What an amazing fortnight we had. Hotel is very clean fully accessible and staff are welcoming. Beach has a slight walk to get to it and you have to go down stairs or an accessibility path not too bad going down coming up takes your breath. Beach is a mix of sand and pebbles/shells and you need something on your feet. Beach bar excellent great food and service. We did two A La Carte restaurants Green Curry and Levante. Both were lovely the food in the Green Curry. Lund have been hotter as in cooked hotter not spice but service was fab! Levante was amazing food was cooked well and hot and also lots of it! Cocktails were lovely food at the buffet lots of it and really good with theme nights. The staff in dining areas were also. Mix some friendlier than others but that’s no big issue. Spa very good really great massage but they do recommend further treatments but accepted that we didn’t want to. Hairdressers our biggest regret sadly. I wanted to have a blow dry think it was €24 and my husband a Turkish shave €17 I think on the sign outside. We asked for this they said yes no problem. During our services we received lots of other treatments we didn’t ask for which naively we thought was part of the treatments, we weren’t asked and when we did say what is this language was an issue so we just carried on. We got to the til and the bill came £166. We hadn’t realised all the wonderful little extras came at a cost so just beware when you go it was totally our fault. I don’t think it was a real Turkish shave or certainly didn’t meet what hubby had before and my blow dry wasn’t the best. However, we didn’t need to do it ourselves that night. Entertainment team make this wonderful shout out to Cathrine, Mustafa, Alenna and one other whose name has escaped me who try so hard during the day to entertain with various games. Johnathon's aqua-aerobics is a must he is brilliant. The Dancers were fantastic Elise you little stunner she’s gorgeous, Ruth what a voice and such a beautiful person, all the dancers are brilliant, my fave has to be Bruno he is such a beautiful soul and taught me to salsa. If you get an opportunity with him take it I will remember him forever. Pool was cool to say the least but once your in it was ok. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

We are honestly very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures and old reviews do not reflect the current reality anymore. This resort clearly used to be a much larger and more complete property in the past. Now it feels fragmented and divided into different sections and categories, almost like several separate hotels inside one complex. The atmosphere no longer feels like one premium resort experience, but rather a downgraded mass-tourism system with different levels and cut corners everywhere. The biggest problem is the food quality. Almost everything feels repetitive, low quality, and recycled under different “theme nights.” Calling one night “Italian” and simply adding a few pizzas does not create real variety. After a few days, eating here becomes exhausting. The bread quality is especially terrible — dry, stale, and clearly not fresh. Late night snacks are embarrassing for a so-called ultra all inclusive resort: usually just leftover sandwiches with cheap ham or cheese. Drinks are also far below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Cheap ingredients, low-quality cocktails, and generally disappointing beverage service. We also tried the Indian à la carte restaurant and it was one of the worst hotel restaurant experiences we have ever had. Bad food, no authenticity, no freshness, and absolutely not worth the reservation. Entertainment is equally disappointing. Everything feels tired, generic, and low-energy. The hotel looks impressive from outside, but the actual experience feels like a mass tourism factory with heavy cost-cutting everywhere. This hotel may have been excellent years ago, but today it feels completely downgraded.

I was in Jacaranda for 10 days in May 2026 and it was the best way to spend my time. There was an amazing atmosphere, everyone was really kind and the time I had there was just wonderful. The location is really good for someone who just wants to stay in the hotel, but it is also surrounded by breathtaking views when you go on a walk. The rooms were really big and comfy, and they were cleaned properly every day. The food was amazing in all restaurants, but the best for me was Trattoria. The service there and the food itself were really amazing. I enjoyed my time in this hotel doing activities. There is the best entertainment team, I've ever met. Tina is a wonderful manager, who always smiles when she sees guests, Ruth is an amazing singer and she's really kind to every person, she also does amazing nordic walking. Joy brings happiness everywhere she goes and she creates lots of amazing games and choreographies for karaoke for TEENS CLUB. Alena makes the best time playing boccia and she's always smiling at the guests. Cathrine does the best sport and games and is always down to talk. Vivi does amazing zumba and Latin dance classes, which are also conducted by Julian. Summer is an amazing dancer and Zumba with her is just perfect. Sercan does the best football and volleyball matches. Bruno does wonderful Absolute Blast sessions. Teens Trampoline with Jonathan were amazing and everyone had fun. Teens Archery with Mustafa was the best and I had so much fun even as a beginner in this sport. Teens Tennis with Binali was also really good. Ellie is the best dance captain and she's really good at dancing. Nadine is really kind to everyone and she's the best dancer in this hotel. Liandro does amazing Zumba and is always happy to talk with guests. Elise is a really good dancer and she's always kind to guests. All the kids entertainers (Chiara, Emily, Franzi, Kristina and Pinja) are also really helpful and kind to all guestes, not only for the kids. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone had fun on every party and activity.

Chaimae, the Guest Service Officer, did an outstanding job and took great care of us during our birthday celebration. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely made our experience special. Overall, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was excellent, and we truly appreciated the level of service we received.

Excellent place, clean, different activity. Hopefully we return here on The future!
