Voyage Sorgun

We recently stayed at Voyage Sorgun and overall had a truly excellent experience. The facilities throughout the resort are outstanding, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. The atmosphere is relaxing yet vibrant, and it’s clear that a lot of attention has been given to guest comfort. One of the strongest aspects of our stay was the staff. Every single team member we encountered was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Service was impressively fast, and the staff always seemed eager to help. A special thank you goes to the assistant team — particularly Ms. Tuğba, as well as Mr. Emre and Ms. Nurcan — for their genuine care and attentiveness. They made a real difference in our experience. We would also like to thank Mr. Osman and Ms. Ceylan at the main restaurant for their quick and cheerful service, and Sezer, the bartender at the lobby bar, for his great attitude and excellent service. If there is one area that needs improvement, it is the Voyage mobile app. Unfortunately, it performed quite poorly during our stay — with frequent errors, missed notifications, and unreliable performance overall. As a software developer, I believe I could build a more stable and efficient version of this app within two weeks. For a hotel chain of this quality, the current digital experience falls short of expectations and deserves significant improvement. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would gladly return again.

The best hotel in my opinion. We’ve been here the second time. They offer many nice activities. The food is also really good as well as the drinks. So thanks especially to the beach bar Captain Mehmet Gökçebaş and Bar Chef Serkan Taşkan for the wonderful cocktails!

The best part of this hotel is definitely the staff and overall service. Bartenders, waiters, and the team in the lobby bar and restaurant were consistently fast, efficient, and highly professional. It’s honestly the best service we’ve experienced so far in hotels we’ve visited in Turkey. There is a wide selection of alcohol, and the food is good and satisfactory. The hotel itself is large and a bit older, but well-maintained and very clean. Rooms are also clean and comfortable. What really stands out is how seriously the management treats any issues – if something isn’t right, they handle it quickly and as a priority, making sure guests feel heard and taken care of. Overall, a great stay, with service being the true highlight.

Amazing 1st time experience at Voyage Sorgun for myself, wife & 5 year old. We had a fantastic 10 day stay at beginning of April. The service at this hotel is out of this world. Staff everywhere ready to serve you & tidy up. QR codes everywhere to order drinks & food. Room in the main building was very nice & clean. Our 5 year old loved the activities at the Tugi kids club. We were also very impressed about how the kids club was run. Felt very secure & staff very friendly. Luna Park Funfair was also good. Enjoyed the evening shows at 9.15pm every night although unfortunately some of them had to stop because of the rain. We loved the circus show on our last night! Food & drink was 1st class! The patisserie selection is unbelievable & the staff serving are so friendly & a credit to the hotel!

The Service an hotelrooms are very good. Expacily the Service at the beachdisco is good a they have time to do a bit of fun.
