La Blanche Resort

I visited this hotel with my son for a week. The rooms were spacious with good storage and views of pool. There was a good selection of food at the buffets to suit most tastes . Never really had to queue for anything . The Turkish A La Carte was excellent . So much food . There wasn’t really a menu so we weren’t sure how many courses and what things were . Had to stand in line to prebook restaurants on the day and they filled up quickly . Maybe there is a better system for this . There is a lot of hard working staff cleaning etc . The private beach is lovely and we never had an issue getting sun beds at the pool or beach. A 10 minute walk along the front to the town with good shopping. My only slight issue was we had a late flight and went to reception to ask for a late check out 3 days in advance . Was told to come back next day , then next day . On the day of check out I was then told nothing available. It had an impact on my last day as didn’t know for sure what was happening until the last minute and I had to spend time going back and forward to Reception. Overall was a great stay and the entertainment was excellent too with inclusive hard working staff .

Just here now, weather is amazing. Entertainment is brilliant, lovely staff, great food and drink. Shows at the evening are Wow 👌 👏

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I also visited last year, and I can honestly say that the changes made this year have exceeded my expectations. There has been a significant improvement in the overall concept, service quality, and the attention given to guest satisfaction. First of all, the changes within the entertainment team have been remarkably positive. Last year, the animation activities and entertainment staff were not very engaged with guests, so I did not have particularly high expectations this time. However, the difference this year is incredible. I would especially like to thank Erkan from the entertainment team. He is extremely energetic, friendly, sincere, and clearly passionate about his job. Throughout our stay, he made a great effort to interact with guests and ensure that everyone had a fun and enjoyable experience. Whether it was dart tournaments, water polo games, or various daily activities, Erkan constantly motivated guests to participate and brought positive energy to every event. His enthusiasm is contagious, and he played a huge role in making our holiday much more enjoyable. Employees like him truly enhance the quality and reputation of a hotel. I would like to express my special appreciation to Erkan for his dedication, friendliness, and outstanding energy, which made our vacation unforgettable. In addition, the Guest Relations team was excellent. They were always willing to help, responded quickly to requests, and clearly prioritized guest satisfaction. Their professionalism and attentiveness made us feel valued throughout our stay. We were also very pleased with the food. The buffet offered a good variety of options, and the quality and taste of the meals were consistently impressive. The availability of different dishes each day, the freshness of the ingredients, and the presentation of the food all contributed to a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant and bar staff were also friendly, attentive, and efficient. The cleanliness of the hotel was another highlight. Rooms were cleaned regularly, common areas were well maintained, and hygiene standards were excellent throughout the property. This created a comfortable and relaxing environment during our stay. Overall, compared to last year, it is clear that the hotel has made significant improvements in many areas. The service quality has increased, the staff are more attentive, and the enhancements to the entertainment program have made the holiday experience much more enjoyable. I would like to thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. A special thank you once again to Erkan, whose professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care made this vacation even more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday. We had a fantastic experience and would happily return in the future. We really are enjoying our stay so far even after two days! The hotel is so spacious lots of sunbeds Food is great, lots of vegetarian options Snack bar is lovely Lots of sunbeds Spacious rooms, we had a superior room to overlook the pool and sea which is a beautiful view !
