
I visited this hotel with my son for a week. The rooms were spacious with good storage and views of pool. There was a good selection of food at the buffets to suit most tastes . Never really had to queue for anything . The Turkish A La Carte was excellent . So much food . There wasn’t really a menu so we weren’t sure how many courses and what things were . Had to stand in line to prebook restaurants on the day and they filled up quickly . Maybe there is a better system for this . There is a lot of hard working staff cleaning etc . The private beach is lovely and we never had an issue getting sun beds at the pool or beach. A 10 minute walk along the front to the town with good shopping. My only slight issue was we had a late flight and went to reception to ask for a late check out 3 days in advance . Was told to come back next day , then next day . On the day of check out I was then told nothing available. It had an impact on my last day as didn’t know for sure what was happening until the last minute and I had to spend time going back and forward to Reception. Overall was a great stay and the entertainment was excellent too with inclusive hard working staff .

Amazing hotel! Great food, comfortable and clean rooms, and a beautiful beach. The entertainment team was fantastic-friendly, fun, and made every day enjoyable. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back! Erkam is the best!
Fantastic animation team! Special thanks to Maria and Mehmet for their energy, friendliness and dedication. They made our stay fun, warm and memorable.
This was already my ninth stay at this hotel, and every year I return with an even larger group of friends. I think that's the best recommendation possible, because everyone always comes back from their holiday happy and satisfied. Upon arrival, we received a wonderful room, while my friends were initially given a room that did not meet their expectations. The reception staff were unable to help us, but Annie from Guest Relations reacted immediately. Thanks to her, the issue was resolved very quickly, and my friends received a beautiful room. Her help and dedication truly impressed us. Annie also helped us with another matter. We mentioned that the music by the pool was very calm and relaxing, more suitable for a spa than a holiday resort. To our pleasant surprise, popular holiday hits started playing shortly afterwards, creating a fantastic atmosphere. It was a wonderful gesture that showed how seriously guest feedback is taken here. As every year, the hotel impressed us with its beautiful gardens, excellent food, delicious drinks, and outstanding service that will certainly meet the expectations of even the most demanding guests. The daytime entertainment programme is currently a little quieter than it was in previous years. The team seems smaller nowadays (only two people by the pool) and is less visible during the day. We especially miss the spontaneous interactions and moments when animators would actively engage with guests and help create a lively atmosphere around the resort. We also heard similar comments from other Polish guests, who felt that the daytime atmosphere was much quieter than at other resorts they have been to. The only disappointing part of our stay was an unexpected situation involving one of the animators, Erkan. After a short conversation at the beginning of our holiday, he told my sister that he would no longer speak to her and then avoided our group for the rest of our stay, which significantly limited our interaction with the animation team. When we later pointed out that his role was to help create a friendly atmosphere for guests, nothing changed. He even raised his voice and told me that I would not tell him what he should do. We found this behaviour unprofessional and we believe that a hotel of this quality should not have a space for this kind of behaviour. Among the animation team, I would especially like to mention Maria. She is a wonderful, warm-hearted person who genuinely wanted to understand the needs of the guests. Simply talking to her was a pleasure and always made you feel noticed and welcome. We also really enjoyed the Zumba and aquagym sessions with her. Thank you, Maria! The evening entertainment, on the other hand, has developed tremendously. The shows are professional, impressive, and feel like real stage productions. Some of them were truly outstanding. The hotel even takes care of details such as your glasses. The lovely Gamze will look after them in a friendly atmosphere and always with a smile. La Blanche Resort is a hotel that I can wholeheartedly recommend. It is a place that makes you want to return, and there is a reason why I have been doing so for so many years.
