TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi

This was our second stay at Tui Magic Life Masmavi, having stayed two weeks last summer. That had been our first ever holiday to Türkiye and we didn’t know what to expect. We were so blown away that we booked our 2026 trip within two hours of coming home. Once again, we had THE BEST holiday. We are a British family of three (2 adults and an 8 yr old boy). We stayed in a 2 bedroom family Lagoon room. The room was spotless and very well maintained, having been refurbished last year, with the second bathroom this year replaced with a dressing room with extra hanging space for long dresses. The air con is effective and much needed, and not intrusively noisy at all. Our cleaner/ housekeeper, Ozlem, kept our room spotless, and replenished the coffee and minibar, and on a few occasions made the cute towel animals on the bed, surrounded by flowers- a lovely touch. She was also very pleasant and smily. The grounds are beautiful, and the gardens are lush and green, and the staff work hard to keep it this way. All of the amenities are fabulously well maintained, and the hotel and the beach is spotlessly clean throughout. The beach huts which can be rented by the day are fantastic, will a mini fridge of drinks and a plate of fruit in the afternoon served direct to your cabana. There are loads of different pools and great fun waterslides for little and big kids alike. The food is excellent, with great options. The main Magico restaurant is buffet but offers so much choice that cater for absolutely everyone, and there are live cooking stations, and themed nights where the cuisine and the decor is changed, to add further variety. There is a beach bar/diner from midday until evening which is a great casual place to grab food and drink, and again there is good choice and a lovely view over the beach. The Wundrbar serves drinks and a variety of food and nibbles 24/7, and there’s a snack shack by the pool. There are a variety of Al a carte dining options, some for a fee, and we dined in two of these, which were fine, though we were happy with the main dining options. The inclusive drinks are good with nice wine, Efes beer and cocktails, plus premium spirits, cocktails and wines available at extra charge, but these are very reasonably priced. Service is excellent through these places. With regards to activities there is SO much to do. Exercises classes, mountain biking tours, tennis lessons, a football academy, archery, basketball court, football pitches, mini golf, a little funfair (evening only), outdoor shuffleboard, water polo, beach volleyball, a well equipped gym and a fantastic spa which can be used by adults, and even children during select times of the day. Treatments are optional but we had a family hammam and massage, and I used the barber for a shave and haircut, and was very pleased indeed. Service is excellent in all respects. Staff engage frequently and opportunistically,, actively seeking out issues and ‘nipping them in the bud’ and ensuring all guests are happy. Some may find this slightly intrusive but we felt it reflected a high standard of customer care. Louisa one of the duty managers who last year ran the kids club, remembered us from last year (particularly our son). She was very friendly, engaging and helpful and really enhanced our stay, ensuring all our wants and needs were catered for, and nothing was too much trouble for her- she even gave us a note and small gift upon our departure, which was a wonderful and genuine personal touch. The MyMo kids club is excellent, with age groups from tots to teens, with age appropriate activities to match. The staff are very engaging and fun, and multilingual. They offer sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening, often also taking the kids for food so you can just drop and run if you fancy a meal without the children. They had a special festival event when we were there with loads of fun things to do. Particularly noteworthy mentions go to Aleyna, Arife and Lisa, who remembered our son from last year, as well as Anya, Musa and Ezgi. They were always engaging with him, and obviously love having fun and entertaining the kids. On our last night the kids club put on a lovely dance show with the children and the dance team on the stage of the auditorium and it was so much fun for our son, who loves performing. The entertainment is spectacular. The shows are fantastic, and varied, and there were new shows this year in addition to some which we saw last year, but thoroughly enjoyed seeing again. The dance, acrobatic and music team are incredible- highly professional and the shows are slickly executed. They are all very, very talented, but also friendly and engaging, with both children and adults, and they really strive to entertain and draw people into the fun. They really encouraged us and our son and fed his love of dance, teaching him moves, laughing and dancing with us, and chatting for hours! The dancers who were there last year remembered us, and it feels almost as if we had made friends as well as been massively entertained. They even came to see us off when we checked out, as our son had become so attached to them over our stay, and sent us a video message the day after we returned home to wish our son a happy birthday, which he was thrilled by- again, a very personal and genuine touch that we have never experienced on any other holiday we have been on. Particular shout outs go to Melissa, the very talented and versatile singer, Emma the dance team captain, and to Bryan, (our sons favourite!), Belu and Lezzell the dancers. They always have a smile on their faces, and really enhance the whole experience. There is also entertainment from external musicians, with a Turkish night, great bands, DJs, a silent disco, and an amazing beach party every other Tuesday where the beach is transformed into an Ibizan nightclub with a large stage, amazing lights and laser show, great music as well as a food and drink a plenty. There’s also late night waterslides, an outdoor cinema by the main pool, and the spectacular starnight in white every Thursday night There really is nothing we can fault, other than perhaps being slightly underwhelmed by the à la carte dining. We left Masmavi having had the most family fun we had had since, well, last year. We had full hearts, happy souls, rested bodies and sore feet from dancing, and we will be back next year again, without fail. Thank you to everyone who works at this fantastic place for making our stay so special. They really do put the Magic in Magic Life.

We had a wonderful family holiday and truly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was clean, well organized, and offered excellent entertainment for both adults and children. The sports facilities, kids’ activities, and variety of restaurants made every day enjoyable. A special thank you to Marianna for her exceptional care, kindness, and support throughout our stay. She was always attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. We would also like to thank Alex, the photographer, for the incredible photos. He captured beautiful memories that we will treasure for years to come. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

For the 4th time we are here in this wonderful place. 2 week and a half where we was completly satisfied. The service, the restaurant, the meat all 100%. Very nice and calm holiday. I really liked the nature in the hotel. One of the best resorts i have ever been.
