Where do I start? This is our second time coming to this hotel we last came 10 years ago. We decided to come back as it’s where we got engaged when we came the first time. The staff are all so polite and friendly! Always a good morning or a hello from every single one you encounter. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them! Special mention to Gul on the pool bar of a morning/afternoon she is wonderful always chatty, always asking how our day is and always smiling oh and she makes the best Pina Coladas! The evening bar staff are all amazing too! Super quick serving you even when it’s really busy after the entertainment. The food is always really good too! Lots of choice even for the fussy eaters. The Koftes are to die for! Some of the desserts were absolutely beautiful. We didn’t eat at any of the à la carte so can’t comment on those. The snack bar down by the beach is really good too! Fried chicken wings and tenders, burgers, chicken kebabs too! The drinks choice especially the cocktails are great! Lots to choose from! You can even grab an iced coffee or a smoothie from the vitamin bar which was 4 euros and honestly amazing! Ice cream served after dinner and in the snack bar. We visited the patisserie every day which is open from 4pm-7am was lovely to sit there with our coffees and waffles or cakes before you go to the room to get ready for dinner ice creams are also served in a help yourself freezer with plenty of choice! This is also open if you’re a late arrival not much to offer but enough to tide you over until breakfast. The entertainment was really good themed nights, tributes we were there when it was Madonna it was very good. The Turkish night was good had a belly dancer at the pool bar stage. Our little boy really enjoyed the extreme stunt show. The black sails night was amazing too. And the their gala night included a fireworks display and a massive ice cream cake! Animation team are what make this hotel though I cannot fault any of them! They all work so hard and with smiles on their faces day in day out always have loads of energy. Special massive mention to Patrick though what a guy! He made our holiday always making sure to come and say hello, asking us if we wanted to play darts which we obliged to (lots of fun) he is a credit to this hotel. We already can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is beautifully set out and clean with friendly staff and lifts for pushchairs etc. The rooms could do with more hangers, a place to store suitcases and more draw storage. Hairdryers are in the bathroom and due to poor electricity output is stronger than taking your own. Charging phones etc can only be done one at a time and only while in the room. Hotel offers an ironing service but it was roughly £3.50 per item. Market outside of hotel and a few shops on grounds of hotel, both expensive. Arcade and bowling not included and very pricey. Recommend the spa for treatments and definitely put money aside for family photos from the photographer. If you want a mocktail, don’t it’s basically sprite with colouring in it. There is a hut by the outside exercise equipment and hammock that do great drinks but not free. We went when hotel was not full but finding a lounger or a big table in the dining room was a challenge. Entertainment and entertainment staff are great. Check out is at 12 but you can carry on using the facilities and shower in the spa. However they do not supple body wash etc or hairdryer’s .

Overal good service! The single thing wich is frustrating is about reception staff wich is very hard to speak with them in english! Only few (2-3) knows english in rest german language! The entertaiment also is shows in german language wich is frustrating for another peoples wich doesnt know this language!

Hello People , first of all id like to say this is going to be an in depth review. Me and My Pregnant wife came on April 21st - we arrived in the evening , to late for food but was welcomed with a nice glass of wine , we went to our rom and i went to the bar for a few beers why my wife relaxed , we woke for breakfast which was absolutely fabulous infract the food was amazing at every meal morning even one of the head chefs would make something for you if you asked . Facilities was fabulous , clean and tidy , beds are a bit hard but we got an extra duvet for my wife provided by house keeping. I'm now going to mention a few staff members The rooms - Very clean and tidy and lovely Mehmet Tezcom - Sous Chef , absolutely fantastic gentleman and his deserts are to die for , very police very friendly and always willing to help out. Gul - she works at the pool bar in the corner , she makes The best cocktails and the nicest lady you will ever meet and such a welcoming face Cemel and Mehmet and Yacin - Bar waiters in the bar on the right at bottom of the slope and at night sometimes around the pool bar - lovely guys always making sure we all had drinks and looking after us and make our experience fantastic Entertainmen Team Omega and Patrick - both really funny and very interactive with people and chatting to everyone daily we didnt have kids but there is lots for kids to do with kids clubs daily . What's Included in you're hotel all inclusive. Alcohol , Cocktails , Beer , Soft Drinks , Food , Ice Creams in the snack bar downstairs in a freezer. this is all 24/7 , we drank cocktails and beer and spirits till 2/3am some mornings in the multiple bars that are available through the day and throughout the night. pool bars till 12 , nightclub till 2am and snack bar till morning.... you have a fridge in youre room with coke and fanta and sprite and water. the reception staff are lovely and will help you also with whatever you need i dont really know what else to say apart from this hotel is amazing and i cant wait to go back after the birth of our child next year!!

Our second stay at Turan Prince Hotel – and definitely not the last! 😊 The staff are truly very, very friendly – always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and everything is at a high standard. Every time we come here, we feel well looked after and completely at home. Highly recommended!
