We had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy and cozy, the staff was very pleasant, helpful and always ready to help. The food was varied and delicious, everyone could find something to their taste. I would especially like to highlight the desserts - they were simply amazing! A large selection, excellent presentation and unique taste. Every day you could try different delicacies, and the skill of the confectioners really left a great impression. Desserts became one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay. The hotel area was well maintained, and the recreation areas and pools provided a great opportunity to relax. We really liked the modern ordering system - there was no need to stand in lines at bars or restaurants. By scanning the QR code, everything could be conveniently ordered directly from your seat, and the service was fast and smooth. This provided even more comfort and allowed you to enjoy your vacation without any stress. The atmosphere was friendly and cozy. We are very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to come back again. We recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a quality and comfortable vacation. Special thanks to our assistants Balaiym and Emir for their care, attention and professionalism throughout our stay. They were always quick to respond to questions, helped resolve any situations and made sure our vacation was as enjoyable as possible. Their friendliness and sincere communication left a very good impression.

We booked the holiday through easyJet holidays for a very good price, 1 year in advance. Travelled as 2 couples 2nd visit for our friends and our 13th visit (Confirmed by Inci, as i had lost count lol) On arrival at the hotel, we were offered Fizz and chocolate strawberries, while we completed the check in forms. We were both upgraded to rooms in the main building, which were really appreciated. We were allocated Ekaterina, Zhansaya and Bermet as our WhatsApp assistants, who assisted us in setting up the app and assisted every day throughout our holiday. ROOM Located in the main building with a side sea view and looking out to the Maxx. Rooms were cleaned promptly everyday by Elmas, toiletries & towels replenished when required. Mini bar was restocked daily. FOOD We booked Italian, Chinese, Turkish and Mexican with our assistants, at our preferred times with no problems at all. The service was excellent at all 4 restaurants The main menu in the Mexican didn’t have much choice, would be good to see some more dishes to choose from. We celebrated a birthday in the Chinese and the charge was waived for this meal – which was a lovely gesture – Thank you, we also received a lovely birthday cake from all the staff – But we did miss Muto in there – please bring him back. The Italian – had the best food out of all the restaurants Each and every course was top quality, the best meal we had at the hotel – compliments to the chef! and this was followed with another lovely cake for another birthday.:) We didn’t use the main buffet, but used the adult buffet for breakfast with great service from all staff and Yusuf always looked after us really well. We ate here for dinner once and were not really impressed with the choice of dishes available. We fed this back to the hotel who are currently looking to improve things. We used Cuisine 24 hour restaurant a few times for dinner and also on our last day, with great service from all staff here. Kaya arranged a packed lunch for all of us for our journey home - Thank you Choclatiere is located here and has the most amazing chocolates. Patisserie was so good, constantly topping up all cakes, pastries, biscuits, ice-cream, the choice was amazing. Our favourite lunch time option was the Greek in the adult area, where Yusuf looked after us each day, and had our drinks waiting. We also went to see the lovely smiley Necati in the Laguna snack restaurant, who always remembers us and looked after us all, great to see that he is still there doing an amazing job as always. BARS We used the Patisserie lounge bar , Hamza & Hasan were great, and Barroom (Ferdi’s) for pre dinner drinks. We received great service from all staff members in these bars. We didn’t venture into the Bloom bar as preferred the vibe at the bar by the patisserie and it was very quiet in there, more of a winter venue. POOLS We stayed at the Adult pool once, heated to a lovely temp, but personally prefer more space – so we then just to set up behind the pool on the grass area We didn’t use the other pools. The QR system at the beach worked really well, we usually based ourselves just beyond the adult pool on the grass and the service by Mustafa was fantastic, drinks always arrived within minutes. We were on the phone to family and received some wonderful news and our friends ordered fizz via the Qr code and it arrived while I was still on the phone, just wonderful. The adult pool bar was nice with the seating area for later afternoon sun and sunset drinks, we thought the new layout was much better with the bar in its new position and more seating with the hi tables. Pier bar was open, but no stools at bar which is a shame. Another nice area for sundowner drinks was at the family pool bar. ENTERTAINMENT Started outside on our 2nd day. We saw Busra & Infinity, who were good, but really enjoyed Airborne Rock band - they were excellent. We did have an issue in both rooms and these were sorted via a quick message to our Whatsapp assistants very quickly. One important thing to mention are the loungers, please think seriously about padded loungers, all other hotels of the same calibre and lower graded hotels have padded mattresses and we think personally its a big tick box now when booking a hotel. Returned home after a wonderful 10 nights stay. First time to this hotel (& Turkey) and we already want to come back. Stayed in a family room in block B which was very spacious and quiet. Noticed a few finishes in the room were poor and not up to standard of a 5* but no room issues in general aside from out of the 3 sinks you could only put the plug in 1 of them, beds comfy and kids slept great. So many food and drink options, did not try à la cartes but the buffet/24-7 restaurant and snack bars were all fine. Cocktails were very inconsistent sadly but good extensive drinks menu. Kids loved visiting the kids club (we stayed with them) and enjoyed the mini disco. A lot of fun at the waterpark and lunapark fun fair. Never had an issue finding sun beds at any time of the day. Special thanks to Talep and Osman for a great drinks service around the pools (also please tip these guys as they do a brill job!). Patisserie and chocolatier are a highlight for sure. Couple of negatives I think are it’s very geared towards Russians, especially in kids club/mini disco so language barrier was an issue for my kids and they didn’t know what was going on a lot of the time. More effort needs to be made for other nationalities. Also the lifts in the main building were a nightmare. There’s 2 at each side but you had to wait a long time to get a space. We had to use them to access restaurant etc as the beautiful curving stairs are absolutely not child friendly and my 3 year old could not walk down safely. Used the comfort zone as we had a later transfer to airport, whilst this is a great space it was very busy so all 4 of us had to squeeze into one shower room. The floors were soaking and slippy (we ended up having to put towels down) plus there’s no ventilation in there so it was extremely hot. Needs better cleaning and attention. Overall a lovely place with super helpful staff. We did not really need to make use of our assistant.

The service here is great, we had Akerke as our assistant and she found us new rooms when we had a minor problem and she was very lovely and helpful!

We spent a week’s holiday as a family at the Voyage Belek Golf & Spa. We stayed in a Lagoon Family Swim-up Villa, which was very spacious and beautifully furnished. It was lovely to lie by the pool and relax. The food in all the restaurants was delicious and varied. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. A special thank you goes to our assistants Sarvenaz and Fatma, as well as our assistant Bahtiyar.
