Voyage Belek Golf & Spa

This was our fourth visit to Voyage Belek, having also visited Voyage Sorgun several times; we arrived at the end of June for 10 nights. We stayed in a Deluxe room on the top floor of the main building – and knew what to expect as we were in the exact same room as last time! (with thanks to Inci for pre-arrival assistance). We began as we always do with a Hammam, scrub & massage in the spa – the perfect way to unwind & get into holiday mode; Luh, Mustafa and Havva really know their stuff and did a great job of helping us relax. A few things had changed, including reconfiguration of the adult pool & entertainment area – we thought it worked much better for evening entertainment, and were grateful that the pool surround was a bit less slippery than before. The rest of hotel was as remembered, with plenty of space and spotless facilities. Plus amazing friendly staff – give them a smile, start a conversation & your holiday will really take off! It must be exhausting working all day in the summer heat & the occasional tip went a long way to showing our gratitude for excellent service. Special mentions: Our roller-blading pool waiters (Beser, Talip & Oktay) were very entertaining, delivering a variety of cocktails & snacks, plus random shots – just for fun 😉 Sedat kept us well-hydrated & laughing during the evening entertainment. Mustafa in Carino made sure that we could barely move after our steak evening. So. Much. Food! Melek in reception was super-helpful, despite having only worked at VB for less than a week. – she’s got great potential. And last, but most definitely not least, the fantastic & dedicated Turgut: what an asset he is! Always cheerful, he keeps the adult pier & pool area spotlessly clean and is continually willing to help; a super-star he is. Our only negative experience during our stay was in connection with food & allergens, despite declaring at check-in that I have an allergy that I carry an EpiPen for. At a la carte restaurants I was twice served appetisers containing the allergen and once served a main meal containing the allergen – even though it was not listed in the ingredients or the allergens. When I pointed this out the restaurant manager & chef apologised and got the menu & allergens list corrected straight away, but this isn’t good enough for a hotel of this premium. Fortunately I can see what I’m allergic to, so no harm done - but it could have had dire consequences. We have followed up with Voyage and I hope they carry out a full allergen review to avoid any potentially serious issue in the future.

Wonderful experience in Voyage Belek Golf & Spa

Just returned from a week stay at Voyage Belek and we thoroughly enjoyed it overall. The personal assistant service works very well overall and they work hard to ensure that client needs are met. They secured us 5 A La Carte restaurants; Italian, Teppanyaki, Turkish, Mexican and Fish during our 7 night stay. In total we paid an extra £122 for all 5 restaurants. Seems a bit strange that they would charge say £10 each to book some of the à la carte’s having paid thousands already for the stay on the basis that it is a relatively insignificant amount hardly worth the charge. There is nothing actually to complain about with regards to the main buffet as it has a varied selection of food to suit most tastes and it was generally good. Can get a bit busy though and if you prefer table service then you can always choose à la carte of course. The food is not on par with the Maxx Royal next door let’s say but definitely ok at this price point. My wife had forgotten to bring her prescription medication and Esra provided replacements within a few hours…amazing service! Esra also organised for our room to be decorated on our anniversary which was a lovely touch.. Having stayed here six times now, we would say that the quality of food and service is on par with previous visits with the exception of the Blue Voyage Fish restaurant which offered very slow service this time. We stayed in a side sea view room which was pretty spacious and our cleaner Merve did a good job overall with cleanliness. One main difference that we noticed this year was the change in evening entertainment options. We used to enjoy a family style show from 21:00 in the amphitheater which usually involved a talent theme e.g. stunts or perhaps a tribute act. We would then wander over to the opposite side of the hotel to see the late evening show there e.g. cabaret, dance act etc but it seems that they have now stopped those talent acts in the amphitheater in favour of say Mr Balloon Man for the kids etc. Anyway the 22:00 adult shows were overall of decent quality. New bar and seating area for the adult evening entertainment is a big improvement. Special thanks to Merve (housekeeping), Turgut, adult pool area who keeps the area spotless and prepares the beds (no issues at all getting beds btw anytime even with full hotel occupancy). The guys working the adult pool bar always cheerful and make great cocktails. The staff throughout the whole hotel generally work so hard to please guests. We will book again for next year!

This was our fourth visit to Voyage and once again it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is spotless, the food is excellent with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing. What really makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional staff. Everyone works so hard to ensure you have the best holiday possible. A special mention goes to Zeki and Yusuf the amazing staff who delivered our drinks on roller skates around the pool. Not only are they great fun to watch, but their service is incredibly fast, friendly and efficient. They never stop smiling, even in the heat, and always go the extra mile. Also a special mention for Happy in guest relations who cannot do enough for you. It's easy to see why we keep coming back. After four wonderful stays, we can confidently say this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we've visited. We can't wait for our fifth visit!

We are currently enjoying our family holiday at theVoyage belek golf resort and spa. Firstly, this place is amazing, it is pure 5 star luxury. If you’ve ever been the one in your family who gets up extra early to get sunbeds, this place is your new heaven. There are more beds than guests and they are all in the sunshine, stroll down at any time. You will notice the young waiters whizzing around on rollerskates, serving all your refreshments and these boys work hard in the heat to make sure your drinks are all topped up. Big shout out to Zeki the rollerskate waiter, very friendly and always smiling. He is one of many I must add. This place is a must to visit.
