Xoria Deluxe

We spent 10 amazing nights in Xoria Deluxe. The hotel is about 90 minutes by private transfer from Antalya airport. We arrived around 10pm and we checked in quickly. The hotel is stunning. Spotlessly clean. The staff never stop.The staff here are absolutely brilliant., they cannot do enough for you. Big shout out to Leo and Rio on the entertainment team. They are super friendly and always up for a laugh. The pool bar staff are brilliant also. There is a great choice of cocktails, wine and beer. We were worried about the food before we arrived after seeing some reviews. The food was top notch. There was plenty of choice, even for the picky eaters. The grill area serves burgers, chicken, pides etc with plenty of salads. There isn't much around the hotel but there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a 25 minute walk in either direction. You can also flag down the number 30 or 50 dolmus and they will drop you as close to the shops as possible, or straight in to Alanya. My wife did a VIP spa package which cost €65 which she said was absolutely class. The only negatives I have were the shop in the hotel, that sells alcohol, sweets etc, is an absolute rip off. Charged us €24 for 2 share size packets of crisps, 1 packet of biscuits and 2 cans of beer. He wanted €60 for a sleeve of cigarettes, that cost €20 in Migros. All the other shops, barbers etc are reasonably priced. The only other negative was that our room wasn't cleaned for the last 3 days of our stay, despite putting the cleaning sign on every time we left the room. Wasn't a huge issue as we kept it tidy ourselves. I would definitely recommended staying here and we will definitely be back.

Our stay at the Xoria Deluxe Hotel was one of the worst holiday experiences we have ever had. This hotel is absolutely not a five-star resort and does not resemble what was advertised online. The entire holiday was stressful, upsetting, and extremely disappointing from start to finish. On The Beach totally mis-sold this as a five star hotel. The photos that are on the website is not what the hotel is like at all. The hotel had a constant sewage smell in multiple areas, including near guest rooms and communal spaces. Cleanliness standards were terrible throughout the resort, with mould, dirty areas, broken facilities, and poor maintenance everywhere. The rooms were disgusting. There was effectively no air conditioning during our stay. So they left doors open. The food areas were disgusting and unhygienic. Tables were dirty, food was often left uncovered, and the overall cleanliness standards were unacceptable. One member of our group became ill during the holiday. The beach area was also disgusting, the chair pads were dirty and stained. The beach and pool areas were overcrowded, and poorly maintained. Drinks were served in plastic cups, hot drinks from the machine we had cardboard cups. The most disturbing part of the holiday was the serious security breach. Two men unlawfully entered one room belonging to our group and attempted to enter another room. This left us feeling unsafe and anxious for the remainder of the trip. We also experienced rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behaviour from staff members, which only made the situation worse. This holiday completely failed to provide the relaxing family experience we paid for. Instead, it caused stress, illness, discomfort, additional expense, and genuine safety concerns. We would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. There are a lot of better resorts to go to much better.

Just came back from a week at xoria. Great hotel with everything you need, amazing choice of food every day, the entertainment staff especially Rio and Leo made our week even more special, great guys and always making sure guests are happy with being pushy. Halit who helped us in the restaurant and bar couldn't do enough for us and really stood out from other restaurant staff. Definitely would go back to this hotel in the future

Best hotel in turkey 🇹🇷 Staff are all friendly and will make your holiday 10x better to the bar staff halit and the entertainment staff Rio and Leo gonna miss them all Lots to do (swim,slides,darts,shooting etc..) loads of excursions around the area I recommend land of legends for a shopping trip and for some adult entertainment summer garden night club reasonable prices across the board A massive thank you to all the staff that made this holiday a one to remember 💯 From: Ragnar

So i am not normally one to do a review on a hotel but this has really disappointed my husband and I. We took an evening flight which was ok as it ment we had the whole day the following day, on the beach website stated it was 1 hr 30 min transfer from the airport, to which we found out it is 2 hr 15 mins. The entertainment staff have been really kind and friendly, although the entertainment throughout the day has been absolutely rubbish, it then comes to evening live entertaintment that also has been bad, every evening everyone is sat around the bar area playing cards as there is nothing else to do! The cleanliness of the hotel looks great when you walk in but when you start inspecting things in more detail its really filthy, my room had not been hoovered or mopped for almost 2 weeks so i had to complain to the reception who's english was not great, the maids only change sheets and towels and even then only left me and my husband with 1 towel between us both! The pool outside is freezing cold so its not heated so prepare to freeze, the pool boys also only mop the floors in the evenings, the pool itself hasnt been cleaned since we arrived, in the morning ladies go round wiping the sides of the sun loungers so the loungers are not overly clean. The alacarte restaurant is open certain times of the year but this is not mentioned with the website! The food hasnt been the greatest in regards to choice so if you are a fussy eater you will find yourself eating out at restaurants but you get charged loads for a taxi even though it might only be a 5 min trip down the road! The hotel is also situated right next to a dual carraige way so all day and night you hear cars, lorries, motorbikes which can become annoying, plus the amount of ambulances can be irritating! If you want a cheap holiday then this would be the place to come otherwise steer clear!!!
