Turan Prince Residence

Been here a couple of days so far, long thin resort. Blocks of high rise rooms all overlooking each other. Rooms all equipped as family rooms so have too many beds taking up space if just two of you, cocktails shocking, not premium or known labels so very rough alcohol. Food plentiful if you like salads , bread and eggs. Not nice enough to eat most meals as left sitting under heat and dries to old leather and cardboard texture.Would not recommend or return. I’ll change this if things alter dramatically over next few days but a BIG disappointment.

Beautiful hotel.Very clean.Staff were amazing.We were situated by reception area which we asked for.Its a huge hotel and the grounds were immaculate and well looked after.Shops were less than 10 mins away up a straight road. We loved the design of this hotel with plenty of pools to choose from.Plenty of sunbeds, no matter what time of day you would always find some.Loved the layout of the Canopies. The shows were outstanding.The Entertainments Manager well what a bloke.He got stuck into everything fairplay and had time to talk with all guests.Amphitheatre was great.Outside area loads of tables and chairs, right infront of the Club Stage.Plenty of bars and never had to wait long to be served.Well done to the Barmen on fast service.The Dining room was very spacious and always found something we liked.The Beach bar was fantastic with good variety and wonderful and very helpful staff.Reception staff were helpful and friendly.Nothing was too much trouble.The Bar lounge was bright and airy to relax.I could go on and on but the Entertainment team made it for us.Ali,Ramazan and Mehmet .Thank you guys.We would definetly return to this fab hotel and the only regret we had that we didn' t go for 2 weeks.Hope to see you all in the near future. This is not our first time staying at this hotel, and overall, we like it very much. It is a premium, high-end property, and in many aspects, it truly lives up to its status. The cuisine is excellent—the food is genuinely delicious and offers a great variety. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, green, and very tidy. However, this year, there are several major downsides that significantly impacted our vacation experience: 1. The kids' club has become much worse than before. The daily schedule and activities they promote do not match reality at all. Instead of the promised games and activities, children have been doing nothing but watching cartoons on TV for two days in a row. We are very upset because they can watch cartoons in their hotel room. The kids' club has so many great facilities and opportunities for engaging, developmental activities, but the staff simply ignores them. 2. Very weak evening entertainment and animation in general. Having visited this hotel before, we have a clear point of comparison—previous shows were much more interesting, vibrant, and engaging. This time, the entire animation program felt weak. The only highlight was the Gala Night. In contrast, the Turkish Night was a huge disappointment; the animators looked as if they were being forced to perform, showing zero positive energy or enthusiasm. It made us just want to get up and leave. 3. Terrible service at the hotel's hair salon. The male stylist working there behaved in an extremely rude and unfriendly manner while cutting the hair of a Ukrainian female guest. It is hard to tell whether this harsh treatment was specifically due to her nationality or if he is just generally disrespectful to clients, but such behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. The employee was completely rude and ill-mannered.In a high-level hotel like this, staff members have no right to be so rude or indifferent to their work, and management must control their personnel more strictly. The hotel itself is beautiful, but these specific issues leave a lot to be desired. We truly hope the management will address these problems and take corrective action.

Me and my family had the most lovely time at hotel Turan Prince everything was perfect the rooms where so clean the cleaner lady came in time every morning to clean the rooms and changed covers also even made us a lovely couple dove towels with picked flowers was so lovely,the food,snacks,desserts drinks etc was great indeed the staff was so friendly with smiling faces,the shops at the ground floor had some really nice stuff which I bought quite a bit of bags and slippers for myself there is a nice bar at the beach I enjoyed cocktails while sunbathing you order your cocktail and they bring it to you was so relaxing there is Mahmut at the beach he helps you with anything such friendly guy,also got the chance to go to the spa hamam where I got a very relaxing massage from Nuran after the beach I had chill relaxing time at the cafe patisserie, so yes will definitely go ago we loved the whole experience at this place Thank you guys returned back so happy 😀
