returned from a week at tui magic life masmavi at the end of June and this hotel did not disappoint. From our arrival at around half 3 in the morning greeted with welcoming staff and a drink and taken following a smooth check in process to the villages rooms located on the west side of the grounds. We had 3 double rooms here in different blocks but close together and very close to the main restaurant and 24 hour wunder bar. The rooms were quite small but clean, tidy, with decent size wardrobe and full size mirror. It had a balcony and was stocked with water soft drinks and kettle with tea and coffee. We spent every day at the activity pool which is pretty big and where the daily action takes place. Pool exercise, water polo and the crazy lunch time pool games all happen here and the rest of the time the pool is popping with people enjoying their holidays. There are plenty of sun beds and several different pools/areas so no need to be up at stupid o clock we got 6 together each day and never went down much before 8 in the morning. This hotel is right on the beach so there is more beds there and the water was clean and warm and there is a hub you can book water sports type activities at. We didn’t do these this time as felt they were overpriced here and the kids with us had done much of it before. We did go for a trip out with four seasons company. We did jeep safari buggy riding zip lining and water rafting for a very reasonable 45 pounds each and it was a fantastic day with lunch thrown in. Only snag with this is you will probably spend lots of extra money for the kit they tell you you probably need gloves water shoes etc and the stop off down the river where you can buy snacks and drinks. Food in The main restaurant was very good probably one of the best we have been to. The ala carte restaurants though good are only available once free and this was rather disappointing but as I said the main restaurant was so good you couldn’t possibly go hungry. The best thing about this hotel by far compared to others we have been to is the entertainment night after night the team here strive to entertain you and make your night from live shows to silent discos there is and when they are not working or performing they are busy mingling connecting with guests and making you feel like part of the family. Some firm favourites with my family were Nahuel, Peter and Quinton from the dance group who are not only fantastic entertainers but each made time to chat with us have a drink and bust a move with the kids on the dance floor. Our holiday would have been so much less without them. There were some others who also stood out for us. Kadir and Can who made the pool games so much fun and the guy on the rollerblades who will take a drinks order pool side. You will have a fantastic time here and i don’t think i would need to twist my wife’s arm to much to book here again.

We had a fantastic stay at **TUI MAGIC LIFE** and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. 🍽️ **The food was fantastic** — a great variety, fresh, delicious, and something to suit everyone’s taste. There was always plenty of choice, and every meal was a pleasure. Big shout out to Mert for perfect customer service 👌 👏 **The staff were exceptional** — friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail really made our holiday special. 🎶 **The entertainment was brilliant**, with a great selection of activities and evening shows that kept everyone entertained. There was always something happening, but the atmosphere remained relaxed and enjoyable. A special mention must go to **Ebri Gulec, Assistant Public Relations Manager**, whose excellent communication, care, and attention throughout our stay really stood out. Ebri was incredibly professional, approachable, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her excellent contact and willingness to help made a real difference to our experience. Overall, **TUI MAGIC LIFE delivered a wonderful holiday from start to finish**. Great food, fantastic staff, excellent entertainment, and outstanding guest relations. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Excellent holiday! Beautiful hotel, we had rooms in the main building. Rooms are renovated, spacious and nice. Good food, themed dinners, fantastic animation. Guests are mostly Europeans, very small amount of Russians whuch made our vacations really peaceful. Thank you TUI Magic Life Masmavi for fantastic memories. Will be happy to return again!
