Xoria Deluxe

A nice and good hotel. I've been there for the third time. The food was very tasty and the rooms were very clean. With the exception of a few, the staff was again very friendly. I can rest well in this hotel. Have even booked again for the next season

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The air conditioning in the lobby automatically turns on at 10 pm, making it so hot while guests are still sitting there having drinks. It became unbearably hot, and there was no warning or consideration for guests. I was also not made aware of the wristband system. My daughter, who is under the legal drinking age, was given an adult wristband and was subsequently served alcohol. I raised this very serious issue with the hotel staff, but they showed no concern whatsoever. In addition, I cut my toe badly and went to reception to ask if they had any plasters or basic first aid supplies. I was simply told “no, sorry,” and the staff were completely uninterested in helping. To make matters worse, the food was terrible throughout our stay. Overall, the staff appeared unbothered, and guest safety and comfort were clearly not a priority.

Had a fantastic stay at Xoria Deluxe. I was a guest there for 8 nights and stayed all inclusive. The room was spacious, immaculate and cleaned every day. It contained 2 beds, one double, one single, a flatscreen tv, a dressing table and wardrobe. The on suite had a shower, sink and of course a toilet, no bath. My balcony overlooked the pool. The pool area was tidied continuously by the staff throughout the day,cups and plates collected and areas around the sun loungers swept. Everything was rearranged and put back to normal in the evenings and outside areas hosed down, the maids also went over everything again in the mornings. The slides were on at numerous times throughout the day with an attendant always supervising. There were lots of activities around the pool during the day which were adult and child friendly and the staff doing these were all fantastic. Food in the restaurant was always delicious with a great choice of meats, chicken, fish, vegetables and salads accompanied by a selection of desserts, snacks were also available between meal times and I was very grateful that çay was available day and night from beside the bar allocated on the ground floor opposite reception :) Entertainment in the evenings was great, some of the shows were absolutely mesmerising and the staff were all fantastic. The beach is accessed through a little tunnel next to the pool bar, it’s quite pebbly so wear shoes and there’s not a lot of sun loungers there. There is also a little bar at the beach where you can get drinks and also food at certain times. There’s not a great deal around the outside of the hotel but bars shops and restaurants are a short taxi ride away and a lot of the restaurants will collect you from the hotel if you are dining there!! I used the spa for a massage and the beauticians for a pedicure, both were great and reasonably priced. The staff at this hotel were all very attentive and welcoming, I highly recommend this hotel for families, couples and solo travellers, I would definitely stay here again. Had a great stay

Arrived at hotel and all the lights throughout the hotel seemed to be off during the day and majority of the night. Food and drinks were awful - ate out for 6/7 days (and were not fussy, would have survived on chips and salad but even that was bad) hotel staff rude were rude and dismissive, showed clear signs of racism (our group is multiethnic) All inclusive yet children are only given the chance to get ice cream once a day after lining up for over 40mins. beach not very well kept. Entertainment was poor. Just an overall disappointment.

I went with my 14 year old son to this hotel and can only say this wasn't the best experience, to start with we got there at 3 am had my bags snatched from me by the porter even though I asked him to leave them after filling in form I got to my room the porter dropped of my bags and stood there till I tipped him only had 10 euros so he got that , I complained about the air con which was dire kept needing to be reset and never cool enough 22 degrees. The food wasn't great in fact apart from the cakes and desserts it was awful we ate chicken nuggets and chips everyday from the pool, managed to get one waffle after queuing for 25 mins that was the highlight of the holiday. The drinks weren't much better each time the would somehow taste different missing ingredients and were mostly warm as they kept running out of ice, but for me the worst part was the staff they clearly didn't like some of the guest I was talking to a lovely family and they thought the same as did others from the UK, (there was one exception the lady who served at the smaller pool "were we ate our chicken nuggets" she was lovely) saved hard for this holiday and it just wasn't worth it felt so sorry for my son I promised him this would be great as I say it wasn't good to say the least that's my honest opinion probably a worse experience as it promised so much I would avoid honestly
