Turan Prince Residence

I find myself being over critical at times and for the 7 days I tried to find out what was bad about this trip but in all honesty I couldn’t! Everything about the 7 days and nights me and my family spent in this resort was wonderful. Room - Well kept with up to date furnishings. Mini bar was a welcome plus and a bit of wine and a beer wouldn’t go amiss however having cold water and soft drinks was really welcome. Shower was a bit weak but it was wet enough to keep me clean and I had plenty of hot water if needed (it wasn’t as a cold shower every day was really needed). Pools - were wet and warm with a pool to suit every need and never a lack of beds (despite the best effort of the Germans 😉). Pools temp in the pools was a cool 33degrees C it said on the board which was cool enough to cool down from the 40 degree heat but warm enough not to go into shock like you would in a Spanish pool! The slide pools were colder but that was most likely due to them using constant running water. Bars - The service at all the bars was amazing and the bar staff were really helpful and accommodating. I taught them how to pull a Northern pint, not the European one they are trained for and the cocktails were great! Small queues at busy times but that was helped with a surge of extra staff when needed and the help of waiters asking for orders at the tables. Food - English people will never be fully pleased when away as our tastes differ from any other country and once you remind yourself of this and are happy to experiment with other cultures you will easily find yourself a good meal from the amazing choices that are there for all meals. I didn’t check out the Chinese, Mexican or Sea food restaurants as my kids wouldn’t eat in any of them but every meal we all had a good meal. I would say the options were quite focused on our Eastern “friends” (Russians) but that’s probably understandable giving that there was quite a few of them at the resort. Entertainments - The entertainment team was amazing and special shout outs to Hakan and Memhet who welcomed us on our first night and ensured we had a great time the whole stay and every night spent a few moments chatting to us and making sure we were enjoying our stay. Air rifle shooting, darts, bingo, aqua aerobics and water polo each day and beach volleyball of an evening (1.5hrs if it’s a tough match as it was for ours1) will keep you fully entertained. A different show on every night and the fireworks (Saturday night)and beach party (Wednesday night) were a particular highlight of our week. Our kids were 21 & 15 so didn’t check out the fair or stuff for the younger kids so I can’t comment on those parts. On site shops - There were priced as you would in a resort but comparable to the shops at the top of the street as was the goods although sadly not the same prices as the shops in the villages as we found out on a trip.

From our first arrival, Hotel Turan Prince welcomed us with open arms, they offered drinks and checking in proved to be fast and efficient. All the workers are extremely nice and professional when escorting you to your room and taking your luggage. On display in the lobby is a mini map of the whole hotel, and also refreshments on site such as fruit juice and macarons (which are fresh and changed daily). The whole experience was fantastic, every area was exceptionally clean with numerous workers freshing up areas every 10 minutes. All the food was fantastic and they meet culturistic needs with changing the type every day, such as international or turkey night which is displayed on the board before you enter the main reasurant. The buffet was kept neat and the food was fantastic with a variety of flavour. We love their policy for suitable clothing when in the reasurant. The seating areas are diverse with disability tables which are situated at the front of the reasurant. The hotel has an onsite private beach and pools, with bars along every walkway. Sunbeds are surrounding the area however our only negative opinion would be other guests reserving the sunbeds at late night and early morning before anyone else can get there. There is a policy in place where the hotel kindly asks for you to not reserve sunbeds, however it still happens. This is due to a lack of respect in the staying guests which we were disappointment in. We took advantage of the fact that there was not enough sunbeds around the pool area and took ourselves off to their private beach, where sunbeds were easily accessible due to everyone being by the pool. Fantastic value for money we paid £4800 for a week absolutely brilliant Overall, a great experience with the best workers.

It was super and we really enjoyed it.We liked the football field.The slides were great.I rate it 8/10

Hotel is clean and stuff very polite and working hard .Entertainment is average. Food is repetitive ,lots of oil on dishes ,meat and fish sometime overcooked .Only Gala and Italian night night are bit different but don't expect anything special. No much seafood only oiled breaded calamary or rise prawn with no taste. All hotel beach and pool areas are very well looked after. Alcoholic drinks are nothing branded and vey cheap quality Cocktails are mostly syrup and sugar maybe 3 stars. No even anything special you can buy only what they offer inclusive. Won't recommend this hotel if you are fussy about food and drinks . No iron in the rooms had to buy one from market. Beach Bar is serve only beer and fizzy drinks ,so you have to walk all the way to main pool bar to get any cocktail or other alcoholic drinks. In the room fridge there will be only fizzy drinks and water provided. Definitely not a 5 stars on many of this aspects.

Our holiday in Turan Prince was pretty good, we enjoy it. Rooms were always clean, food delicious. Even if we were in July, there were no long queues. Only negative was the sea, which was dirty sometimes. We recomend this hotel.
