My mom and I stayed for 10 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel is beautiful, featuring massive, well-maintained gardens filled with colorful flowers and a captivating jasmine scent, plus numerous pools. A huge thank you to the gardening staff! *Food & Activities* *Dining:* Great food with loads of variety. Special thanks to Emrullah, Kemal, and the two lovely girls for their excellent service. *Fitness & Fun:* The gym is very good, and both the entertainment and fitness/sports activities were highly memorable. Kudos to the professional team! *Accommodation & Facilities* We stayed in the basic village option, which offered a great price-performance ratio. We also loved relaxing at the chill bar and the outside coffee house area. Special thanks to the guest service manager, Ulaş, for his help throughout our stay. *Suggestions for Improvement* Coffee Info: The coffee house barista opens from 14:30 to 17:00. I only discovered on my last day that the lounge bar serves barista coffee from 10:00 AM until midnight. Please consider putting up a small sign at the coffee house to inform guests of this earlier option! Design: While the outside bars and pools look great, the interior design of the coffee house (including its signboard), lounge bar, indoor pool and the fitness tent could be modernized / renovated to be more aesthetically pleasing. Menu Addition: Given the excellent fruit variety available, it would be amazing if fresh smoothies were also served in the chill bar area.

I’m so glad that I have the chance to be able to visit the place. I’m so happy to have a family life in Masmavie. And all the services are so wonderful. Especially Kadir , Seda, Sibel,and Tolga from reception.

This Hotel is next level! Literally cannot fault it. I went with my son (12) Tennis, padel, football, beach volleyball, archery, water polo, darts, crazy golf….. the list goes on. So much to do!! The main restaurant is amazing and the food is great. Lunch at the beach bar is also so good. With a lovely view. The whole feel of this hotel is just perfect and they will bend over backwards for you. Even had my hair cut there and he did a great job. I could go on and on. I really could. My son and myself will remember this time together forever so can’t thank them enough. If like me you read reviews before you book please trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed. I would 100% return and I have never done that before but it was that good x

Welcoming is perfect. Specially from reception Sibel -Seda-Kadir so kind and helpful. Room is perfect. Restaurant service is goood .Bar drinks is perfect. Nice resort. 🤩

We were particularly impressed by the vast variety of activities and the professional entertainment team that kept the energy high throughout the day. From the very first moment, his warm hospitality, genuine care, and high level of professionalism made us feel incredibly special. He went above and beyond to ensure every single detail of our stay was perfect, resolving our questions instantly with a big smile. He is a true asset to the hotel. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a premium holiday experience, largely thanks to the outstanding hospitality of team members like Serdar. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
