TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi

Myself and my husband have just come back from a 10 night stay at Magic Life Masmavi and this hotel is just perfection! The facilities are fantastic and spotlessly clean, the food is amazing and the whole team of staff working here are brilliant - so kind, friendly and genuinely care about you having the best experience. Although we did not travel with children we could see that there was a lot to keep kids entertained. We will definitely be booking a return holiday to this hotel. Thank you TUI Magic Life Masmavi for giving us such a brilliant holiday full of lovely memories - I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasent; clean rooms, many pools, clean beach, kind&helpful staff, very delicious food served all day long, kids club, Mymo that keeps kids busy and happy. Special thanks to girls at Kids club, staff at the reception, and duty manager, Louisa.

Wow …. Loved every minute of this holiday.. We did not want to come home. Check in very fast … Hotel spotless clean…Staff work extremely hard … Food … very good choice but sometimes I found it cold .. Pools… if you want to go to animation pool, you need to get up early. If you are not bothered plenty of other places to go, the beach is lovely too. Day Entertainment some you book via the app …. Evening entertainment was hit and miss, some better than others but it was varied. The white night was amazing. Themed nights in restaurant … Al a carte restaurants which are bookable on the app. We went to snack bar for lunch most days and a young lady called ELIF served us .. She was hard working and nothing was to much trouble. Another lady who made our time there special was Busra , she brought us a cup of coffee in the morning and served us drinks ….and again nothing was to much trouble. All staff here work really hard …. Guest relations always checking if everything was okay. A box of Turkish delights was in our room on our last day …. Would I go back …. Definitely It was a very special holiday…. Only one picky thing is I would have liked some towel art … this little thing would make this hotel 11 out of 10 Loved … loved … loved it here …

Stayed in July and hotel was quite busy, but overall I enjoyed my stay. They have several pools & they have a lovely children's pool, which youngest granddaughter loved. They also do several different activities throughout the day. Food was okay, they tend to have themed nights in the evenings which was good. The entertainment shows were good, but the music part after the show was not very good. For family hotel there was far to much dance music, and even when they did specialised RnB nights, the music was not RnB. One thing this hotel does very well is make you feel seen and that is mainly because they have a fantastic team of staff who really try to look after guest needs. I would like to send a big thank you to guest services in the main building. I had a little issue with my room when i arrived. The issue was nothing to do with the facilities in the room or the cleaniness of the room. It was a personal issue which I forgot to highlight when the holiday was booked. I spoke to guest services and they sorted it the same day, which really helped me to enjoy my experience at the hotel. Please note that getting a lounger at the main pool is difficult if you are not up at the crack of dawn!. Some guests leave towels there and I did see staff removing them around lunch time because the loungers were still empty. The hotel is far from the shops and the shops on site are very expensive. It would be a good idea for the hotel to offer a bus service to the nearest town centre once a day 2 or 3 times a week. Even if there was a small cost, I think guests would appreciate it. Generally very good hotel with great facilities and lovely staff.

The trip was absolutely amazing Our family truly loved every minute of it.Furthermore we met an outstanding waiter and waitress Deniz and Cemile They are doing great job 👏 We will come back here for sure and I absolutely recommend this hotel for future visitors
