Voyage Belek Golf & Spa

The service here is great, we had Akerke as our assistant and she found us new rooms when we had a minor problem and she was very lovely and helpful!

We spent a week’s holiday as a family at the Voyage Belek Golf & Spa. We stayed in a Lagoon Family Swim-up Villa, which was very spacious and beautifully furnished. It was lovely to lie by the pool and relax. The food in all the restaurants was delicious and varied. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. A special thank you goes to our assistants Sarvenaz and Fatma, as well as our assistant Bahtiyar.

We returned from our 7th trip to the Voyage Belek last week and we had the best time. We love the Voyage Sorgun too but Voyage Belek tips the edge because of the wonderful staff. Voyage Belek is our favourite hotel in Türkiye and we travel to Türkiye 6 times a year. The staff are amazing, remembering our names and making us feel very special. We honestly felt like kings and queens. Every member of staff were wonderful, they are a credit to your hotel. Even management had time for us; they remembered us and helped us when needed, it didn’t go unnoticed. We are trying to learn Turkish and everyone was very patient and helpful even when our Turkish wasn’t always perfect. It’s a big importance for us. Hüseyin, Emrah and the gözleme girls from the Turkish are absolutely wonderful people and are a credit to your hotel. Hüseyin went out of his way to help us get a Chenin Blanc wine when the steak restaurant said it wasn’t available. Special thanks to the chef in the Turkish for always making it extra special for us. I’m sorry I don’t have his name but what an amazing chef he is. Hasan Begdaş is a legend and always checks to see if we are ok. He’s awesome. Rikko and Yasin always made darts great fun, we had many funny giggles and fab memories with those two great guys. They were very sweet helping me with my Turkish, it meant a lot. The young entertainment lad (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) was lovely too helping me with my Turkish even though I didn’t want to play air guns with him, he always had time to chat in Turkish with me. Thanks guys. Umut at the pool bar and Ali who waited on us hands and foot on an evening were great, such lovely staff you have. Things we loved was the pool still being heated in May, it was perfect. The Turkish restaurant is our favourite restaurant in the world and we travel around Türkiye and Britain visiting different Turkish restaurants all the time. We travel up and down Britain going Turkish restaurants and Kebappa is right up there with the best. The Turkish breakfast was insane! So good and the service was impeccable. It’s great you can ask for any drink you like even though it’s not on the menu. Umut made an awesome strawberry daiquiri and a fabulous cosmo. The drinks are all premium quality and when they ran out of a decent vodka, one mention to the Manager and the quality vodka was there within 5 minutes, that’s great service. There’s no sunbed wars here, it’s a great relaxing holiday even if you don’t go down until 10am. The slides are so much fun with plenty of inflatables and no queues. The territory and gardens are beautiful and it’s nice to see the cats are well cared for. They keep themselves to themselves if you aren’t interested in cats but they remember you when you’ve watched them grow up from kittens, so lovely. There’s always someone asking if all is ok, İnci is a sweetheart. Others too, the language guy with the braces, I’m sorry I can’t remember your name. Things that weren’t the best. It was our wedding anniversary and we would usually receive flowers and champagne but they didn’t arrive until another guest who is close to the management gave them a nudge even though we sent our wedding certificate prior to arrival. We missed having the same cleaner daily and even though we left a tip we didn’t get any towel animals, the little things go a long way. Different coffee cups, just attention to detail lacking. She knocked our cards over and put them up upside down. It would be nice to have ice lollies, just the cheap finger lollies for people that don’t have milk, all the packet ice creams were ice cram based. You could do with some new darts they are a bit battered. We really missed the bbq’s and the little parties with kumpirler (jacket potatoes). Even if it was once or twice a week, it would be a big improvement. There was no karpuz anywhere (watermelon) which we missed - cheese and karpuz a Turkish devine delicacy. The steak restaurant has really gone downhill and wasn’t a patch on what it was a couple of years ago. We gave it our last try after it being poor in January but that’s fine, we just won’t go next time. The Turkish and the Italian were awesome so there’s no problem. The highlight was Murat Alpsu, what an amazing show. We have seen him several times now in various hotels, he made our day singing our favourite Turkish song for us on our Wedding Anniversary and he remembered us from January. Such a great performance, like a quality concert. Voyage Belek is definitely our favourite hotel and we will most certainly be back. Thank you so much for the great memories and all your hard work. You won’t regret booking this hotel, it’s wonderful with amazing staff and fantastic food.

Hotel very good and clean room very good with all good facilities. Buffet Restaurants exceptional. Alicart Restaurants good service throughout apartment from fish were the staff need more training on service but this was rectified by the management team who have assisted us throughout our a d maid my wife's birthday something to remember will definitely be back

It has been a brilliant time here, the staff have been great especially the bartenders and the activity staff. I played boccia everyday and the instructors were very good especially considering the language barriers between everyone. Ikra was especially good and made the time fun and exciting for everyone. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely come again.
