Voyage Sorgun

Amazing 1st time experience at Voyage Sorgun for myself, wife & 5 year old. We had a fantastic 10 day stay at beginning of April. The service at this hotel is out of this world. Staff everywhere ready to serve you & tidy up. QR codes everywhere to order drinks & food. Room in the main building was very nice & clean. Our 5 year old loved the activities at the Tugi kids club. We were also very impressed about how the kids club was run. Felt very secure & staff very friendly. Luna Park Funfair was also good. Enjoyed the evening shows at 9.15pm every night although unfortunately some of them had to stop because of the rain. We loved the circus show on our last night! Food & drink was 1st class! The patisserie selection is unbelievable & the staff serving are so friendly & a credit to the hotel!

The Service an hotelrooms are very good. Expacily the Service at the beachdisco is good a they have time to do a bit of fun.

Where do I start? The beautiful and tranquil setting in the pine forest. The warm welcome like you are being greeted by family. The outstanding staff. Every single one of them working tirelessly to keep the resort immaculate, and serve the holiday makers with a smile. The QR code ordering is a total game changer. Order your drinks and food from any location. Failing that, a friendly waiter will soon be along to take your order anyway. A great choice of food on the app if you don't want to go to the buffet. Varied activities for children, including the kids clubs, bowling, games room etc. High standard of evening entertainment even at the start of April where many hotels don't have the full summer concept running. We love our food and the food here is excellent for an all inclusive. Never seen such a high standard of buffet food. Also have the option to use the various A La Carte restaurants for a small charge. We tried the Turkish restaurant, in a beautiful location on the beach front. Unfortunately it was very windy that evening and we almost took off, but we still enjoyed our meal and had a team of staff looking after us and providing blankets to keep us warm. We also went to the Greek restaurant which was a lot of fun for the whole family. I won't ruin any surprises! The chocolatier and patisserie - wow, what a treat!! Drinks - huge choice and all premium brands. Special mention to Islambek who even found our children some bubble tea (not on the menu) and took great care of us on a number of evenings. Beautiful spa and indoor pool. Highly recommend the massage! Book a massage within your first 2 days and get a 20% discount. Make sure you try the Turkish bath and relax room. Fab water slides and a variety of pools in different locations. We stayed in a family bungalow in the 5,000s near to the relax pool. Great location for a family. The highlight for us however had to be the family pier. Big comfortable sun beds out at sea where you can lay for hours and take refreshing dips in the beautiful Mediterranean. Absolute bliss and the water is surprisingly warm for April! On a clear day, you could see to the bottom. Take a snorkel and enjoy the fish! Another special mention, to the wonderful lifeguard on the end of the family pier who always greeted us with a smile and made the effort to try and talk to us in English. We never caught your name, but you are a credit to Voyage! We kept meaning to bring you a tip, so we owe you next time! We rarely return to the same place but we were already looking at prices for next year before we left. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Team Voyage for a really wonderful stay and well done on providing such incredible service. We were told "Welcome to Heaven" on arrival and you fulfilled that promise!

Incredible service. Beautiful location. Staff are immensely friendly, kind and proactive. Kids club so professional and fun. 3rd visit and I felt refreshed !!

Didnt have to do anything but drink beers and eat stakes for 7 days. Staff didn't judge me, they encouraged. Shout out to my bois who say "another one?" after im done with my beer. rate is 69/10
