Great stay . Beach ,pools and grounds is a massive highlight but it is the staff and service that make it ,99% of staff are excellent and work hard and with a smile , special shoutout to Adem at the pool bar who was always happy and made the best cocktails ! Area is large so even when busy it doesn’t feel too crowded, best holiday we’ve had as a family , only negative is the hotel next door is very loud late at night

Definitely not a 5 star hotel I would say more 4. We arrived late at night and were welcomed in. Got a buggy ride to our room. It’s worth mentioning that the rooms are not the best more 3 star plus. Nothing is finished to a high standard. We had to move rooms as the smell of poo in the bathroom was vile.our shower was boliling hot or freezing cold and was dripping Room 668 and 667 both had bad smells. The room was like a dungeon going down steps to room. Apparently this was an upgrade but only by foot space. The first night we woke up to housekeeper coming into our room and taking our key so we had no electricity. We did speak to guest service about this and they rang the housekeeper she said she needed it for her friend I couldn’t believe that this was ok with the hotel. Complete security breach. After this wake up and the smell of poo coming from the shower drain feeling disappointed we moved but that was a disaster they called our room to say meet at 10 am at reception so we did only to be told we have to wait till 3 pm wasting a day the communication at the front desk was shocking and rudeness from coskun on reception. We moved and got another room, tho had no robes or extra bits but wasn’t that bothered in the end. Pools are freezing cold my advice is keep moving in the pool. Food was ok holiday food. Plenty to choose from we didn’t have a bad belly. We only got approached once. By pool side team to join in games. The evening entertainment was good and there is plenty to do in the day. Overall it’s a good hotel but definitely not the 5 start you would expect. 3 of us had a massage that was amazing totally worth the money!10/10 sunbeds were easy to get at 8.30 not sure if it might change in August tho.

The resort is beautiful, full of positive energy, great food, and a lovely atmosphere, but what made our vacation truly special were the people. A huge thank to Nadia and the amazing girls named Tatiana- your kindness, warmth, and care made us feel so welcome every single day. People like you are the reason guests want to come back again and again. Thank you for everything- we already miss this place and hope to return soon! Tatiana and Leila.

From the airport to the end of our journey, Tui staff were so good with us. The staff in the hotel treated us like family and it was a great experience in general. We would like to thank MR Kazım and guest relations team for his support throughout our stay and his help with arranging restaurants and engaging conversations.
