It’s the worst hotel ever please don’t come the food is bad the staff doesn’t help you The reception desk is useless they don’t care if your having any problems all they do is lie saying they’ll work on it and in reality do nothing The bar girls there is one in specific with black hair and red highlights she’s extremely rude I asked her if they do iced coffee and replied to me in a different language assuming am from that country I was simply asking for a yes or no and I’m the end she repeated herself saying no and glaring at me DO NOT COME ITS BORING THE BEACH IS UGLY ROCKY AND THERE IS SUNBED WARS

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was great — the atmosphere, the service, the food, and especially the amazing animation team. They made our holiday so much more fun and memorable! A special thank you to Alina, Leo and Rio — you are absolutely fantastic! Your energy, positive attitude and enthusiasm were incredible. There were so many activities every day, and we really enjoyed joining them. You can truly see how much effort and heart the animation team puts into making guests happy

Fantastic hotel ignore any negativity Staff work super hard hotel is clean and well presented Food is lovely .. repetitive yes but its hot fresh and nice !. 100% id go again
