Excellent holiday for 3 weeks in May, I can safely say that since it’s refurbishment over the winter it is a very good hotel to visit, very modern bedrooms, a light and airy hotel situated on the beach with large pool and ample sun beds, All the staff were very helpful and the reception staff, Tara, omer erdinc, and front office Manager Damla, were swift to deal with any problems and they all speak excellent English which can be a bonus. The food was very good and lots of dishes to choose from and also the snack bar very useful when coming off the beach after lunch service has closed. There are so many excellent and friendly waiters and bar staff that I could not mention them all but Ayas and Ferhat went out of their way to make sure you have everything you want. As did Omer and Olay, I didn’t try the à la carte as had not fully opened at that time. Entertainment is provided usually 3 nights per week, and there animation team are also around to organise different activities if you get bored easily, there is a spa downstairs. It’s a very central hotel with bars restaurants and shops close by, the terrain is flat so excellent for people with mobility issues. All in all great value for money and one of my best holidays. Thankyou for all the hard work that you all put in to make it so enjoyable. For staff I haven’t mentioned I apologise but I can’t remember every name .

Ignore the star rating (4). This hotel has recently been refurbished and re-opened for 2026 under the new name Solana. Previously called Mandalinci. Were to begin, i rated 2 because of location only, but this hotel falls very short in all other areas. If you speak to the local taxi's or bars you will understand the bad rep this place has and why it has changed name. The room pictures advertised are half the size so please dont book on pictures alone. Balconys are very small and the decor which im guessing was part of the refurb looks like it was done by the local children. Its splashed everywere and overpainted on the skirting floors and walls. I booked 10 days stay here, and wanted to come home after 5. If there is more than 40 guests then the wifi wont work, constant drilling hammering chisling too around 11pm and kicks back in at 8am. Rooms are tidy with a comfy bed, but the communal areas like hand rails walls side skirts are filthy. I reported the rooms toilet 3 times due too leaking and never got fixed as they dont believe me. Mini bar as advertised dosent exist and neither does the al la carte, (not built yet), also no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Day 4 some plasterers knocked on the door to do some slap dash stuff in the bathroom, again all over tiles without a care in the world, wires also hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom. We were all inclusive and ate once in the 10 days we stayed, the food is that bad the stray cats turn there nose up at it. Nothing labelled at all within the 10 days so you have to guess on what slop is in each tray. Entertainment, twice in 10 days that was it and it was shocking, leave that up to you. In 3 years we have done 25 hotels across numerous countrys and this has scored the lowest in our books. Finally we couldnt have a late check out due too the arrival of more unfortunate guests thats going too be disappointed of spending money on this place. Very overpriced, please find an alternative place too stay. As i say it gets good marks on the location with numerous shops, bars, and weekly market on the doorstep. We were very pleased with the a la carte and the bar the waiter serhat hosted us very well and pleased us very much ayaz mustafa Ahmet , ece and pleased us very much the food and service were very good and thank you very much to the manager Mr.ömer and his team

The service here was incredible and the staff were so lovely especially Ayaz, ece, mustafa, ahmed and serhat! The food was so good too I loved the chicken nuggets!

Everything was great we were very satisfied the cocktails and food were great serhat and ayaz in tha service were very smiling and sweet their service was great Ahmet and mustafa were doing a show at the bar we will come back for the service staff
