I recently stayed at TUI Magic Life Masmavi and as someone with celiac disease, I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. Traveling with a gluten intolerance can often be stressful, especially when it comes to food safety. However, from the very beginning, the staff at the hotel showed exceptional awareness and care. They took my condition seriously and consistently ensured that everything I ate was prepared with the necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination. A very special thank you goes to Chef Cihangir Kurt, who truly made a difference during my stay. He went above and beyond to help me feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to his attention and support, I was able to enjoy a wide variety of foods without worry — including fries, baklava, granola and different meat dishes, all carefully prepared with my dietary needs in mind. It’s rare to find a place where you can fully relax and trust the food when you have celiac disease, but this hotel absolutely delivered. I felt looked after, understood and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend TUI Magic Life Masmavi to anyone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. The level of professionalism of the staff, kindness, and attention to detail in the kitchen is outstanding. Thank you again for such a wonderful and worry-free experience! Kind regards Weronika
Currently here again in Masmavi - our 8th visit. Can't wait to book again next year. The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid Ozlem - very efficient and friendly - never stops smiling. We will definitely be back next year - thank you Masmavi!
We have just returned from this resort and have to say that the experience lives up to the reviews. The service was excellent (perhaps because it was a little out of season), the food was consistently very good, the activities were great and easy to book into, plus the alternative restaurants were very nice. All the facilities were very well kept, we played padel, tennis, table tennis, beach tennis, archery, mountain biking, all were run well. A special shout out to Oktay who was brilliant at making us feel welcome, teaching us archery and playing beach volleyball. It is a large site so be prepared to do a lot of steps if you want to explore.
Our first stay at TUI Magic Life Masmavi with my friends. The atmosphere, green designed, and heated pools are awesome A special thanks to Serdar from Guest Relations for he is always helping and his hospitality. You can ask any questions or detail he will find a way to solve it. Definitly we will come back
We had such a lovely stay at TUI Magic Life Masmavi and I honestly really want to go back. It was a great experience overall, and what really stood out was the staff. Across every area of the hotel, they were warm, helpful, friendly and genuinely made the holiday feel special. We were upgraded to a lagoon room, which was spacious and a lovely surprise. The room was a great base for the holiday, although the lagoon water was too cold to swim in. The bed was also a bit hard at first, but when I mentioned it, the hotel gave me a mattress topper on the second day, which really helped. The kids’ club was one of the biggest highlights for us. My daughter absolutely loved it. A special mention to **Aleyna, Ewa, Arife, Lisa and Sude**, who were all so lovely, caring and warm with the children. The kids’ club was open from **09:30 to 12:00** and again from **15:00 to 18:00**, followed by the kids’ disco at **20:00**. It made such a difference knowing my daughter was happy and well looked after. The entertainment was also excellent. The evening shows were really good quality, and on some nights the entertainment went on until around 2am. There was always a great atmosphere around the hotel. I also really liked the spa. There are two saunas, and I had a lovely hammam and massage combination with a very kind therapist from Bali. The hairdresser was also great and did coloured braids for my daughter, which she loved. The photo service was very nice too, although quite expensive. The sports facilities were another big plus. I did beginners’ tennis lessons most days, although tennis was not available on Sundays. I also had personal training sessions for **€35 an hour**, which I thought was great value. The trainers were friendly, professional and really good. The service at breakfast and lunch was amazing. The staff could not do enough for us. They even remembered what I drank every morning and brought it over without me having to ask. That kind of attention makes such a difference. The Wunderbar team were also great, always bringing drinks with a smile, with plenty of crisps and popcorn available. The pool bar had the same friendly service. The beach restaurant was another favourite. It was so nice to have lunch there while being able to watch my daughter play in the sand just in front of us. That made lunch feel very relaxed and easy. Food overall was okay, but it was not the strongest part of the hotel. There was plenty of choice and all the usual things you would expect, but I found the roast dinners at Magic Life Ibiza better in terms of flavour and quality. The desserts were extensive, and some nights they even had churros. I also liked that there were strawberries in the fruit area, which was a nice surprise. My daughter loved the little ice cream hut. We tried some of the speciality restaurants too. The Green Curry restaurant and the Teppanyaki were the only real disappointments for us, as they did not feel authentic enough in flavour or concept. However, Hasan, the food and beverage manager, really made it up to us with the steakhouse on another night, which we appreciated. We also went to the Flavour restaurant and had the lamb, which was delicious. Guest services were excellent as well. There is a guest service point on the way to the beach, which is really useful because it saves you from having to walk all the way back to reception, which is quite far. Meryam from guest services was especially helpful and kindly gave us a complimentary day in one of the pavilions, which was a lovely gesture and something we really enjoyed. We also went to Land of Legends for one of the days. It cost **€123 for two adults and one child**, and the taxi was around **€15** to get there. It was definitely worth doing. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday. The food could be improved in a few areas, especially some of the speciality restaurants, but everything else more than made up for it. The room, spa, kids’ club, sports, beach restaurant, entertainment and especially the staff made the stay really memorable. Honestly, the staff at this hotel are amazing compared with many other hotels I have stayed in, and they are the main reason I would happily return.
