Voyage Belek Golf & Spa

This is our 3rd stay at Voyage Belek, and overall, our family has been extremely satisfied with the hotel. Going into the details, the assistant service was particularly impressive. Ms Sarvenaz and Ms Melek received full marks from us for their attention, care and genuine interest throughout our stay. When it comes to food and beverages, however, we felt that most of the dishes at the Italian restaurant by the pool were rather poorly prepared and did not quite live up to what we would expect from a proper Italian restaurant. “kebappa, gracias, blue fish ve cusine24” were all very successful, with Gracias standing out in particular. Chef İlkay was extremely attentive and impressed us with both her hospitality and the fantastic flavours. The cleanliness of the general communal areas was unfortunately below our expectations, and some areas were noticeably dirty. Although the inexperience of some of the waiters was noticeable, the attentiveness of the chefs helped to quickly make up for this shortcoming. Most importantly, this is definitely a hotel that goes above and beyond when it comes to special occasions, making every effort to offer whatever is available to ensure that guests have a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel 100%.

Another excellent stay at the end of June. We have been going to this Voyage for around 12 years and its quality in all aspects remains very high. It is apparent that the number of customer service agents in the hotel has increased significantly and the ease of contacting them made our stay even better. Indeed the staff throughout are excellent and we would particularly call out the following: Vurkan Kaya - Asst. Pros: helpful staff, tasty food and drinks, beautiful surroundings, wide beach. Cons: lots of children touching the food with their hands, rooms and the main building need renovation, price is too high. Verdict: The vacation was a success, despite the downsides. 8/10.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Voyage. The kids loved the waterpark and the ready supply of ice cream. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a poolside villa for the final 2 nights of our stay which was a great way to round off a very good holiday. Special thanks to Sarvenaz and Melek for their attentive service and speedy response to any enquiries we had. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 13 days with my family, and it was an amazing experience. First of all, the choice and quality of the food (especially pastry) was superb, and I absolutely enjoyed having tried different a la carte restaurants. The food and drinks are available literally 24/7 there. They have adult-only restaurant and beach area, which, I'm sure, will be appreciated by people travelling without children. The entertainment and wellness programs were very varied and kept us busy and active every day. Our children especially loved the arcade and bowling area, as well as aquapark. But what made my stay truly unforgettable and exceptional is the hospitality, generosity, and warmth of the staff. I'd like to thank them all: our personal assistants Akerke and Nurzhamal, who were always there and helped organize my sister's birthday celebration; our lovely housekeeper lady Fatima, who took a good care of our room; the beach attendant Turgut, who greeted us every single morning with the warmest smile and with whom we exchanged interesting conversations. My fitness trainer Oguzhan encouraged and motivated me to persevere and continue my workout routine. And by the way, I really appreciated it when he walked an extra mile for us and created a second group when there were no places left for the paddle board activity! I also enjoyed their spa services, and my masseuse Julita was simply the best in her craft and a pleasure to talk to. Overall, I'd love to come back to Voyage Belek and can't recommend it enough to families and couples.
