service and everything was good, but the food a bit of a let down. Given our time again, we'd skip that one. Magico buffet had enough variety and taste to suit, and over the 7 days we didn't tire of it. The drinks were ok and varied enough, and if you want something more premium you can pay for it. Food for kids is plentiful and the food stands make it easy for them to get without having to go to the buffet. We didn't really do the evening shows so couldn't comment. What we loved about this place was the sheer variety on offer. If you have people in your group that are active it has so much to offer for all ages. If you have people that just want to lie of a sun bed and read then the grounds and facilities are a nice place to do that in. If you want to get involved with things you can, but you don't really feel you are being pushed into it. Overall this has been the best experience in Turkey by far for us as a family and the best value for money by far, hence the 5 star rating. In fact I'm not really sure where you could get such bang for your buck globally. A huge thank you to all the staff at Tui Magic Life for making it such a great experience and leaving us very sad to return home. My son is devastated. I'm pretty sure we will be back as we loved it so much. I highly recommend and we are definitely converted fans. Just need more time next time!

We are absolutely loving our stay at this hotel! Everything has been wonderful, from the delicious food and beautiful grounds to the polite and attentive staff. A special thank you to Tatiana Gaidarli from Guest Services. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. She regularly checked in with us to ask how our stay was going and was always happy to answer our questions. Her kindness and attention made our experience even more enjoyable. We also really loved the variety and quality of the cuisine, as well as the evening entertainment shows and the disco. There is always something to enjoy, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
