Turan Prince Residence

Our second stay at Turan Prince Hotel – and definitely not the last! 😊 The staff are truly very, very friendly – always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and everything is at a high standard. Every time we come here, we feel well looked after and completely at home. Highly recommended!

Ok so this hotel was decent the location was good as it wasn’t too far from the airport and had a bazaar right outside the hotel but otherwise it was far from anything else for example old town, manavgat (25-35 bus ride ). Atmosphere wasn’t great too be honest the hotel as nice as it was is a bit dated and is need of refurbishment. The hotel clearly caters to Germans and then Russians so you don’t find many workers speaking English and when you do it’s nice (yunus spoke fluent English) . The rooms again need updating they feel dated, for value it’s not bad but it’s defiantly not an actual 5 star hotel. Cleanining wasn’t great Instead of changing the sheets they would just dust them down and put them back on. The biggest thing for me was there was just too many dangerous points for young toddlers, we were on the fifth floor and the railing around the steps had huge gaps in them where if children ran off for a split second could easily Fall down. So yeah decent hotel but definitely not 5 star. :) oh and the outdoor pools were not heated so very cold !

Long story but thought we’d booked the Club Turan and didn’t realise in my haste that this was a sister hotel. Massive fail. Stayed Oct 25 during half term. It’s not a terrible hotel at all, but we’ve been to Turkey twice before and it’s not our usual standard. The hotel is predominantly Russian and German. Not a major issue but we met only 1 English family, who had been put there as they had over filled the Club Turan and they spent every minute trying to get out. Food - Worst of any all inclusive. We ended up going out for dinner’s as it was rubbish and we are not a fussy family. Drinks - Alcohol was vile. I love a spirit, wine, cocktail but I have no idea what they were serving. It was the driest holiday I’ve ever had. Entertainment - Meh! Day entertainment was non existent. Pool in October was feeezing. Staff - reception staff were decent. The rest offered the lowest standard of services I’ve seen. I didn’t see the Germans or Russians tip so the staff weren’t putting in any effort to get tips. Beach - I liked the beach! Nice soft sand, a good vibe, beach volley ball, decent pier and the place where we spent most of our time. Indoor pool - warm and tired looking. Mould on the ceiling. Activities - Couldn’t ever get a tennis court as they were always pre booked by Germans. How, I don’t know. Don’t know what else they did to be honest. Rooms - These were ok and clean. No issues. The hotel grounds are fairly small compared with others and the hotel is in need of a freshen up. People were smoking all over and this is something I really don’t like. Both of my boys and husband were wiped out by a virus or food poisoning (who knows). Whilst the boys were vomiting on the beach, we were saved by a German who had been vomiting the day before. When I returned to my room I skidded in someone else’s vomit outside my room. Also noticed a cot covered in vomit along the hall. Would we return? Absolutely not. To this day my boys refer to it as the Temu Turkey Holiday.

Just recently home from a stay here with my sister in law, we had a wonderful week, the room was nice enough it served it's purpose, comfortable clean kettle,fridge & safe etc. my only complaint would be the air con was almost non existent I'm glad it was only April but still needed it . The food choices were plenty, my only criticism would be that it needs to be hotter . The staff where really helpful & friendly,the bar staff would clear the glasses and bring another for you , there's a lovely smiley lady that worked in the lounge bar . All looked like they enjoyed their job , had a nice chat and Turkish coffee & tea with the customer relations manager while we booked the Italian restaurant which was well worth it's money (€10). It's a shame the hotel was so quiet with the war and people cancelling, they are really feeling the brunt of it . We would certainly return. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay .

We had an amazing holiday at this hotel, could not have asked for anything more. The hotel was clean and well kept, the grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and attentive. The pool was an amazing space, the rooms very comfortable and the food was fantastic.
