The hotel is of a very high standard and is set across a large, beautifully landscaped area surrounded by abundant greenery, making you feel as if you are walking through a botanical garden. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes to choose from. There are plenty of activities available throughout the day, including banana boat rides, guided cycling tours, and fitness classes. The Coffee House is a fantastic place, serving outstanding coffee and an excellent selection of teas. The main area that could be improved is the gym equipment, which is rather limited. The Kids Club operates with a somewhat unusual registration system, as children need to be signed up during specific hours, but the staff are excellent and take great care of the children. Special thanks to Janis and Fleur from the Kids Club, as well as Osman, who organized nice cycling tours for different skill levels.

I have just spent a lovely week at this hotel with my sister. The facilities are fantastic. The grounds and gardens are truly stunning with so many beautiful flowers everywhere. I can't fault the food at all as there is so much choice in the main restaurant and by the beach in La Flavour. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. My main call out is for Omar at the relax pool, he is fantastic. Constantly ensuring we are all ok and bringing round drinks, such a lovey lovely man. The cleaner by the relax pool was also very friendly and didn't stop working. Our room cleaner was lovely, Aysha, couldn't be more helpful when we asked for some things for the room. The entertainment was very good, especially at the main bar in the evening. One thing to point is out is that the guests were 90% German, this isn't a major issue but it is always nice to find peope to chat too and it was 2/3 days before we met anyone English. The staff assume you are German when wishing us "morgen" each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

Dear TUI Magic Life Belek, Well what can we say, we have just returned from our seventh visit and yet again we have been treated like royalty. The hotel grounds remain beautiful and peaceful and are a credit to the gardens team. The food, as always, both in the Magico and Levante, was of a very high standard and we have, as usual, gained the weight to prove it. The guest services manager Coskun and his amazing team were especially attentive and could not do enough for us, making us feel like VIPs. Special shout outs to Emir, Erin and Tatiana who went over and above to meet our needs, including ensuring we were safely boarded on our transfer. Our room maid, Zeynep, provided excellent service and ensured that some minor room issues were dealt with promptly and resolved. She would look out for us each day just to say hello. Yet again Savas and Muslum treated us like members of their family and their hospitality and care were second to none. We love them dearly.Additionally, Eren Can and Melek at the Wunderbar, Adem at the Oasis Beach Bar and Onur at the coffee shop were shining examples of great customer service, consistently greeting with a smile and polite words every visit. Although we did not travel with our grandchildren this time, we were remembered by the MyMo team, who work extremely hard to entertain the children, and they frequently stopped to chat with us. Our holiday would not be complete without our interactions with the legend that is Kivi. Over the years that we have been visiting we have built a special bond and we feel he is integral to our enjoyment. Although we rarely take part in activities Kivi still takes time to check in with us and make sure we are having a great time. We appreciate that there is a greater number of staff who contribute to making sure we have a fantastic time, and we appreciate each and every one of them for doing so. We are very much looking forward to rebooking for our 8th visit next year and will eagerly anticipate meeting some old friends again. Just returned from this beautiful hotel and gardens. All the staff are amazing and friendly. The food was fantastic and varied.My husband and I loved the setting on the private beach . We were blown away by the beautiful gardens. Thank you and we will be returning.
