TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Even during the winter season, we had a very full and enjoyable holiday. The food, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff made our stay truly special. We would especially like to thank the animation team, and in particular Mr. Mustafa, for their great effort and kindness.

We stayed here from 3 September to 14 September. On arrival I thought we were in the middle of nowhere, but I was wrong. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very big, we had a room with 2 double beds. This must be the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. There are staff constantly cleaning the floors. There is plenty of choice in food. There are several A La Carte restaurants. We tried the Turkish and the Down Town. The Turkish gave so much food we could not eat it all. In the Down Town I had burger and chips, the burger was huge. 10/10 The swimming pools are amazing and there are several of them. We had no problem getting a sun lounger. The young man in the roller skates was great bringing drinks to us around the pool. 10/10 The entertainment I found in the Amipitheatre was sometimes a little boring as it was repetitive, but they did try really hard. The hotel put on themed nights. The drinks were OK. My favourites were no stress and coconut feeling. I also had sparkling wine, normal wine and shandy. The coffee from the pool bar was lovely. Our room service lady Gulcan Tekin was so nice and friendly. She made a point of saying hello to you everytime you saw her. She did a lovely swan and fan with towels/ bed cover and petals on the bed. 10/10 The staff at this hotel are lovely they cannot do enough for you. 10/10 The Internet was not always great in the grounds but it is a big hotel. Outside of the hotel if you turn right cross the road and carry on walking for about 10 minutes and turn right by the Titanic sign there are loads of shops. We had drink in bar and we saw an eating place. There were probably many more that we did not see. My only negative would be for a 5* hotel there should be an iron and ironing board in the room. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I would like to return in the future.

Hello. This year I spent an unforgettable vacation at the Jacaranda Magic Life Hotel. The service is at the highest level. The staff is very kind and polite, always ready to help you. The cleanliness of the hotel is at the highest level, the rooms are wonderful, the food is varied and delicious. I recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity to visit it.

Hello I just leave my oficial complaint here because I don't have a time to explain again everything. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct, Incompetence, and Unacceptable Guest Service at TUI Magic Life Jacaranda ​Dear Management Team of TUI Magic Life Jacaranda, ​I am writing this letter to express my profound disappointment and indignation regarding my stay at your complex, and more specifically, due to the unacceptable behavior, complete lack of professionalism, and poor management practices demonstrated by the front desk personnel. ​Throughout our stay, we have witnessed and experienced exceptionally discourteous, rude, and dismissive treatment toward the hotel guests. The reception staff exhibits a systematic lack of basic courtesy; rather than assisting with inquiries, they display utter incompetence, extreme passivity, and a total lack of customer care. Basic requests and administrative matters, which should be handled expeditiously and with due respect for the guests, are met with laziness, disregard, and a complete absence of professional ethics. ​To illustrate the severity of this attitude, I would like to point out a specific incident regarding my request for a three-hour extension in my room due to a delayed flight. I was flatly told that this was impossible—despite the fact that accommodating such requests is standard practice and flexibility is expected from any reputable five-star hotel. Furthermore, when I explicitly stated that I was willing to pay an additional fee for these three extra hours to avoid waiting in the lobby, my request was still unreasonably refused. ​When I attempted to resolve the matter through a conversation with the on-duty front desk manager, it yielded absolutely no positive result. Moreover, my request to meet with the Front Office Manager was deliberately thwarted by the management, under the pretext that they were attending a meeting and would not be present at the hotel for the entire day. Such evasion and lack of accountability are entirely unacceptable for a property claiming five-star standards. ​Such behavior severely undermines the standards of quality tourism and customer service that your brand purports to uphold. Instead of feeling welcomed and cared for as guests, we are met with arrogance and a blatant lack of fundamental manners from the very individuals designated to represent the hotel. ​I insist that the hotel management take immediate action to investigate the conduct of the on-duty reception and management staff, impose appropriate disciplinary measures, and conduct training to elevate their professional standards. ​I look forward to your official response outlining the measures taken regarding this formal complaint. ​Sincerely,

We stayed at La Magic Cagaranda for one week, and unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The staff were wonderful—very friendly, respectful, professional, and available 24/7. The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious, and we really enjoyed the daily activities and entertainment. Everything was well organized and on time, and the entertainment team was excellent. However, there were also some important disappointments. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not at the standard expected from a four-star hotel, and there was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Housekeeping also did not consistently provide the basic room amenities. For example, we were given coffee for only about five days during our one-week stay, and it was replenished only one day before we left. We were also very disappointed with the transportation. We paid for private transport and received a private car when going to Antalya, but on the return we were given a large minibus, even though it was only my husband and me. Overall, the hotel has great staff, good food, and excellent activities, but the cleanliness, room comfort, housekeeping, and transportation need significant improvement. It is a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential, and with better attention to these details, it could provide a much better experience.
