Where to start the hotel is amazing very clean, looks very modern, the staff are very friendly and the food is great. There are a couple of the staff that have really made our holiday especially the staff that work the bar and by the pool, Mustafa , Serhat, Ece, Ahmed, completely amazing. But the guy who's made our holiday totally special is AYAZ hes gone above and beyond what an incredible man!!! Genuinely has made us feel so welcome done absolutely everything for us, ive had so many laughs with this guy and would call him a friend !!! Our holiday most definitely would not have been so good without him, cant wait to come back and see him again.

We’ve had a lovely time at Solana by Yelken, we’ve visited in the quiet period before summertime and you can see how much effort they’ve recently put into making this hotel amazing. All of the staff are lovely - especially Ayaz, always looking after us and giving incredible service, asking how our day is and bringing us fresh drinks without us asking. The food is good and the location is good too, right on the beach and in the town centre. If you have any problems they solve it instantly. The service from the staff here has made it the best holiday. Along with Ayaz, we thought Ece was really lovely as she’s only just joined but knows exactly how to help us and always greets us with great service and a friendly smile. There was also Mustafa, Serhat, Ahmet who were all incredible!!! I would definitely visit here many times again!!

Was a lovely experience, the location of the hotel was very handy as well. The staff took care of us quite well and were all polite. Would like to come again.

Prachtig hotel, midden in het mooie Turgutreis en toch rustig omdat het naar het strand gericht staat. Fijn gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en lijkt iedere dag weer blij te zijn ons te zien en Ferhat maakt mij blij met een kop koffie in de ochtend.

Hotel ma swoje plusy i minusy. Plusy - Smaczne i świeże i doprawione jedzenie może bez wielkiego wyboru ale ok, starająca się obsługa i kelnerzy napiwki jak zawsze mile widziane, Najważniejsze położenie tuż przy morzu i sporej liczbie restauracji i sklepików, 100 m od hotelu w sobotę duży bazar. Czystość bez zarzutu, sprzątanie na życzenie. Wszystko blisko siebie bar, basen, plaża w ciągu minuty można zmienić lokalizację. Minusy - mimo to moja ocena 4/5 lub nawet 4,5/5 Pokoje upewnijcie się jaki pokój rodzinny dostajecie bo łóżka piętrowe dla dzieci po 17 lat to kiepsko, (nam udało się zmienić na pojedyncze) ale większość pokoi rodzinnych z łóżkiem piętrowym. Metraż w obu przypadkach taki sam. Pobyt z TUI Kiepski Internet - mimo zasięgi wi-fi w pokoju brak internetu, pojawił się ostatniego dnia, poprawiony lub dzięki temu że mało osób było w hotelu, nawet w częściach wspólnych, restauracja, lobby, basen też kłopoty z zasięgiem. Może i dobrze mały detoks od mediów. Alkohole – piwo, wino białe i czerwone, wódka i dżin jak dla mnie brak whisky, ale robią kolorowe drinki z mikroskopijną ilością alkoholu. Remont w niektórych miejscach jeszcze powoli trwał np. taras nad restauracją jeszcze nie był dostępny a wieczorami będzie fajnym miejscem. Podsumowując fajny hotel w rozsądnych pieniądzach jesteśmy zadowoleni, sporo różnych nacji Niemcy, Anglicy, Rosjanie najwięcej z Polski. Nie wykluczamy powrotu jak się zdarzy okazja.
