The Plaza Bodrum

It was an amazing experience we had at The Plaza Bodrum hotel. Everything was amazing, the staff, food, amenities all were great! Staff were always smiling and very kind and helpful when we asked for something. When we first entered the hotel, kind and pretty ladies very warmly welcomed us. The food was world class, especially deserts were out of this world, sooooo amazing! Rooms were so clean and luxury. Almost everything was in a premium quality. The beach was beautiful, decor was great, I used the Spa and it was an amazing experience. I used the fitness every morning and it was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel in general was super peaceful and relaxing. It wasn’t very crowded which we loved! The mini club service was great, teachers there were so nice and educated! My 5 years old had an amazing experience there. Definitely going back to this hotel next year! Loved it!!

The food is amazing i really enjoyed my stay it created a very nice vibe and the beds are extremely comfy. It was also very thoughtful of them to leave a tool to help against mosquitos however despite that i never had an issue with the mosquitoes, the employees and staff are super nice and i felt very comfortable here

i loved everything here! it was fun and cool hotel,i really love Elnara!!! food is delicious,personal and cabana was very nice to us,great location for hotel.Sunset,perfomances are on top of all!everything is comfortable i liked everything about this hotel.I hope i will visit tgis hotel one more time

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience for a supposedly well-known 5-star hotel where we paid around $1,000 per night. We left our personal belongings, including a dress and other items, at the beach gazebo we had used since the morning. We went for lunch for only 30 minutes, and when we returned, everything was gone. What was even more disappointing was the hotel management’s response. The manager was completely unhelpful and unable to provide any satisfactory explanation or meaningful assistance. I have travelled extensively throughout Europe, North America, and Asia and stayed at many luxury hotels. This is the first time I have ever experienced something like this. At this price, I expect not only luxury but also security, responsibility, and professional management. Unfortunately, after this incident, I did not feel safe or comfortable trusting this hotel with my belongings.

The experience was amazing. The food was great. The gym was also great it had all the necessary equipment. The beach was amazing as well. The staff were very helpful and kind.
