We had a lovely stay overall, and we made some really happy memories during our time at the hotel. There were many staff members who truly made our experience special. A special mention has to go to the bartenders, especially Eren, Osman and Kadir. They were amazing and a huge credit to the hotel. Erei, our waiter, was honestly one of the loveliest people we met. He was genuine, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy. The main entertainers, especially Gollick and Smiles, were incredible. They were such positive people to be around and you could genuinely see how much they cared about making people smile. Their hard work and effort deserve a lot of praise. However, there were also some disappointing aspects. Some of the other entertainment staff, particularly Leo and Rio, came across as more focused on making money rather than creating genuine experiences for guests. Although they were friendly, there were several occasions where we felt pressured into spending more money, which was disappointing. The excursions offered inside the hotel were also much more expensive compared to booking elsewhere, sometimes costing around double what you would normally pay. We also felt that some activities, such as bingo, were not always clearly explained, and some prizes or discounts offered were difficult or impossible to use. While the hotel was enjoyable, we personally wouldn’t describe it as a five-star experience. There were some areas that could be improved, such as the limited ice cream times (only available for a few hours), and the food options. The food was not always clearly labelled, which could be a problem for guests with allergies or dietary requirements. The selection also seemed more catered towards Eastern European tastes rather than offering a wider variety for all guests. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciate the staff members who made it memorable. We would possibly return in the future, but we would be more aware of managing our money and avoiding situations where we felt pressured to spend more than expected
The hotel is very good with good staff and waiters. The food is good and Halit and Yasar are very friendly and good and the manager Hassan is very good.
Lovely place, very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic massage from Burul 😊
TNice hotel with great atmosphere! The stuff were always helpful and making us feel welcome from the first day. The food was varied and delicious. The entertainment team was the highlight of our stay. Every day they organized fun activities around the pool, creating alively and enjyable atmosphere. We were especially happy when we won bingo, which made the experience even moreexiting and memorable Thanks for an unforgettabe holiday!
Our holiday started with what felt like a scam. We arrived at the hotel at around 2:00 a.m. after travelling all day with our three children. Everyone was exhausted and we simply wanted to check in and go to sleep. At reception we were told that our booked rooms were in the annex building, but then they immediately said those rooms were not available. We were told that we would either have to stay somewhere else for one night and move rooms the following day, or pay an additional £140. We explained that we were a family of six people. When they told us we would all stay in one room, I replied that if they genuinely had a room suitable for six people, we were happy to see it. They then admitted that this room was not available either. We were never shown the rooms we had originally booked. After travelling all day with three exhausted children, we felt we had no choice. My husband paid the extra £140 simply so our family could finally rest instead of packing and moving rooms the next day. We were not given a receipt for this payment. What makes this even more unbelievable is that hotel check-in normally starts around 2:00 p.m., yet we arrived 12 hours later at 2:00 a.m. and were still told that our rooms were unavailable. The whole situation felt like pressure to pay extra rather than a genuine problem with room availability. Unfortunately, things did not improve. * The food was disappointing with very little variety for what is advertised as a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. * The air conditioning was so weak that many areas of the hotel felt unbearably hot. * Every evening staff removed sunbeds around the pool to make space for tables. A genuine 5-star hotel should have enough space without removing guests’ sunbeds every evening. * When my husband politely asked for a second room key, a receptionist shouted at him and refused because he was wearing sunglasses. We found this completely unacceptable. The only positive part of our holiday was Pablo, the On the Beach representative, who was polite, professional and genuinely tried to help us. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel.
