Voyage Sorgun

This was our fourth stay at Voyage so it definitely feels like a home away from home. Please see my previous reviews for more detail on what we love about the resort. Everything was at its usual high standard…food, service, atmosphere, entertainment are all top notch. Although the rooms are not equipped with smart TVs, we found a way to get Netflix in the evenings by using a HDMI cable to hook up the laptop to the TV. It’s fiddly and we had to look up the method to get the laptop screen to be mirrored by the TV but it worked…so we could watch movies on nights we didn’t fancy staying outside for the live entertainment. Special mentions for staff that really stood out for their exceptional service during our stay: Islambek who has now looked after us for three years running. He knew our drinks order before we even had chance to speak :) Whether it was the beach bar, pool bar, lawn or lobby bar, he was always on point with his kindness, conversation and getting our drinks and snacks at hyper speed! He is now a firm friend of the family and I hope he stays in touch! Bislam who served us on the lawn and also at the cuisine restaurant also stands out for his excellent service and friendly manner. Selim who served us drinks on the lawn during the day and at the beach bar during the evenings has looked after us for the last two years running. A wonderful young man who is incredibly kind and friendly! Our assistants were also lovely, particularly Aziza and Tüğba who were kind enough to check I was ok after an ankle injury. Last, but not least, a very special mention for Nurcan. This young lady is a shining example of all the best attributes that can be rolled into one person! She is truly lovely in every way and has actually become a friend of the family because of her outstanding efforts to take care of us as well as her overall gracious nature and beautiful personality.

I am so happy to have joined the Voyage family and I want to spend every holiday here. It was a fascinating experience in terms of cleanliness, food and facilities. I would like to thank all the staff, especially Mr. Ali, Mr. Öztürk, Ms. İrem, Ms. Cemile and Ms. Öykü, for their support throughout this process.

Staff is highly experienced and make you feel at home with great profession and calmness. Especially Nurcan, Emre and Tugba took care us very well at anytime with any of our request. On the other hand entertainment team could enhance their activity portfolio for kids. The food, bars and other infrastructural things are just great. We will strongly consider to make traditional visits here each further year.

We stayed at Voyage Sorgun Hotel for one week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel quality, cleanliness, food, and overall atmosphere were excellent. The service was absolutely outstanding. We would especially like to thank the customer relations team members Mr. Ali Ceylan, Ms. Cemile Dağlı, and Ms. Öykü Delen for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service throughout our stay. They were always helpful, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. They also made our 25th anniversary very special and memorable, which meant a lot to us. Their attention and hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. Voyage Sorgun is a high-quality hotel with excellent service, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel. From start to finish our stay was excellent. We stayed in one of the rooms in the bungalows in the beautiful garden area. The rooms were lovely, with everything you needed. There was no iron but we asked and were supplied with one and an ironing board very quickly. You have access to assistants via chat on their app. If you have any questions or need anything, such as booking a speciality restaurant, they deal with it very quickly for you. We visited some of the speciality restaurants. The Chinese, Turkish and Steak ones. All were very good. There was so much food! :) The buffet restaurant was really good too, lots of variety. We tended to use the adult pool, which was very peaceful. We always managed to get a sun bed. This seemed the case at all pool areas and there there are loads of sun beds on the grass area between the pools and the beach. Loads of space there too. The service we received around the pool for drink etc was excellent. They knew we wanted a drink before we did! Special shout out to Semih. The lounge areas were great for a drink before and after dinner, if you didn’t want to go to the entertainment. The main entertainment wasn’t really our cup of tea but it was very professional. The couple of singers we saw in the bar by the pool were great, it was wasn’t well attended, maybe people weren’t really aware of them? I wonder whether they could be in the main lounge instead? We’ll definitely be back.
