Every time we needed something, he was already there before we even had to ask. He made us feel really welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. Amazing resort, great location, nice food, well organized facilities, a lot of swimming pools, Perfect animation team specially Oktay the best, Can and kadir are awesome. special thanks to amina from room service and cleaning she took care of our room always. Highly recommended resort full of activities and sports all the day, you will never regret it and defiantly will back again next year. there are 2 soccer fields for young and adults along with many other sports activity. Night time is amazing as thy have shows, live music, and many more... Just Amazing place..

Family of 4 and we've just come back from 10 nights at the hotel and we've had an amazing time. Food was great with loads of selection, hotel facilities were really good, drinks were proper drinks and not watered down, staff were always so helpful and some of the evening shows were probably the best we've seen at all inclusive resorts. It was also really nice having the beach on your doorstep. Our daughters (5 & 3) went to the MyMo kids club and the whole team deserves a special thanks who were brilliant with them. Only negative, whilst we'd rate the hotel facilities and grounds 5 star, the room itself was probably 4 and quite basic. The sofa beds were really uncomfortable and the shower had seen better days. I would also mention that Tui advertise the hotel being 40 minutes from the airport which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Both legs of our journey took 1hr 30minutes. This wasn't ideal with two young children and a 4hr flight. If we were to come back we'd definitely look at a private transfer. Other than that we'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
