I’m adding this review a little late, and I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but as we’re currently trying to book another holiday to Turkey this year, it reminded me that I never shared just how amazing this one was. We had the best family holiday. It was our first experience of an all-inclusive resort and we were completely blown away. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotless throughout, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who cleaned our room — she created the most incredible towel designs every day, which the children absolutely loved. The food was exceptional. As a family of adventurous eaters, we really enjoyed the buffet restaurant — my 9-year-old especially, who regularly returned to the table proudly carrying three whole fish on his plate! The steak restaurant was absolutely sublime, with portions generous enough for all four of us to share. Honestly, it felt like you could eat every hour of the day if you wanted to — we didn’t always take advantage of that, but it was great knowing the option was there. The animation team were fantastic and we enjoyed all of the shows. There was also a live music night which was really good, and even balloon modelling — which sounds a bit underwhelming on paper but was actually amazing! Our children didn’t use the kids’ club much, mainly because they were in that awkward middle age where they were slightly too old for the younger group but not quite old enough for the teen club — though there was still plenty to keep them entertained. The gym was also excellent, with plenty of equipment and a really good selection of free weights, which was great to have while away. I also loved the little coffee shop, which became a favourite stop during my early morning walks — such a lovely, calm way to start the day. In terms of sunbeds, people do reserve them with towels, but once you get into a bit of a routine it really isn’t a problem. If you arrive later in the day you might struggle to get the very best spots, but that’s fairly understandable at a resort of this size. The watch shop in the hotel is also worth a mention — it had a huge selection, genuinely good quality pieces, and my watch is still going strong over a year later, which says a lot. I’ve saved the best until last: our room. Wow. Just wow. We would book this hotel again tomorrow if we could guarantee the same room. The lagoon rooms were completely out of this world — unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before. Unfortunately, they can’t be booked from the UK, which makes us so sad that we may not be able to return to this incredible hotel. Finally, a huge shout-out to the best barman, Ender — always making sure we had a great spot near the stage and genuinely going out of his way to help. Such a lovely person and a real credit to the hotel.
Everything was beautiful and truly amazing — the food, the rooms, and the entertainment were all excellent. The only downside, in my opinion, was the music at the disco and silent party. It felt a bit outdated and more suited to an older crowd. There were many younger guests who didn’t seem to engage much, as they didn’t recognize the songs and weren’t dancing. A better mix of newer hits along with the classics would really improve the atmosphere.
Very friendly, helpful and professional staff (thanks to Sibel and Seda from reception) amazing, wide variety of food/meals(seafood, different kind of fish, shrimps and so on), wide selection of desserts. Territory is very green, many pools (also warm pool), amazing activities (with pre-registration). We liked archery. Rooms and all around are very clean. Wonderful night programm (karaoke, live music...) We truly recommend TUI MAGIC LIFE MASMAVI!🤩

Went in september 2025 for 2 weeks. Pros. The complex is huge beautifully landscaped and very clean. Mainly flat so easy to walk round and lots of places to sit eat and drink. Rooms are spacious and well equiped and clean. Quality and choice of food excellent with lots of restaurants in the evening. Day activities varied and suitable for lots of different age groups and fitness levels. Evening entertainment excellent and very professional. All the staff are professional friendly and willing to help. Would have given 5 stars but for a few problems with accessibility. Cons.....this hotel boasts 10 pools all of which are deep and without a shallow end. There isnt a single pool with either steps or a ramp to walk into so the only way to access them is by using runged ladders on the pool sides. If youre unable to do this then you have to be hoisted in and out. There are only 2 pools with hoists so very little choice of pools to use and this also takes away both dignity and independence as everyone stops what they are doing to watch. The al a cartes in the evening are also upstairs without lifts so inaccessible to people with mobility problems. There are also health and safety issues, my friend who like me is a pensioner was run over in a pedestrianized area by a woman and 2 children driving a motorised car knocking her down and breaking her ankle. This happened at the start of our second week so the rest of our holiday was ruined. Hotel customer service manger and the tui rep were very helpful but we were still very happy to get home after this. We have contacted TUI regarding this but as yet not received any acknowledgement.
