Voyage Belek Golf & Spa

Having stayed in a number of 5 star hotels in Belek we expected the same standard. How disappointed we were and can only say we were glad to be leaving. Unhappy with room location and layout. Food lacked choice and lukewarm. Bar service very poor with staff not knowing how to make certain drinks. Towels and bathrobes are as old as the hotel. Highlight - the Montgomerie golf course, absolutely first class. Would I return to the Voyage, absolutely not.

It has been a brilliant time here, the staff have been great especially the bartenders and the activity staff. I played boccia everyday and the instructors were very good especially considering the language barriers between everyone. Ikra was especially good and made the time fun and exciting for everyone. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely come again.

We (2 adults and our 15-month-old) have just returned from a one-week stay at Voyage Belek Golf & Spa and we really enjoyed it overall. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with plenty of entertainment throughout the resort. Tugi World was especially amazing — our little one absolutely loved it. The spa, gym, pools, bars, and communal areas were all very clean and well maintained. Food and drinks were good, and with the variety of restaurants available, there is definitely something for everyone. The staff deserve special mention — they were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for guests. The only negative for us was the overall guest atmosphere. The hotel’s main tourist population seemed to be Russian families, and unfortunately we found them to be rude, loud and disrespectful towards staff and other families. We also experienced several issues in the children’s play areas, where our little boy was pushed multiple times and had toys taken or snatched from his hands by Russian children and parents didn’t even blink their eyes. Despite this, we still had a lovely holiday and the hotel itself is excellent, especially for families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was delicious, and everything was very well organized. Our personal assistants (Sarvenaz, Faig, Mehmet Y. ve Su) who took care of us throughout our stay were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. Also, a special thanks to Nurten Hanım from housekeeping for her excellent service and warm attitude. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. We truly felt welcomed and comfortable during our vacation. Highly recommended!

We had an wonderful stay again at Voyage Belek, it’s now the third time for us and we will come back again. The room is very big and the service of the room is good. Buffet and ala carte restaurant are really good, kids like teppenyaki and steak. The service is really good and I want to thank our assistant Sarvenaz, she was really good help even when 1 of the kids got sick she arranged everything. We will come back next year and I recommend this hotel. If I had to mention 1 things is that during this period in may there are more Russian people, we dont bother so much but I rather see more international public.
