I’m adding this review a little late, and I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but as we’re currently trying to book another holiday to Turkey this year, it reminded me that I never shared just how amazing this one was. We had the best family holiday. It was our first experience of an all-inclusive resort and we were completely blown away. The hotel is beautifully maintained, spotless throughout, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. A special mention goes to the lovely lady who cleaned our room — she created the most incredible towel designs every day, which the children absolutely loved. The food was exceptional. As a family of adventurous eaters, we really enjoyed the buffet restaurant — my 9-year-old especially, who regularly returned to the table proudly carrying three whole fish on his plate! The steak restaurant was absolutely sublime, with portions generous enough for all four of us to share. Honestly, it felt like you could eat every hour of the day if you wanted to — we didn’t always take advantage of that, but it was great knowing the option was there. The animation team were fantastic and we enjoyed all of the shows. There was also a live music night which was really good, and even balloon modelling — which sounds a bit underwhelming on paper but was actually amazing! Our children didn’t use the kids’ club much, mainly because they were in that awkward middle age where they were slightly too old for the younger group but not quite old enough for the teen club — though there was still plenty to keep them entertained. The gym was also excellent, with plenty of equipment and a really good selection of free weights, which was great to have while away. I also loved the little coffee shop, which became a favourite stop during my early morning walks — such a lovely, calm way to start the day. In terms of sunbeds, people do reserve them with towels, but once you get into a bit of a routine it really isn’t a problem. If you arrive later in the day you might struggle to get the very best spots, but that’s fairly understandable at a resort of this size. The watch shop in the hotel is also worth a mention — it had a huge selection, genuinely good quality pieces, and my watch is still going strong over a year later, which says a lot. I’ve saved the best until last: our room. Wow. Just wow. We would book this hotel again tomorrow if we could guarantee the same room. The lagoon rooms were completely out of this world — unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before. Unfortunately, they can’t be booked from the UK, which makes us so sad that we may not be able to return to this incredible hotel. Finally, a huge shout-out to the best barman, Ender — always making sure we had a great spot near the stage and genuinely going out of his way to help. Such a lovely person and a real credit to the hotel.

We truly enjoyed our week’s family holiday at TUI Magic Life Masmavi and would absolutely recommend it. All of the staff were amazing and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room attendant was especially lovely — even though there was a language barrier, she worked so hard and always did a fantastic job. We did have a little hiccup when our beds were changed and our son’s teddy (his comforter) was accidentally taken away with the linen and sent off-site to the laundry the day before we were due to leave. We honestly thought it was gone forever… but to our absolute amazement, there was a knock on the door at 9:00am the following morning and they had tracked it down and returned it to us. We were so grateful — that meant more to us than they will ever know. The food throughout the hotel was excellent with a huge variety to choose from, and everything was fresh and well presented. The pools were a little cold, but that was expected for the time of year and didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The whole resort was spotlessly clean and well maintained, with a great atmosphere for families. Overall, a wonderful holiday with outstanding staff — we will definitely be returning!

I do not intend to write war and peace again that can be found in my previous review last year. This will be a short updated review. Nothing has changed dramatically. The resort and staff are fantastic. The food, beverage and entertainment are still good therefore no reduction in standards. We were fortunate to be there when the resort put on a Bavarian night that was out of this world. Took the multitude of staff 2 days to prepare and set up and the resort was back to normal overnight. Absolutely outstanding work. I don’t often return 3 years in a row to the same resort but I have already booked for Sept 2026. Useful tip for the Brits is to get an airport transfer to resort. Well worth the money and gets you in resort in time for dinner. Check my other review for the transfer details. Rob
